APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HYDRAULIC ACTUATORS
A hydraulic apparatus comprises first and second manifolds each of which is connected to a plurality of actuators via corresponding actuator valves connected in parallel and operated responsive to inputs to regulate the flow of fluid to the actuators. A plurality of working chambers are connectable to either the first or second manifold and have a net flow which is controlled responsive to a negative feedback signal. The negative feedback signal is determined in response to a calculated pressure or flow rate in virtual fluid flow paths extending from the first and second manifolds.
Hydraulic drive system for construction machine
In a hydraulic drive system performing the load sensing control by using a pump device having two delivery ports whose delivery flow rates are controlled by a single pump controller, surplus flow is prevented and energy loss at an unload valve and a pressure compensating valve is reduced in combined operations in which two actuators are driven at the same time while producing a relatively large supply flow rate difference therebetween. A boom cylinder 3a is connected so that the hydraulic fluids delivered from delivery ports P1 and P2 of a pump device 1a are merged and supplied to the boom cylinder 3a. An arm cylinder 3h is connected so that the hydraulic fluids delivered from delivery ports P3 and P4 of a pump device 1b are merged and supplied to the arm cylinder 3h. A travel motor 3d is connected so that the hydraulic fluid delivered from one (delivery port P2) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1a and the hydraulic fluid delivered from one (delivery port P4) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1b are merged and supplied to the travel motor 3d. A travel motor 3e is connected so that the hydraulic fluid delivered from the other (delivery port P1) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1a and the hydraulic fluid delivered from the other (delivery port P3) of the delivery ports of the pump device 1b are merged and supplied to the travel motor 3e.

Disclosed are a hydraulic system for construction equipment and a method of controlling the same, and the hydraulic system for construction equipment includes: a plurality of pressure control-type hydraulic pumps driven by an engine provided in construction equipment; an actuator driven by working oil discharged from the hydraulic pump; a closed center-type main control valve provided between the hydraulic pump and the actuator, and bypassing a virtual flow rate; and a controller configured to control the hydraulic pump by receiving the bypassed virtual flow rate from the main control valve.
Hydraulic control device and construction machine provided with same
A hydraulic control device that reduces the loss of the power of a pump in combined operation of boom lowering and arm pushing. A controller performs single control of increasing capacity of a first pump in accordance with increase in an operation amount of a boom operation member, in a single operation of the boom lowering. On the other hand, the controller restricts the capacity of the first pump compared to capacity in the single control, during a restriction control period when the combined operation of boom lowering and arm pushing is detected, and the operation amount of the boom operation member is a prescribed operation amount or more.
Hydraulic driving apparatus for working machine
Provided is a hydraulic driving apparatus including a calculation section calculating a temporary target engine rotation speed corresponding to an engine operation amount, a calculation section calculating a temporary target pump displacement volume based on first-control and second-control target pump displacement volumes corresponding to an actuator operation amount and a pump load pressure, and a command section calculating a final target engine rotation speed and a final target pump displacement volume to output commands. The command section calculates a target pump discharge amount from the temporary target engine rotation speed and the temporary target pump displacement volume, sets the final target pump displacement volume to one larger than the temporary target pump displacement volume, and sets the final target engine rotation speed to one being lower than the temporary target engine rotation speed and allowing a pump discharge amount equivalent to the target pump discharge amount to be obtained.
Hydraulic Drive System for Construction Machine
A controller calculates the ratio between the sum of estimated demanded powers of a plurality of first actuators and the sum of estimated demanded powers of a plurality of second actuators, and calculates, on the basis of the ratio, first and second command values for adjusting allocation between a first allowable torque of a first pump and a second allowable torque of a second pump, and first and second regulators adjust the first and second allowable torques, on the basis of first and second output pressures of first and second torque control valves, such that the first and second allowable torques become values to which a predetermined allowable torque is allocated according to the ratio described above, and control the delivery flow rates of the first and second pumps such that the respective consumed torques of the first and second pumps do not become larger than the first and second allowable torques. Thus, the present invention efficiently performs torque allocation between the first and second pumps (a plurality of hydraulic pumps) to thereby enable effective utilization of the torque generated by the prime mover without wasting the torque.
