20210372406 · 2021-12-02 ·

The present disclosure relates to a compressor having a first rotor and a second rotor disposed within a housing, where the first rotor is configured to rotate about a first axis of the housing and the second rotor is configured to rotate about a second axis of the housing. The first rotor and the second rotor engage with one another such that rotation of the first rotor and the second rotor pressurizes a vapor within the housing. The compressor includes an end plate coupled to a discharge end of the housing, where the end plate includes a variable opening configured to discharge a flow of the vapor from the housing. The end plate also includes a first movable member and a second movable member that are configured to increase or decrease a cross-sectional area of the variable opening to adjust the flow of the vapor.

COMPRESSOR STRUCTURE

A compressor structure includes a vane rotor and a cylinder eccentrically disposed around the vane rotor. The vane rotor has a vane impeller. The vane impeller is in tangential contact with the cylinder to define an eccentric crescent vane chamber. A vane is radially slidably received in the vane impeller. An outward extending top end of the vane tightly abuts against the inner circumferential wall of the vane chamber, whereby the vane chamber is partitioned into an intake section and a compression exhaustion section. When the vane rotor rotates, the vane is driven to drive the cylinder to complete gas compression ope rat ion. When rotating, the vane is simply swung at a fixed position of the cylinder, the friction of the compressor can be lowered. The communication of the gas outlet is regulated so that the compression ratio of the compressed gas exhausted from the compressor can be changed.

SCROLL COMPRESSOR

Disclosed is a scroll compressor including: an orbiting scroll having an orbiting scroll end plate and an orbiting volute formed on one side of the orbiting scroll end plate, and a fixed scroll having a fixed scroll end plate and a fixed volute formed on one side of the fixed scroll end plate. The fixed and orbiting scrolls match each other in order to form a series of compression cavities therebetween including a central compression cavity and middle compression cavities located radially outside of the central compression cavity, and. The middle compression cavities include at least a set of a first middle compression cavity and a second middle compression cavity. A fluid channel selectively communicating with a discharge area is provided between the first and second middle compression cavities, and the first middle compression cavity directly communicates with the second middle compression cavity by means of the fluid channel.

Rotary displacement compressor having a check valve and a backflow control valve arranged in series through a discharge pipe

An object of the present invention is to provide a rotary displacement compressor capable of determining whether a check valve has failed, and preventing the life of a compressor body from being reduced when a compression operation stops. In order to achieve the object, a rotary displacement compressor includes a compressor body that compresses a medium by reducing a volume of the medium using rotation; a discharge pipe through which a compressed medium, which is discharged through a discharge port of the compressor body, flows; a check valve that shuts off the compressed medium flowing backward to the compressor body; and a backflow control valve that allows a predetermined rate of the compressed medium to flow backward. The check valve and the backflow control valve are disposed in series via the discharge pipe.

COMPRESSOR

A compressor includes a rotary shaft, a front rotor including a front rotor surface, an intermediate wall portion including a first wall surface opposed to the front rotor surface in an axial direction, and a vane that is inserted into a vane groove formed in the intermediate wall portion and is moved in the axial direction with rotation of the front rotor. The vane includes a first vane end that is an end in the axial direction and contacts the front rotor surface. The first vane end is curved so as to be convex toward the front rotor surface and extends in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction. The front rotor surface includes a front curving surface curved in the axial direction so as to be displaced in the axial direction in accordance with its angular position.
