ASSEMBLY FOR A TURBINE ENGINE
An assembly for a turbine engine extending along an axis, includes a stator, a low-pressure compressor shaft, a low-pressure compressor comprising a rotor comprising a drum rotatably coupled to the shaft of the low-pressure compressor, and a fan comprising a disk rotatably coupled to the shaft of the low-pressure compressor. The drum has a radially internal part rotatably coupled to the shaft of the low-pressure compressor and a radially external part fixed to the radially internal part by means of detachable fixing means. A first axial retention means is configured to axially and detachably retain the disk of the fan relative to the shaft of the low-pressure compressor. A second axial retention means is configured to axially and detachably retain the radially internal part of the drum relative to the shaft of the low-pressure compressor.
Regenerative multi-stage compressor
A compressor of the regenerative type configured to work at pressures exceeding 50 bars includes a motor, a magnetic drive coupling connected to the motor and adapted to transmit the rotary motion to a drive shaft, which is mechanically connected to the magnetic drive coupling, and two peripheral impellers mounted on the drive shaft.
LOCKING STRUCTURE OF COMPRESSOR IMPELLER AND INSTALLATION METHOD, CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
A locking structure of a compressor impeller, which includes: a rotary shaft; a lock nut arranged on an end of the rotary shaft by means of a threaded connection and provided with waist-shaped holes extending along a circumferential direction thereof; an impeller sleeved on the end of the rotary shaft and located on an inner side of the lock nut, the impeller is provided with threaded holes in communication with the waist-shaped holes of the lock nut; a nose piece located on an outer side of the lock nut and provided with through holes in communication with the waist-shaped holes of the lock nut; and bolts passing through the through holes and the waist-shaped holes in turn into the threaded holes, thereby fixing the nose piece, the lock nut and the impeller together.
Compressor driveshaft assembly and compressor including same
A compressor system includes a compressor housing and a driveshaft rotatably supported within the compressor housing. The compressor system further includes an impeller that imparts kinetic energy to incoming refrigerant gas upon rotation of the driveshaft, a thrust disk coupled to the driveshaft, and a bearing assembly mounted to the compressor housing. The impeller includes an impeller bore having an inner surface, and the thrust disk includes an outer disk and a hub. The bearing assembly rotatably supports the outer disk of the thrust disk. The hub is disposed within the impeller bore, and includes a hub outer surface in contact with the inner surface of the impeller bore. A first contact force between the hub outer surface and the inner surface of the impeller bore increases with increased rotational speed of the driveshaft.
Compressor
A compressor comprising: a stator assembly comprising a plurality of stator elements; a rotor assembly comprising a shaft to which is mounted at least one bearing, a permanent magnet and an impeller; a support body; and an outer can comprising an air inlet. The support body comprises a hollow elongate central part to which is mounted the at least one bearing, and inside which the magnet is positioned, the elongate central part comprising a plurality of openings, and the air inlet of the outer can is axially aligned at least partially with the plurality of openings in the elongate central part.
Rotor loading system
A rotor loading system for an aircraft turbine engine has a first tool having first proximal and first distal ends. The first proximal end defines a traction interface about a first axis and a first surface radially outward of the traction interface. The first distal end defines first projections spaced circumferentially and extending to outward of the first surface. The system has a second tool with second proximal and second distal ends. The second proximal end defines a torque interface about a second axis and a second surface radially outward of the torque interface. The second distal end defines second projections spaced circumferentially and extending to outward of the second surface. One of the first and the second tool is received by the other one of the tools such that: the first and the second axis are colinear and each of the first projections is received between two second projections.
Modular pumping system
A pumping module is positionable within a pump housing for pumping fluid into a wellbore. The pumping module includes a cylindrical housing with an inlet end and an outlet end, an inlet cap positioned on the inlet end of the cylindrical housing and including an inlet formed through the inlet cap, and an outlet cap positioned on the outlet end of the cylindrical housing and including an outlet formed through the outlet cap. A shaft is rotatable with respect to the cylindrical housing, and a rotor is positioned within the cylindrical housing and rotatable by the shaft to push fluid through the cylindrical housing.
Rotating body, turbocharger, and rotating body manufacturing method
Provided is a rotating body, including: a shaft; and a compressor impeller including: a main body having an insertion hole, which extends from one end to another end side and is configured to receive the shaft inserted therethrough; a boss portion formed at one end side of the main body; and a joint portion, which is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole at the boss portion and is welded to the shaft.
