Pump assembly, in particular for supplying a slide ring seal assembly
The invention relates to a pump assembly, especially of a mechanical seal assembly, for supplying a fluid, especially to a mechanical seal (2a, 2b), comprising exactly one drive (11) comprising a drive shaft (24), a first axial pump (21), which conveys the fluid in the axial direction (X-X) of the drive shaft, a second axial pump (22), which conveys the fluid in the axial direction of the drive shaft, and a radial pump (23), which conveys the fluid in the radial direction (R) of the drive shaft, wherein the first axial pump (21) and the second axial pump (22) are arranged in front of the radial pump (23) in the flow-through direction (B) of the fluid across the pump assembly, and wherein the drive (11) simultaneously drives the first axial pump (21), the second axial pump (22) and the radial pump (23).
Rotating device and aircraft
According to one implementation, a rotating device includes at least one ring, at least one motor and a power transmission mechanism. The least one ring rotates in a circumference direction. The at least one ring includes no hub for housing a motor inside the at least one ring. The at least one motor generates power for rotating the at least one ring. The power transmission mechanism transmits the power to the at least one ring.
Blood pump device
Disclosed is a blood pump device. The blood pump device includes: a housing having an overflow passage, and an inlet and an outlet respectively connected to the overflow passage; a rotor assembly rotatably disposed in the overflow passage; a coil disposed in a side wall of the housing; a first permanent magnet portion disposed inside the rotor assembly; a second permanent magnet portion disposed in the side wall of the housing, the first permanent magnet portion and the second permanent magnet portion forming a radial permanent magnet bearing; a piece of electric motor magnetic steel disposed inside a rotor of the rotor assembly; and a magnetic protection portion disposed at a periphery of the coil, wherein the magnetic protection portion and the electric motor magnetic steel act together to provide an axial pre-tightening force for the rotor assembly.
Pumping device, a single-use device and a method for operating a pumping device
A pumping device includes a single-use device and a reusable device. The single-use device is to be inserted into the reusable device and includes two pump units in series, one behind the other. Each pump unit includes a rotor for a bearingless motor, and can be magnetically levitated and driven without contact for rotation about an axial direction. The reusable device includes a stator for each rotor which form an electromagnetic rotary drive for rotating the rotor about the axial direction. Each stator is a bearing and drive stator with which the rotor can be magnetically driven and levitated without contact with respect to the stator. An independent control device is provided for each stator, and can independently activate a respective stator.
Integrated electric submersible pumping system with electromagnetically driven impeller
An electric submersible pumping system is constructed with an outer housing which contains an integrated pump and motor. The pump may comprise an impeller disposed within a stator of the motor to form an integrated pump and the motor. An electric submersible pumping system includes a stator having a passage extending longitudinally through the stator. A plurality of stages, including impellers and diffusers, are disposed within the passage.
SHAFTLESS ROTARY MACHINE
A shaftless rotary machine includes an impeller, a motor positioned radially outward from the impeller, and a housing. The impeller includes a hub, blades connected to the hub, and a shroud connected to the blades. The motor includes a rotor connected to the shroud and a stator. The housing includes an inlet, an outlet, and a duct. The duct extends from the inlet to the outlet. The duct partially surrounds the motor and the impeller.
CENTRIFUGAL BLOOD PUMP WITH HYDRODYNAMIC BEARING
A centrifugal blood pump without a mechanical bearing comprises a pump casing (1), an impeller (9) arranged in the pump casing rotatably about the central axis and freely movable axially and radially within a limited clearance. The impeller has per-manent magnets or permanently magnetized magnetic regions (N/S) which cooperate with an electromagnetic drive to set the impeller rotating. A circular wall (12) or circularly arranged wall sections are provided within the pump casing, their inner surfaces defining a radial clearance together with the outer circumference of the impeller to form a hydrodynamic radial bearing for the impeller.
