Disclosed is a spar beam and a wind turbine blade comprising a spar beam. The wind turbine blade comprising a first blade section extending along a longitudinal axis from a root to a first end and a second blade section extending along the longitudinal axis from a second end to a tip. The spar beam comprises a conductive beam sheath circumscribing at least a beam sheath angular distance of the spar beam about the spar beam axis and longitudinally extending from a fourth beam axis position to a fifth beam axis position.
Yaw brake pad and method of producing the same
Provided are a yaw brake pad and a method of producing the same, which relate to the technical field of friction material. The yaw brake pad is prepared from, by weight, the following main ingredients: 70-75 parts of polyether ether ketone, 10-20 parts of carbon fiber, 3-5 parts of glass fiber and 3-5 of graphite. It alleviates the technical problem that the metal-based friction materials generally for producing current international and domestic yaw brake pads are likely to rust, harmful to dual discs, and produce screechy. It has not only significantly improved mechanical properties and high temperature tolerance, much lower hardness, less wear to dual discs, and lower noise, but also improved friction stability and adaptability to working conditions, and thus can effectively satisfy the demand of the wind driven generator for yaw braking at a low speed.
Wind turbine rotary connection, rotor blade, and wind turbine comprising same
A wind power installation rotary connection, in particular a blade bearing or azimuth rotary connection, wherein the rotary connection is in the form of a plain bearing assembly, comprising an inner ring having a number of first plain bearing surfaces, an outer ring having a number of second plain bearing surfaces which are respectively associated with one of the first plain bearing surfaces as a plain bearing surface partner, and wherein the plain bearing assembly is in the form of a dry-running plain bearing assembly.

A first aspect of the invention provides a wind turbine blade comprising an electro-thermal heating element, the electro-thermal heating element comprising a sheet of electrically resistive material which is folded so as to provide a plurality of heat zones, each heat zone comprising one or more layers of the sheet, wherein at least two of the heat zones have a different number of layers of the sheet.
METHOD OF REPAIRING A WIND TURBINE TOWER FOUNDATION USING A HARDENING LIQUID COMPRISING FUNCTIONALIZED GRAPHENE
A method for repairing a wind turbine tower foundation, wherein the method comprises steps of providing a hardening liquid comprising functionalized graphene, wherein the hardening liquid has density above water or salt water; introducing the hardening liquid to the wind turbine tower foundation, thereby displacing the water or salt water due to higher density of the hardening liquid; hardening the hardening liquid by resistive heating.
Vertical self-priming pump
The present invention claims a vertical self-priming pump which comprises a pump body, a motor and a medium backflow blocking device, the medium backflow blocking device comprises a static ring and a moving ring which are vertically and oppositely arranged, and an elastic supporting sleeve; the moving ring is embedded on the upper surface of the impeller, the elastic supporting sleeve is fixed on the upper surface of the flow guide body, and the static ring is embedded on the lower surface of an elastic supporting ring. During normal working, the elastic supporting sleeve of the present invention in the medium backflow blocking device generates a downward deformation under the action of liquid medium pressure, thus the moving ring and the static ring closely contact with each other and block the backflow gap channel, and the pump efficiency is improved.
