BLOWING APPARATUS
A blowing apparatus includes a housing including an accommodating space and one or more blowing holes and a vibration apparatus in the accommodating space, wherein the vibration apparatus includes a first active vibration member, a second active vibration member connected to an inner lateral surface of the housing and connected to intersect with the first active vibration member, and a passive vibration member between the one or more blowing holes and the first active vibration member and connected to the first active vibration member.
Airflow accelerating device and electronic apparatus
The present invention discloses an airflow accelerating device and an electronic apparatus. The airflow accelerating device comprises: a housing, having a chamber formed therein; at least one vibrating plate, disposed within the chamber; at least one division plate, fixed in the housing, for dividing the chamber into at least two sub-chambers, each of the at least two sub-chambers having at least one air outlet configured to transmit airflow generated by vibration of the vibrating plate to outside of the chamber.
Rotary-pulsation device
Devices for treating aqueous pulps of organic materials usable in the food industry, perfumes, in the production of technical and food alcohol, in the processing of organic waste, etc., are provided. A rotary-pulsation device contains a drive, a stator, and a rotor installed in a housing. A vibration sensor is installed on an outer side of the stator to diagnose conditions of the working bodies and for continuous correction the shaft rotation speed. Reliability of the rotary-pulsation device and processing efficiency are increased by reducing manual cleaning related stops and breakage-related failures. The scope of usage is expanded because automatic processing of water pulps containing large-sized and extended fragments becomes possible; the treated pulp is saturated with small gas bubbles; and automation capabilities may be expanded when integrating the device into substrate processing systems.
Machine and process for filterless wet removal of particles from and humidification of air
An improved air scrubber has an improved, more efficient, more robust impeller and impeller housing for mixing incoming air with water, scrubbing the air with increased efficiency and lower mean time between failures. Also water flow through the system is improved to prevent loss of scrubbing performance and to reduce user workload. In addition to these improvements, the water intake system has been redesigned to use less water, prevent using too much water, and to prevent previously common errors that require users to drain water from the impeller housing.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF CENTRIFUGAL MOVING WAVE COMPRESSORS
Aspects of this disclosure provide a centrifugal impeller having a plurality of constant area shrouded channels that inlet or outlet gas when the channel passes stator inlet port or exit port. The stator walls and ports are located closely adjacent the inside diameter (ID) and outside diameter (OD) of the impeller channel openings, allowing gas to enter or exit a channel of the impeller as the shrouded channel passes a stator port and allows gas to be contained within a channel of the impeller as the shrouded channel passes a stator wall. Further, the impeller reuses the pressurized gas flow by reinjecting the pressurized gas flow back into the ID of the impeller via a second inlet port and utilizing moving wave compression energy. The combination and sequence centrifugal processes and moving wave processes create a higher stage pressure ratio, at lower gas flow, with high gas flow turndown as compared to a conventional centrifugal compressor with similar dimensions and operating speed.
ROTARY-PULSATION DEVICE
The invention relates to devices for the treatment of aqueous pulps of organic materials, and can be used in the food industry, perfumes, in the production of technical and food alcohol, in the processing of organic waste, etc. The invention comprises a rotary-pulsation device containing a drive, a stator and a rotor installed in the housing, on the working surfaces of the stator and rotor are rows of teeth concentrically arranged around the circumference, between which grooves are formed, and the teeth of adjacent rows are offset relative to each other. The device contains a zone of abrasion of particles formed between the rotor blades mounted on the working surface of the rotor and additional stator grooves having an extension from the center of rotation, the stator has a fluid inlet fitting, equipped with a valve, a gas supply fitting is installed on the housing, connected by gas supply channels with gas flow distribution elements clamped by a sealing cover; and a vibration sensor is additionally installed on the outer side of the stator to diagnose conditions of the working bodies and for continuous correction the shaft rotation speed. The invention allows to increase reliability of the rotary-pulsation device by reducing a number of stops for manual cleaning and to reduce failure rates due to breakage; to increase processing efficiency. The device expands a scope of usage due to a possibility of automatic processing of water pulps containing large-sized and extended fragments; it provides a saturation of the treated pulp with small gas bubbles; finally, automation capabilities may be expanded when integrating the device into the substrate processing systems.
System and method of a fan
A fan apparatus is described that comprises a rotational hub that defines a central axis, a first fan blade coupled to the rotational hub and extending radially outward from the central axis, wherein the first fan blade has a first pitch angle; a second fan blade coupled to the rotational hub and extending radially outward from the first central axis, wherein the second fan blade has a second pitch angle opposite the first pitch angle; and a housing that defines cylindrical interior volume with a central axis coaxial with the central axis of the rotational hub, wherein the first and second fan blades reside within the cylindrical interior volume.
Wave rotor with canceling resonator
A wave rotor includes an inlet end plate, a rotor drum, and an outlet end plate. The inlet end plate is arranged to direct a flow of gasses into rotor passages formed in the rotor drum. The rotor drum is arranged to receive the gasses. The outlet end plate is arranged to direct the gasses out of the rotor drum.
