Provided is a waterproof fan which includes: a rotor; a stator including a winding; a circuit board supplying power to the winding; a resin frame including an undersurface located on one side of a rotation axis of a rotor, and a housing space opening on the other side of the rotation axis, to house the circuit board; a waterproofing resin portion covering the stator and closing an opening of the housing space; a bearing rotatably supporting the rotating shaft portion; and a cylindrical metal bearing holder extending along the rotation axis and supporting the bearing, in which the frame includes a tubular holder protection portion extending from the undersurface to the other side of the rotation axis and covering at least a part of an outer peripheral surface of the bearing holder, and the holder protection portion separates the stator from the bearing holder.
Compressor with thermal expansion reducing structure
The invention relates to a compressor machine (10; 10a), in particular a generator or a compressor unit for compressing a gas, comprising a shaft (12) which is arranged in a housing (18) so as to be able to rotate about a longitudinal axis (11) and which is mounted in at least two radial bearings (20, 22) and a thrust bearing (24), the radial bearings (20, 22) and/or the thrust bearing (24) being in the form of an aerodynamic or aerostatic bearing, the shaft (12) being at least indirectly connected to a compressor stage (15) or driving stage comprising an impeller wheel (13).
Motor and ceiling fan including the motor
A motor including a support unit, a first rotating part, a second rotating part, a rotor and a stator is disclosed. The support unit includes an axle and a bearing coupled with the axle. The first rotating part is fit around the axle and is coupled with the bearing. The second rotating part is coupled with the first rotating part. The rotor is coupled with the second rotating part. The stator is connected to the support unit.
HEAT DISSIPATION FAN OF MAGNETIC SUSPENSION STRUCTURE
A heat dissipation fan of a magnetic suspension structure includes a fan frame, a fan blade assembly, a motor coil, a PCB, and an iron plate. The fan frame incudes a base portion and a circumferential wall portion. A central portion of the base portion is raised to form a central shaft. An assembling space is provided between an outer circumference of the central shaft and the circumferential wall portion. The motor coil is arranged in the assembling space and mounted to the central shaft and is electrically connected to the PCB to acquire electrical power. The fan blade assembly includes a hub portion including an axle core and blades extending radially from the hub portion. The fan blade assembly is rotatably mounted in the fan frame with the axle core mounted into a shaft formed in the central shaft. The rubber magnet encloses a circumference of the motor coil.
Hybrid apparatus for controlling the rotation of a fan for cooling the cooling fluid of a vehicle
Apparatus for controlling the rotation about a longitudinal axis (X-X) of a fan (1) for cooling the cooling fluid contained in the radiator of a vehicle, comprising:—a fixed support sleeve (3), internally hollow and extending parallel to the longitudinal axis (X-X) of rotation of the fan;—a bell member (1a) for supporting the fan, mounted on the outer race (2a) of a bearing (2), the inner race (2b) of which is keyed onto the support sleeve (3);—an electromagnetic friction coupling (10) arranged between the bell member (1a) and movement receiving means (4) suitable for connection to the driving shaft of the vehicle;—an electric motor (20) for generating a rotational movement independent of the driving shaft of the vehicle, comprising a stator (21) and a rotor (22);—a first rear flange (3a) integral with the sleeve (3) and designed to support an electromagnet (12) of the electromagnetic friction coupling; a second front flange (40) integral with the sleeve (3) and designed to support the stator (21) of the electric motor (20) and a unit (30; 130) for controlling and electronically driving the electric motor (20), arranged in a position radially on the inside of the bell member (1a) for supporting the fan.
