A METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ELECTRIC AIR COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY
A method for operating an electric air compressor assembly. The assembly includes an electric motor and a compressor which is mechanically coupled to the electric motor and which is capable of providing compressed air to a tank The method comprises monitoring the temperature of at least one component of the electric air compressor assembly and controlling the motor speed as a function of said temperature running the motor at a first speed S1, which results in the temperature increasing; when the temperature reaches a temperature threshold, which is lower than a maximum admissible temperature, running the motor at a second speed S2>S1 until a predetermined desired pressure in the tank is reached.
Methods and systems for cooling a pressurized fluid with a reduced-pressure fluid
Systems and methods for reducing the pressure of a first pressurized fluid, thereby reducing the temperature of the pressurized fluid, and utilization of the reduced-pressure and temperature fluid to cool a second fluid. Such an approach can enable a reduction in the size and weight of a hydraulic system, utilize waste energy in a system, and/or minimize electrical power requirements of a system, among other benefits.

The vacuum pump includes A motor for rotating a rotor, a heater capable of raising a temperature, a base spacer for holding the heater, a controller capable of controlling the heater by switching an operation mode between a normal operation mode and a cleaning operation mode, and a storage portion storing information on a set temperature relating to the heater, the storage portion stores at least first temperature information for the normal operation mode, or more specifically, set temperature information capable of using the pump without nonconformity, second temperature information for the cleaning operation mode, or more specifically, set temperature information capable of re-gasifying side reaction products generated during the normal operation mode, and the temperature represented by the second temperature information is higher than the temperature represented by the first temperature information.
COMPRESSOR SYSTEM
A compressor system (10) includes a motor (3) including a rotor (31) configured to rotate about an axis and a stator (32) disposed on an outer circumference side of the rotor (31), a compressor (2) including an impeller (22) configured to compress a working fluid (31) by rotating together with the rotor and a housing (23) covering the impeller (22) from an outer circumference side, and a heat exchange flow path (600) through which a fluid flowing inside the stator (32) or in a gap between the stator (32) and the rotor (31) is flowed and heat is exchangeable between the fluid and the housing (23).
Turbo-molecular pump
A turbo-molecular pump comprises: a rotor; stationary blades; a stator; a plurality of spacers; a heater disposed on the base; a temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of the stator; and a temperature regulation section for on/off controlling the heater based on a temperature detected by the temperature sensor to regulate the temperature of the stator so as to be a reaction product accumulation prevention temperature. At least one spacer arranged on a base side of the plurality of spacers is cooled by coolant, and the turbo-molecular pump further comprises a heat insulation member disposed between the base and the spacer arranged on the base.
Pump with integrated heating element
A pump for a dishwasher is configured as an impeller pump having a central water inflow to a rotating impeller for conveying the water in the radial direction out of the impeller into a pump chamber which surrounds the impeller in a ring-like manner and has a heated pump chamber wall on its outer side. Here, the pump has an outlet in the end region of the pump chamber at an axial spacing from the impeller. Heating elements which have a decreasing power output with regard to the area power output in the axial direction of the pump toward the outlet are arranged on the pump chamber wall. An input of energy into the pump chamber can thus be varied and in the process adapted depending on a turbulent or laminar flow.
