20230175531 · 2023-06-08 ·

A hydraulic control system for linear actuation that provides a bypass flow during startup of a lifting command, provides a split flow between a cylinder and a reservoir once a minimum operating speed of a pump has been reached, and provides complete flow to a cylinder after the minimum operating speed of the pump has been reached. This is achieved through control of a flow control valve and a proportional flow control valve by a processor.

At least one output port of the spool valve is in fluid communication with a hydraulically operated device and at least one of another output port is in fluid communication with a return. The control valve is configured to adjust the location of the spool in the chamber to regulate fluid flow to the hydraulically operated device.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE

A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a hydraulic bump to output an operation fluid, a hydraulic switch valve to be switched among switching positions in accordance with a pressure of the operation fluid, a proportional valve to change the pressure of the operation fluid applied to the hydraulic switch valve, a travel hydraulic device to change a thrust power in accordance with the switching positions of the hydraulic switch valve. And, the hydraulic system includes a controller to control the proportional valve in accordance with a state of the travel hydraulic device.

Servo valve

A first flow path area at a position where one of multiple openings of a sleeve and one of multiple grooves of a spool overlap with each other is different in size from a second flow path area at a position where another one of the openings of the sleeve and another one of the grooves of the spool overlap with each other. The one opening and the one groove form a flow path for connecting one of one pressure chamber and the other pressure chamber to a fluid supply source, due to displacement of the spool. The other opening and the other groove form a flow path for connecting another one of the other pressure chamber and the one pressure chamber to a fluid discharge port, due to the displacement of the spool.

System and method for detecting position of a valve driven by a solenoid linear actuator

A valve assembly includes a valve moveable between an open position where hydraulic fluid flow is permitted and a closed position where hydraulic fluid flow is blocked. A controller includes a magnetometer adapted to measure a magnetic flux through at least a portion of a solenoid linear actuator that moves the valve. A magnetic flux value measured by the magnetometer corresponds to a linear position of the regulating member relative to the port.

SPOOL TYPE FLOW CONTROL VALVE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

There is provided a spool type flow control valve including a sleeve in which a supply port, a control port, and an exhaust port are formed, and a spool accommodated to be movable in an axial direction inside the sleeve and including a valve body. The valve body controls an opening area of the control port so that a flow rate is controlled. A difference between a maximum value and a minimum value of an internal leakage amount which is a flow rate at which a gas supplied from the supply port is discharged from the exhaust port in a state where the control port is shut off is equal to or smaller than a predetermined threshold.

Servo valve assembly

A servo valve assembly includes a housing defining a cylindrical cavity having a central axis, and a spool disposed in the cavity and co-axially aligned with the central axis. A pair of transition portions define opposing conical cavity surfaces each connect a respective one of first and second cylindrical cavity portions with a third cylindrical cavity portion. The spool comprises a pair of blocking members projecting radially, and each of the blocking members defines a conical blocking surface opposing a respective one of the conical cavity surfaces to define a fluid flow passage therebetween. A cone angle of each conical blocking surface relative to the central is equal to a cone angle of the opposing conical cavity surface relative to the central axis. The spool is moveable along the central axis to vary a flow area of the flow passages between the conical blocking surfaces and the conical cavity surfaces.

Directly-controlled hydraulic directional valve

A directly-controlled hydraulic directional valve includes a housing, control piston, first and second springs, double-stroke solenoid, spring plate, adjustment device, and electronics. The piston is longitudinally displaceable in a bore in the housing, either directly or via a control sleeve. The springs are positioned in a region of an end of the piston remote from the solenoid. One end of each spring is supported on the spring plate, which is clamped between the springs and the piston. The other end of the first spring is fixed to the housing, and the other end of the second spring is fixed to the adjustment device. The first spring exerts a force on the piston in a first direction, and the second spring exerts a force on the piston in a second opposite direction, so as to bias the piston into a preferred position. The solenoid is mounted on a side of the housing, and is operable to move the piston out from the preferred position in opposite directions proportional to an electric current from the electronics, such that the piston moves to the preferred position in response to each of non-actuation of the solenoid and a fault in the electronics. The adjustment device is operable to alter a position of the other end of the second spring to adjust the preferred position of the piston.

Control method for hydraulic system in work machine

A hydraulic system for a work machine includes a travel hydraulic device which changes a travel speed in accordance with switching positions of a hydraulic switch valve. A controller controls a proportional valve so as to change a pressure of an operation fluid at an increasing rate over a time while the hydraulic switch valve is switched from a first switching position to a second switching position to increase the travel speed from a first speed to a second speed, and at a decreasing rate over the time while the hydraulic switch valve is switched from the second switching position to the first switching position to decrease the travel speed from the second speed to the first speed. A magnitude of the increasing rate is different from one of the decreasing rate to output an operation fluid.
