A screw compressor includes a screw rotor having a plurality of screw grooves, a plurality of gate rotors each including gates that mesh with the screw rotor, and a casing. The screw rotor is rotatably inserted in the casing. The casing has a cylindrical wall through which the gates pass. The screw compressor has a plurality of compression chambers inside the cylindrical wall. The plurality of compression chambers are defined by the screw rotor and the gates. The compression chambers include a first compression chamber and a second compression chamber. A fluid introduced into the casing at a suction pressure is compressed to an intermediate pressure higher than the suction pressure in the first compression chamber. The fluid at the intermediate pressure is compressed to a discharge pressure higher than the intermediate pressure in the second compression chamber.

The first plate including a discharge hole through which compressed refrigerant is discharged from the compressor to the first area. A second plate dividing the case into the second area and a third area in which the oil feed pipe communicates with the outlet, and includes a second hole formed at the upper side to communicate the second and third areas. The first and second plates forming an oil flow path.
Refrigerant compressor including an oil level sensor arrangement
The refrigerant compressor includes a compressor casing (2); an oil sump (13) arranged in the compressor casing (2); and an oil level sensor arrangement (14) configured to detect an oil level in the oil sump (13), the oil level sensor arrangement (14) including a tubular element (16) secured to the compressor casing (2) and a floating element (17) surrounding the tubular element (16) and being movably mounted with respect to the tubular element (16). The compressor casing (2) includes a passage opening (24) and dimensions of the tubular element (16), the floating element (17) and the passage opening (24) are defined to allow an insertion and a removal of the tubular element (16) and the floating element (17) into and out of the compressor casing (2) through the passage opening (24).
SCROLL COMPRESSOR, REFRIGERATION DEVICE, AND VEHICLE
Provided are a scroll compressor, a refrigeration device, and a vehicle. In the scroll compressor, an oil discharging hole of an oil separation structure and an oil storage tank are connected to each other by an oil outlet channel disposed in a housing, and an oil outlet of the oil outlet channel is located above an oil inlet. The oil outlet channel can guide a refrigeration oil discharged from the oil discharging hole to flow into the oil storage tank. After passing through the oil outlet channel, a flow rate and a pressure of the refrigeration oil decrease, and thus an impact of the refrigeration oil on the remaining refrigeration oil in the oil storage tank is reduced when discharged from the oil outlet. Therefore, the refrigeration oil within the oil storage tank remains stable and can always immerse an oil return hole of the oil storage tank.
Expander and fluid circulation system comprising same
An expander and a fluid circulation system comprising same are disclosed. The expander comprises a housing, an expansion mechanism, an exhaust pipe, an oil sump and a lubricant discharge channel. The expansion mechanism is provided in the housing to expand a high-pressure fluid into a low-pressure fluid. The exhaust pipe discharges the low-pressure fluid out of the expander and comprises an end portion assembled in a first opening of the housing and provided with an exhaust port; the low-pressure fluid enters the exhaust pipe via the exhaust port. The oil sump stores a lubricant in the housing. The lubricant discharge channel discharges the lubricant in the oil sump into the exhaust pipe and/or an external system pipeline and comprises an inlet end having an inlet located at a predetermined oil level of the oil sump and an outlet end having an outlet.
Portable, rotary vane vacuum pump with a quick oil change system
A portable vacuum pump with a lubricating oil system having a quick oil change system. The oil change system includes at least two containers of oil and a switch mechanism operable to initially place the first container in fluid communication with the vacuum pump to serve as the primary oil reservoir while isolating the second container from such fluid communication. Then in a snap action, the switch mechanism can be flipped to place the second container with clean oil in fluid communication with the vacuum pump to serve as the primary oil reservoir and isolate the first container from fluid communication when its oil becomes dirty, all while the vacuum pump is still operating to evacuate an AC/R system. The first container can then be removed, refilled with clean oil, and returned in place and the switch mechanism flipped back to it when the second container of oil becomes dirty.
Dry vacuum pump with a pressure variation reducing expansion device between a pumping side volume and an oil sump
A dry vacuum pump includes: at least one oil sump; at least one pumping stage; two rotary shafts respectively supporting at least one rotor extending into the at least one pumping stage, the rotors being configured to rotate in a synchronized manner in the reverse direction in order to convey a gas to be pumped between an intake and an outlet of the vacuum pump, the shafts being supported by bearings lubricated by a lubricant contained in the at least one oil sump; at least one lubricant sealing device interposed between the at least one oil sump and a pumping stage at the shaft passage; and at least one expansion device configured to reduce the pressure variations between a pumping side volume and the at least one oil sump.
HORIZONTAL COMPRESSOR
A horizontal compressor includes a case; a high and low pressure separating plate dividing an inner space of the case into a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber; a compressor in the high-pressure chamber configured to be operated by a motor to compress refrigerant; a suction pipe in the case to communicate with the low-pressure chamber and through which the refrigerant is sucked; and an internal suction pipe to pass through the high and low pressure separating plate, one end of the internal suction pipe connected to the compressor and another end of the internal suction pipe to communicate with the low-pressure chamber so that the refrigerant in the low-pressure chamber flows into the compressor, wherein the internal suction pipe includes a connecting pipe adjacent to a lower surface of the case parallel to a central axis of the case.
