ACTUATOR AND CHANNEL COMPONENT
According to one embodiment, an actuator includes a plurality of channel members each including a first port into which fluid flows and a second port from which the fluid flows out. At least one of the channel members includes a different number of second ports from a number of first ports.
VARIABLE RECRUITMENT ACTUATOR SYSTEMS AND RELATED METHODS
The present disclosure relates to variable recruitment actuator systems and related methods. In one embodiment, a variable recruitment actuator system may include a high-pressure fluid connection and a plurality of actuators. A variable recruitment actuator mechanism may selectively recruit a subset of the plurality of actuators based on a position of the variable recruitment actuator mechanism by selectively placing the subset of the plurality of actuators in fluid communication with the high-pressure fluid connection. A control system to control the position of the variable recruitment actuator mechanism may operate based on an input from a user.
FORKLIFT TRUCK
A forklift truck includes a carriage that moves up and down by a mast assembly in a multi-stage structure including an outer mast, a first inner mast accommodated in the outer mast, and a second inner mast accommodated in the first inner mast. The forklift truck includes a first lift cylinder configured to move the first inner mast up and down; a second lift cylinder configured to move the second inner mast up and down and having a pressure reception area less than a pressure reception area of the first lift cylinder. A first lift hydraulic line supplies hydraulic oil to the first lift cylinder. A second lift hydraulic line supplies hydraulic oil to the second lift cylinder. A pressure regulating valve is provided to increase a pressure of the hydraulic oil to a pressure capable of driving the second lift cylinder.
Power lift
Power machines and control systems used thereon include a lift cylinder, a tilt cylinder, and a slave cylinder mechanically connected to assist the lift cylinder with raising a boom. With a lift control valve controlled to cause extension of the lift cylinder to raise the boom, pressure from a hydraulic source is provided to the slave cylinder to aid in raising the boom. Resulting increased pressure on a side of the slave cylinder opens load holding valves, allowing hydraulic pressure from the tilt cylinder to be communicated to the slave cylinder such that tilt cylinder pressure due to a heavy load on an implement aids in raising the boom.

Discretized valve state control for multi-level hydraulic systems
An actuation pressure to actuate one or more hydraulic actuators may be determined based on a load on the one or more hydraulic actuators of a robotic device. Based on the determined actuation pressure, a pressure rail from among a set of pressure rails at respective pressures may be selected. One or more valves may connect the selected pressure rail to a metering valve. The hydraulic drive system may operate in a discrete mode in which the metering valve opens such that hydraulic fluid flows from the selected pressure rail through the metering valve to the one or more hydraulic actuators at approximately the supply pressure. Responsive to a control state of the robotic device, the hydraulic drive system may operate in a continuous mode in which the metering valve throttles the hydraulic fluid such that the supply pressure is reduced to the determined actuation pressure.
METHOD FOR FILLING A HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT OF AN ELECTRO-HYDROSTATIC SYSTEM USING A FILLING DEVICE
A device for filling a hydraulic circuit of an electro-hydrostatic system provided with a discharge valve and a filling valve includes a vacuum generator designed to be connected to the discharge valve via a first shut-off valve in order to eliminate the air or gases present in the circuit, and a source for supplying pressurised hydraulic fluid, which source is designed to be connected to the filling valve via a second shut-off valve and to the discharge valve and the first shut-off valve via a third shut-off valve in order to fill the hydraulic fluid circuit.
Industrial apparatus comprising a pneumatic control valve
This industrial apparatus (2) comprises a pneumatic system (4), a first mechanical device (36) and a second mechanical device (38). The pneumatic system (4) includes: a first pneumatic actuator (6) for commanding the first mechanical device (36), a second pneumatic actuator (8) for commanding the second mechanical device (38), a pneumatic control valve (10) switchable between several states to command of the first and second actuators (6, 8). The control valve (10) comprises an actuation portion (56), movable in translation between: a resting position, corresponding to a first state (S1), a first pushed position, corresponding to a second state (S2), and a second pushed position, corresponding to a third state (S3). The first pushed position corresponds to an intermediary position between the resting position and the second pushed position.
