A non-clogging pump includes a pump casing and an impeller that includes a main plate portion and a vane portion, in which the main plate portion includes a main plate protrusion portion that protrudes in a counter-inflow direction, the vane portion includes a first end face and a second end face and is connected to the main plate protrusion portion at an inner periphery-side end portion, and an inner peripheral wall that forms the suction port of the pump casing includes a suction port protrusion portion that is provided at a portion in a rotation direction of the rotating shaft, is disposed along the second end face with a gap from the second end face, and protrudes toward a center side of the suction port.
Debris exclusion seal guard for a pump
An example hydraulic pump comprises: a housing; an input shaft extending from the housing; a seal disposed within the housing and positioned about the input shaft; and a seal guard member positioned about the input shaft and mounted to the housing at an interface between the input shaft and the housing, wherein the seal guard member is configured to allow rotation of the input shaft without rotating therewith.
Vacuum cleaner assembly
A vacuum cleaner assembly configured to be mounted in a vehicle. The vacuum cleaner assembly including a vacuum unit configured to draw a vacuum, a canister assembly configured to collect debris and coupled to the vacuum unit, a hose junction configured to serve as a pathway for debris, and a chassis connecting the hose junction to the canister assembly. A pathway through the vacuum cleaner assembly may turn 180 degrees in the hose junction. A dirty air port of the canister assembly may be disposed at an angle relative to a surface of the chassis to facilitate placement and removal of the canister assembly.
BLOWER COMPRISING A FAN INSTALLED IN AN INNER SPACE OF A LOWER BODY HAVING A FIRST AND SECOND UPPER BODY POSITIONED ABOVE AND A SPACE FORMED BETWEEN THE BODIES WHEREIN THE BODIES HAVE A FIRST AND SECOND OPENINGS FORMED THROUGH RESPECTIVE BOUNDARY SURFACES WHICH ARE OPENED AND CLOSED BY A DOOR ASSEMBLY
A blower is provided that may include a fan that creates airflow; a lower body forming an inner space in which the fan may be installed, and having at least one suction hole through which air passes; an upper body positioned above the lower body and including a first upper body forming a first inner space that communicates with the inner space of the lower body, and a second upper body forming a second inner space that communicates with the inner space of the lower body and spaced apart from the first upper body; a space formed between the first upper body and the second upper body and opened in a frontward-rearward direction; a first opening formed through a first boundary surface of the first upper body facing the space; a second opening formed through a second boundary surface of the second upper body facing the space; and a door assembly including a first door installed at the first upper body and that opens and closes the first opening, and a second door installed at the second upper body and that opens and closes the second opening.
Inflation product with built-in air pump
The present disclosure provides an inflation product with a built-in air pump, including an air pump (1), a connection piece (2) and an inflation product (15). The inflation product (15) includes a through hole (151) penetrating from inside to outside, the connection piece (2) is fixed at an opening of the through hole (151), the air pump (1) and the connection piece (2) are detachably connected, and the through hole (151) is provided for the air pump (1) to protrude into with a front end of the air pump (1) exposed outside the through hole (151). The front end of the air pump (1) includes an air inlet (3) in which a normally-closed switch is mounted, and an air inlet sealing cover (5) for driving the normally-closed switch (4) to be pressed down is covered on the air inlet (3).
Modular low-noise motor
A modular fan cover assembly for inclusion on an electric motor is selectively configurable for degrees of reduced noise operation. The modular fan cover assembly includes a plurality of cooperating components arranged to direct fluid communication through the assembly. The components may include, for example, a fan cover defining a fan chamber for enclosing the fan, an inlet cover including an inlet chamber and a plurality of inlet apertures, and a silencing insert selectively includable with the fan cover assembly that may include one or more silencing features. The selective combination of the components can redirect airflow through various turns or bend in the modular fan cover assembly to trap or suppress noise propagating from the electric motor. The modular fan cover assembly may be operatively equipped with a blower assembly.
Pump device, in particular submersible pump device
A pump device, in particular submersible pump device, has at least one bearing receptacle which is configured for receiving a drive shaft end bearing, wherein the bearing receptacle has at least one cooling channel for receiving at least one cooling fluid.
FLUID PUMP AND IMPELLER THEREOF
An impeller for a fluid pump includes a hub having an outer surface; an outer ring which is concentric with the hub and having an inner surface; and a plurality of blades extending from a root at the outer surface to a tip at the inner surface. Each of the blades has a first leg and a second leg which meet at a vertex such that a concave side of the blades faces toward a rotational direction and such that a convex side of the blades faces away from the rotational direction. The concave side of each one of the plurality of blades forms a draft angle with the convex side of another one of the plurality of blades which is immediately adjacent thereto in the rotational direction. The draft angle at the inner surface is less than or equal to 10% of the draft angle at the outer surface.
Fan and cover for fan
A fan includes an electric motor and a fan wheel drivable or driven by the electric motor, arranged within its housing. The underside of the housing has an opening for an electric outlet, and a side the housing has a bracket, thereby forming a bushing. An electric line is arranged at least partially at the underside of the housing and is guided through the bushing, and a cover element is arranged at the underside of the housing. The cover element has a first section and a second section. The cover element is arranged at the underside of the housing in such a way that the first section is at least partially arranged in the bushing and clamps the electric line in the bushing while forming a strain relief, and that the second section covers the opening.
PORTABLE GRAIN CONDITIONERS
Potentially off-grid grain conditioners that can be operably connected to an aeration grain bin or silo to blow heated air through the crop to dry the crop or to blow ambient temperature air through the crop to cool it are disclosed. A fan is powered by a motor that may be mounted inside the air stream to allow the heat from the motor to be collected and forced into the airstream that is blown into the grain bin. The engine exhaust may be routed through an air exchanger to remove heat from the exhaust and direct heat into the grain bin, or the exhaust may be put into the atmosphere without capturing any of the heat, which allows the fan to operate in a cooling mode. The motor may be mounted inline or mounted to the side for a centrifugal aeration fan.
