Hydraulic power pack system
This invention is a portable pneumatically driven pressure intensifying positive displacement hydraulic power unit that can be transported in a bag or backpack and carried or worn by the user. The device can be powered by any suitable high pressure gas that is preferably contained in a small pressure vessel for portability. The device can be used to supply high pressure hydraulic fluid to tools with a wide range of uses in many fields including construction, industrial, breaching, and emergency service situations. This novel device does not require an electric or fuel powered hydraulic fluid pumping system, which allows it to be very portable and used in almost any environment (e.g., hazardous atmosphere or under water) without being tethered to an electric or fuel powered power source.
Pneumatic-hydraulic control valve
A pneumatic-hydraulic control valve includes a valve base and a valve stem movably disposed in the valve base. A first inner oil guiding hole of the valve stem communicates with a first outer oil guiding hole of the valve base. A second inner oil guiding hole of the valve stem does not communicate with a second outer oil guiding hole of the valve base when the valve stem is closed, and communicates with the second outer oil guiding hole of the valve base when the valve stem is opened. Further, the valve stem has a first stressed portion for bearing a fluid closing force and a second stressed portion for bearing a fluid opening force. The outer diameter of the first stressed portion is larger than that of the second stressed portion. Thus, the present invention reduces a valve opening force without affecting the sealing effect.

FLOW RATE CONTROLLER AND DRIVE DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH SAME
A flow rate controller and a drive device are provided with a cylinder flow passage connected to an air cylinder; a main flow passage for supplying air to and discharging air from the air cylinder; an auxiliary flow passage that has a first throttle valve and through which exhaust air discharged from the air cylinder passes with a smaller flow rate than that of the main flow passage; a switch valve that switches between a first position in which the cylinder flow passage communicates with the main flow passage and a second position in which the cylinder flow passage communicates with the auxiliary flow passage; and a pilot air adjustment part that guides a portion of the exhaust air from the air cylinder as pilot air to the switch valve.

Hydraulic unit with combined pneumatic/servomotor action and related use
The present patent of invention relates to a hydraulic unit (U) with a pneumatic cylinder (15) that works jointly with a servomotor (M), together with a ball screw (29) to together move a hydraulic piston pump (8), made up of a hydraulic plunger (7), with related sealing elements to prevent oil leaks, noise, metal-on-metal attrition and loss of efficiency, that is moved upwards and downwards using a ball screw (29) and a pneumatic cylinder (15), jointly with a servomotor (M) which, when moved, pushes the pressurized oil outwards while filling the opposite hydraulic chamber with an oil suction movement, the pumped oil entering a hydraulic pressure accumulator (25), where it remains idle to be used when required and being supplied by the up/down movement of the piston, generating continuous pumping, which is automatically stopped when the hydraulic pressure accumulator (25) is full and has reached the predetermined hydraulic pressure.

PRESSURE SENSING BLOWOUT PREVENTER CONTROL SYSTEM
A control system includes a closing unit including a tank including a usable volume of the control system, at least one primary pump configured to pump hydraulic fluid from the usable volume of the tank, a plurality of valves, and a first pressure transducer disposed between the at least one primary pump and at least one valve of the plurality of valves. The at least one primary pump, the pressure transducer, and the at least one valve of the plurality of valves are hydraulically connected with the tank. The first pressure transducer manages a start-stop operation of the at least one primary pump. Hydraulic fluid within the control system has a predetermined static pressure. The at least one pump is powered by an electric energy source.
Lubrication system for a compressor
A lubrication system is provided for supplying lubricant to an air compressor. The air compressor is driven by a drive system. The lubrication system includes a reservoir configured to support lubricant and configured to receive pressurized air from the air compressor, the separator reservoir configured to separate lubricant from the air received from the air compressor; and a motor operably coupled to the drive system and configured to receive pressurized lubricant. The motor is configured to transmit power to the drive system in at least one operating condition.
