Ceiling fan structure
A ceiling fan structure includes a mounting bracket, a hanging plate, a coupling, and a motor. The mounting bracket is fixed to a ceiling. The hanging plate has a top fixed to the mounting bracket. The top is formed with a recessed accommodating groove for accommodating a first electronic component. The coupling is connected to a bottom of the accommodating groove and extends downward. The coupling is connected with a support plate extending horizontally. The support plate is configured to support a second electronic component. The internal space of the ceiling fan structure is properly planned so that the components of the ceiling fan structure can be reasonably configured, so as to improve the efficiency of assembly.
Ceiling fan bearing system
A ceiling fan mount assembly having a downrod assembly with a downrod and a motor assembly comprising motor and including a motor shaft. The ceiling fan mount assembly further includes a downrod plate coupled to the downrod and a shaft coupler coupled to the motor shaft and coupled to the downrod plate, whereby coupling the downrod plate to the shaft coupler suspends the motor from the downrod.
CEILING FAN HAVING A DUAL REDUNDANT MOTOR MOUNTING ASSEMBLY
A ceiling fan having a dual redundant motor mounting assembly for suspending a motor comprising a downrod, a hollow motor shaft suspending the motor from the downrod, a retaining pin extending through the hollow motor shaft, and a retaining rod coupled to the retainer pin for redundantly suspending the motor.
CEILING FAN
An ceiling fan comprising a motor system. The motor system is mounted around a motor shaft. The motor shaft couples to a downrod for suspending the ceiling fan from a structure. The motor shaft and motor are encased by a motor housing. The motor housing comprises hub arms for mounting a plurality of blade holders. The blade holders coupled to a plurality of blades rotatable about the motor during operation. The downrod comprises a wire disk mounting guy wiring to the downrod. A retention rod is utilized internal of the motor and downrod as a secondary retention method. An electrical connector is internal of the motor shaft and electrically couples to the stator to power the motor.
HEAT DISSIPATION FAN OF MAGNETIC SUSPENSION STRUCTURE
A heat dissipation fan of a magnetic suspension structure includes a fan frame, a fan blade assembly, a motor coil, a PCB, and an iron plate. The fan frame incudes a base portion and a circumferential wall portion. A central portion of the base portion is raised to form a central shaft. An assembling space is provided between an outer circumference of the central shaft and the circumferential wall portion. The motor coil is arranged in the assembling space and mounted to the central shaft and is electrically connected to the PCB to acquire electrical power. The fan blade assembly includes a hub portion including an axle core and blades extending radially from the hub portion. The fan blade assembly is rotatably mounted in the fan frame with the axle core mounted into a shaft formed in the central shaft. The rubber magnet encloses a circumference of the motor coil.
WATERPROOF FAN
A waterproof fan includes: a rotor including a rotating blade capable of rotating about a rotation axis; a stator including a plurality of stator cores extending in a radial direction relative to the rotation axis, and a winding wound around each of the stator cores; a frame including a housing space opening toward one side of the rotation axis; a circuit board electrically connected to the winding and housed in the housing space; a waterproofing resin portion covering the stator and the circuit board to block the opening of the housing space; and a positioning member provided in the housing space and configured to position the circuit board at a position away from an inner wall of the housing space.
WATERPROOF FAN
A waterproof fan includes: a rotating blade configured to be rotatable about a rotation axis; a rotor including a permanent magnet; a stator including a plurality of stator cores located on an inner diameter side relative to the rotating blade, the plurality of stator cores extending in a radial direction relative to the rotation axis, and windings each wound around a respective stator core; a circuit board electrically connected to the windings; a waterproof cover including a first resin, the waterproof cover covering the circuit board; and a molded portion including a second resin, the molded portion covering at least the stator, the waterproof cover includes: a partitioning portion separating the windings from the circuit board; and a protruding portion protruding from the partitioning portion into a space between the windings, and gaps between the windings, and the partitioning portion and the protruding portion are filled with the second resin.
Ceiling fan
A ceiling fan including a retention system and method of redundantly retaining a ceiling fan can include a ceiling fan motor assembly including a hollow motor shaft at least partially surrounded by a motor housing. A retainer plate is provided at the bottom of the motor housing including an opening. A retainer rod extends through the opening in the retainer plate and secures to the retainer plate. A support cable couples to the retainer rod to suspend the retainer plate from a structure, wherein the retainer plate is configured to redundantly retainer the ceiling fan.
Rotation drive device and centrifugal pump apparatus employing same
This centrifugal blood pump apparatus includes an impeller (10) provided in a blood chamber (7), and a plurality of coils (20) provided in a motor chamber (8) for driving the impeller (10) to rotate with a dividing wall (6) interposed therebetween. A flexible substrate (23) in the shape of a strip is arranged to surround outer circumferences of the plurality of coils (20), and is connected to the plurality of coils (20) and a connector (24).
