MODULAR MAGNETIC-TYPE FAN CONVENIENT FOR INSTALLATION
The present utility model discloses a modular magnetic-type fan convenient for installation, which comprises a housing, a magnetic-type structure and an electrical-connection structure; the housing is surrounded by a plurality of side frames; the magnetic-type structure comprises a first magnetic part and a second magnetic part arranged on both side frames; the electrical-connection structure comprises a first electrical-connection part and a second electrical-connection part arranged on two side frames; the users can splice fans in accordance with their actual needs make the fan combinations more convenient and avoid messy electrical connection.
SEALING SYSTEM FOR MAGNETIC LEVITATING CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC LEVITATING CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR
A sealing system for a magnetic levitating centrifugal compressor, the magnetic levitating centrifugal compressor including a motor cavity and a motor shaft disposed within the motor cavity, an end of the motor shaft extends out from the motor cavity and is mounted with an impeller, the sealing system includes: a seal which is sleeved on the outer side of the motor shaft and is disposed between the impeller and the motor cavity; a first magnet which is fixed at the outer surface of the motor shaft; and a second magnet which is fixed at a side of the seal facing the motor shaft; the first magnet and the second magnet form a radial repulsive force in the radial direction of the motor shaft, so that the seal can be levitated in relative to the motor shaft and move therewith.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS ASSOCIATED WITH A REMOVABLE INLET SHIELD
An inlet shield with a first portion that is configured to be secured to an inlet of a turbocharger, and a second portion that is configured to be removably coupled to the first portion via magnets, wherein different second portions may have different mesh layouts allowing a consumer to choose different levels of protection and air flow based on desired use.
MAGNETICALLY ATTRACTED FAN SET
A magnetically attracted fan set comprises N+1 fans, the N≥1, and each of the N+1 fans has a fan frame and an airflow generating component disposed on the fan frame. Any two adjacent fans of the N+1 fans respectively have a joint surface, each of the joint surfaces has at least one fixing member capable of forming magnetic attraction, when the joint surface is close to the other joint surface at a distance sufficient for the two fixing members on the two joint surfaces to form magnetic attraction, two of the N+1 fans are joined together. Accordingly, the invention is capable of directly and quickly joining the N+1 fans without requiring complicated assembly gestures or other external components.
Tooling assembly for magnetically aligning components in an additive manufacturing machine
A tooling assembly for mounting a plurality of components, such as compressor blades, in a powder bed additive manufacturing machine to facilitate a repair process is provided. The tooling assembly includes component fixtures configured for receiving each of the compressor blades, a mounting plate for receiving the component fixtures, and a magnet assembly operably coupling the component fixtures to the mounting plate in a desired position and orientation to facilitate an improved printing process.
Automated fan inlet damper closure apparatus
Embodiments of the inventive technology include a centrifugal fan having a damper repositionable between a closed position and a fully seated open position, and a magnetic coupler that serves to fully seat that damper it its open configuration, so as to prevent undesired effects such as slippage and/or rocking of that damper relative to rotatable componentry against which it is pressed, during operation of the fan. The coupler may be configured so that the damper may decouple from rotatable componentry, e.g., upon a certain reverse pressure differential, and translate to a closed position.
MACHINE AND METHOD FOR VACCUUM-ASSISTED SERVICING OF A FLUID ENCLOSURE
A portable battery-powered vacuum pump includes a housing having an intake vent, an outlet, and a fan assembly including a fan. The vacuum pump includes a magnet having a holding strength great enough to resist terrestrial gravitational force acting on the vacuum pump, a battery, and a power and control circuit that selectively applies power from the battery to rotate the fan, such that gas is drawn into the intake vent and expelled from the outlet.
Seal device
In an exemplary embodiment, a seal device (10) that seals between a housing (11) and a rotation shaft (20) passing through the housing (11) includes: a floating ring (15) arranged with a gap h with respect to the rotation shaft (20), a seal portion (14) formed by bringing one end face of the floating ring (15) into contact with the housing (11), and a space portion j provided between the floating ring (15) and the housing (11), and the floating ring (15) includes bias means that contactlessly biases the floating ring (15) to the seal portion via the space portion j. The seal device in which the floating ring follows movement of the rotation shaft is capable of exerting a sealing operation so that vibration of the rotation shaft can be reduced.
MAGNETIC SEAL SYSTEM
A magnetic seal system adapted for use between a support structure and a rotatable shaft. The seal system includes a rotating annular seal assembly surrounding the shaft and rotating therewith, which includes an annular seal, and a non-rotating biasing assembly sealingly mounted to the support structure around the shaft and axially engaging the annular seal assembly. The biasing assembly includes an annular magnet unit axially displaceable relative to the shaft and supported surrounding the shaft. The annular magnet unit exerting an attracting force on the annular seal assembly to biasingly displace the annular magnet unit towards the annular seal. A bias member unit is also provided for non-magnetically biasing the annular magnet unit axially relative to the shaft towards the annular seal. Adjacent contacting surfaces between the annular seal and the annular magnet unit biasingly contact one another to form a sealing interface therebetween.
Turbomachine clearance control using a floating seal
A sealing arrangement includes a stationary component, a first slot is defined between an outer wall and a first inner wall, a second slot is defined between the outer wall and a second inner wall. A rotating component moves in a circumferential direction relative to the stationary component. The rotating component includes a tip rail. A floating seal positioned between the stationary component and the rotating component. The floating seal includes an axial member having a first arm extending into the first slot and a second arm extending into the second slot. The floating seal includes a first radial member and a second radial member that extends from the axial member. A plurality of magnets coupled to the stationary component, the rotating component, and the floating seal. The plurality of magnets is arranged such that the floating seal is contained between the stationary component and the rotating component.
