Modular pinion shaft for reciprocating pumps
A modular pinion shaft that includes a tubular member having a first end and a second end, a first pinion gear member secured to the first end by a plurality of fasteners, and a second pinion gear member secured to the first end by a plurality of fasteners. Gear teeth of each of the pinion gear members are aligned by one or more indexing members disposed between the tubular member and each pinion gear member.
Combined secondary inlet bell and flow grid for a centrifugal fan or centrifugal compressor
A centrifugal fan assembly including fan wheel, a primary inlet bell, a secondary inlet bell, and a flow grid. The primary inlet bell and secondary inlet bell direct air into an inlet of the fan wheel of the centrifugal fan. Also disclosed is a sound reduction assembly for reducing the sound produced by a centrifugal fan or centrifugal compressor. A method of directing air flowing into a centrifugal fan or a centrifugal compressor is also disclosed.
Electric blower
A high speed electric blower is provided. A rotor assembly of the blower has a bearing, a moving impeller and a magnetic ring. A housing of the blower has a bearing chamber. The diameter of the magnetic ring is smaller than the diameter of the bearing chamber. The magnetic ring can pass through the bearing chamber. The moving impeller and the magnetic ring are respectively located at either end of the bearing chamber. The single bearing is located between the moving impeller and the magnetic ring of the rotating shaft.
Motor assembly and method for manufacturing the same
A motor assembly includes a rolling bearing installed on a rotation shaft between an impeller and a rotor to support a first support of the rotation shaft, and a motor housing having a stator. The motor housing has a gas bearing bracket for accommodating a second support of the rotation shaft disposed at a side opposite to the first support with respect to the rotor. The motor assembly includes a gas bearing assembly in the gas bearing bracket to support rotation of the second support of the rotation shaft. The gas bearing assembly includes a gas bearing for surrounding the second support. The gas bearing is spaced apart from the second support of the rotation shaft to define a gap therebetween when the rotation shaft rotates. The gas bearing assembly includes an elastic member interposed between the gas bearing bracket and the gas bearing to elastically support the gas bearing.
