ADJUSTABLE BLADE OF IMPELLER BUILT-IN ELECTRIC PUMP
An adjustable blade of an impeller built-in electric pump includes a blade body, where the blade body realizes an angle adjustment through a lever regulator structure. The lever regulator structure includes a control shaft arranged at a root of the blade body, the other end of the control shaft is connected to a crank, the other end of the crank is rotatably connected to one end of a connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to an operating frame, and the operating frame is provided with a drive rod configured to drive the operating frame to move. The adjustable blade of the impeller built-in electric pump has the advantages of being compact and simple, low manufacturing cost and low difficulty of installation and maintenance. Moreover, by adjusting the angle of the blade, the vibration during the start-up of the unit can be effectively reduced.
VARIABLE-PART LIQUID COOLING PUMPING UNIT
A variable-part liquid cooling pumping unit comprising a water block unit having a water block set, flow guiding plate, and water block cover, and a pump unit having a pump housing assembly is provided. The pump housing assembly comprises an impeller cavity inlet, flow adjusting disc, impeller cavity, and impeller cavity outlet opening. Inlet and outlet ports are positioned on a same side of and plane as the pump housing assembly. More than one water block unit and pump unit are provided and interchangeable. During operation, working fluid is sucked via the inlet port through the impeller cavity inlet, pass the flow adjusting disc, into the impeller cavity, to a plurality of curved blades of a rotor assembly unit impeller. From there, the working fluid travels through the impeller cavity outlet opening, flow guiding plate, and water block set, before exiting through the flow guiding plate, and outlet port.
Pump mechanism, pump system, and manufacturing method of pump mechanism
A pump mechanism is provided, including a housing, a first impeller, a second impeller, and two driving modules. The housing includes a first recess, a second recess, a plate, a channel, an input pipe, a first output pipe, and a second output pipe. The plate is disposed between the first recess and the second recess. The channel passes through the plate and communicated with the first recess and the second recess. The input pipe is connected to the channel and passes through the housing and the plate. The first output pipe and the second output pipe are respectively communicated with the first recess and the second recess.
PUMP
A pump includes: a rotor; a magnetic bearing supporting the rotor by a magnetic force; a drive mechanism rotationally driving the rotor; a pump mechanism including an impeller attached to the rotor; and a control unit controlling the magnetic bearing which includes: a bearing rotor member in the rotor formed from a magnetic material; and a bearing stator member facing the bearing rotor member, the bearing stator member has: a core formed from a magnetic material; and a coil wound around the core, the drive mechanism includes: a driven member adjacent in a radial direction to the bearing rotor member; and a drive portion facing the driven member in the radial direction, and magnetically coupled to the driven member to drive the rotor, and the control unit corrects rotational position of the rotor based on a detection signal from a first sensor portion capable of detecting displacement of the rotor.
Water-cooling device with stator and rotor pumping unit
A water-cooling device includes a main body having a pump chamber and a heat exchange chamber, which are partitioned from each other by a water room partitioning board. The water room partitioning board has a communication section for communicating the pump chamber with the heat exchange chamber. A pump unit is disposed in the pump chamber. A heat transfer unit is disposed in the heat exchange chamber. A cooling fluid is filled up in the pump chamber and the heat exchange chamber. The water-cooling device has greatly enhanced heat dissipation performance. Moreover, the water-cooling device is free from the problem of overheating of the stator assembly in operation.
COOLANT PUMP FOR A VEHICLE
A Pump for recirculating a cooling fluid of a vehicle comprises a pump body, which is fixed during use; an impeller mounted on a driven shaft; with a friction coupling of the electromagnetic type, made of a fixed electromagnet, a rotor and an armature. A pulley for taking up a rotational movement is connected to a movement source such as a shaft of the combustion engine of the vehicle and mounted on an outer bearing keyed onto the pump body. An electric motor is provided for driving the driven shaft independently of the movement take-up pulley; and a bell member is fastened to an end of the driven shaft opposite to that which carries the impeller.
The friction coupling is designed to rotationally couple/decouple the pulley and bell member and the electric motor is arranged inside the bell member on the opposite side to the impeller relative to friction coupling.
