VARIABLE GAP BETWEEN IMPELLER ROTOR AND STATIC STRUCTURE
An assembly is provided for a turbine engine. This assembly includes a static structure and an impeller rotor housed within the static structure. The impeller rotor includes a vane structure and a shroud. The vane structure includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a plurality of vanes arranged circumferentially about a rotational axis. The vanes include a first vane. The first vane includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion. The first portion is axially between the first sidewall and the second sidewall. The second portion is radially between the first sidewall and the shroud. The third portion is radially between the second sidewall and the shroud. The shroud circumscribes the vane structure. A gap is formed by and extends between the shroud and the static structure. A dimension of the gap changes as the gap extends along the shroud.
PERMANENT MAGNET LEAKAGE-FREE LOW-TEMPERATURE PUMP
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of low-temperature pumps, in particular to a permanent magnet leakage-free low-temperature pump. The permanent magnet leakage-free low-temperature pump comprises a pump body, wherein a pump impeller is arranged in the pump body, the pump impeller and a permanent magnet motor are of a coaxial structure, no coupler device is arranged between the pump impeller and the permanent magnet motor, a motor barrel is arranged in the pump body and connected with an external power source through a wiring device to work, a first flange plate is arranged at the position, located at the front end, of the outer wall of the pump body, and a second flange plate is arranged at the position, located at the rear end, of the outer wall of the pump body.
BLOOD PUMP
The invention includes three flushing channels each having a flushing channel longitudinal axis oriented parallel to the rotary shaft, which are distributed evenly around a rotary shaft with each flushing channels including a flushing channel cross-section oriented orthogonally to the rotary shaft. The cross-sections are each kidney-shaped and surround the rotary shaft in sectors.
Impeller with external blades
A compressor includes a housing, a shaft, and an impeller rotatable relative to the housing by the shaft. The impeller includes a hub, impeller blades, and external blades. The impeller blades extend from a front of the hub. The external blades protrude from a rear surface of the hub or an outer surface of a shroud of the impeller. The external blades are curved along the rear surface or the outer surface. A heat transfer circuit includes a compressor and a working fluid. The compressor includes an impeller having a hub, impeller blades, and external blades.
ELECTRIC PUMP WITH ISOLATED STATOR
The present disclosure relates to an electric pump including a housing defining an inlet and an outlet. The electric pump includes a rotor and stator within the housing. The rotor is liquid cooled by working fluid of the pump and the stator is positioned in a dry chamber that is sealed to prevent the working fluid from entering the dry chamber. A heat exchanger is used to cool the stator. An impeller driven by the rotor draws working fluid into the housing through the inlet. The working fluid passes through the heat exchanger to draw heat from the stator before reaching the impeller. The working fluid is discharged from the housing through the outlet by the impeller.
Anti-swirl ribs in electric submersible pump balance ring cavity
Systems and features for improving sand control in pumps are provided. These features can be used in centrifugal pumps employed in a variety of oilfield applications, such as in electric submersible pumping systems positioned downhole in a wellbore to pump oil or other fluids. Such features include shielded anti-swirl ribs positioned in the balance chamber.
CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS FOR MEDICAL USES
Extracorporeal circuit devices can be used for on-pump open-heart surgery to support surgical procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting. In some cases, a centrifugal pump is used as part of an extracorporeal circuit. Centrifugal pump heads are described herein that induce flow on two sides of an impeller plate, and that can be conveniently mechanically assembled.
Vertical self-priming pump
The present invention claims a vertical self-priming pump which comprises a pump body, a motor and a medium backflow blocking device, the medium backflow blocking device comprises a static ring and a moving ring which are vertically and oppositely arranged, and an elastic supporting sleeve; the moving ring is embedded on the upper surface of the impeller, the elastic supporting sleeve is fixed on the upper surface of the flow guide body, and the static ring is embedded on the lower surface of an elastic supporting ring. During normal working, the elastic supporting sleeve of the present invention in the medium backflow blocking device generates a downward deformation under the action of liquid medium pressure, thus the moving ring and the static ring closely contact with each other and block the backflow gap channel, and the pump efficiency is improved.
Impeller for disc pump
An impeller for a disc pump has a drive disc with a connector for joining to a shaft of the disc pump, a driven disc affixed to the drive disc so as to define a space therebetween, and a plurality of wing vanes formed in the face of at least one of the drive disc and the driven disc. The drive disc has a face facing a face of the driven disc. The drive disc extends in generally parallel planar relationship to the driven disc. The plurality of wing vanes radiate across the face toward an outer diameter of one of the drive disc and the driven disc. Each of the plurality of wing vanes has a portion extending outwardly beyond the outer diameter of the drive disc and the driven disc.
ELECTRIC CENTRIFUGAL PUMP WITH CONTAINMENT SHELL GROOVES
An electric centrifugal pump having a motor housing, a pump head, a containment shell, and a rotor assembly consisting of a pump impeller and a permanent magnet rotor, wherein the pump head with the containment shell defines a wet chamber, in which the rotor assembly is arranged rotationally around a longitudinal motor axis, the containment shell with the motor housing defines a dry chamber, in which a wound stator is arranged, and the permanent magnet rotor is arranged within the stator and a hollow-cylindrical region of the containment shell. Particle accumulations in the region between the containment shell and the permanent magnet rotor cannot occur or can only occur to a very minor extent and that the consequences of impurities in the wet chamber are reduced in order to prevent premature wear or a blockage of the centrifugal pump.
