HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM
This hydraulic drive system includes: a hydraulic pump that supplies a working fluid to a hydraulic actuator; a meter-in control valve that controls a flow rate of the working fluid flowing from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator; a meter-out control valve that controls a flow rate of the working fluid being drained from the hydraulic actuator into a tank; and a regeneration valve that supplies, to the hydraulic actuator, the working fluid drained from the hydraulic actuator. The meter-out control valve is connected to the hydraulic actuator in parallel with the regeneration valve.
Relative velocity based actuator velocity calibration system
A milling machine has a frame, ground engaging tracks that support the frame, a first actuator connecting the frame to a first track of the ground engaging tracks and a second actuator connecting the frame to a second track from the ground engaging tracks. The milling machine has an orientation sensor that determines an orientation of the frame. The milling machine has a controller that operates the first and second actuators to raise or lower the frame. The controller determines the frame orientation using the orientation sensor. The controller also determines a velocity error between actuator velocities of the first and second actuators based on the frame orientation and a target orientation of the frame. The controller determines a control parameter for the second actuator based on the velocity error and operates the second actuator using the determined control parameter.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes: a plurality of hydraulic actuators including a high-load hydraulic actuator and a low-load hydraulic actuator whose hydraulic pressure for actuation thereof is lower than that of the high-load hydraulic actuator; a plurality of direction switching valves each of which switches a direction of a hydraulic fluid for a corresponding one of the hydraulic actuators, the plurality of direction switching valves including a low-load direction switching valve that switches a direction of hydraulic fluid for the low-load hydraulic actuator; and a dummy-load forming unit that forms a dummy load in the low-load direction switching valve to suppress a variation in an actuation speed of the low-load hydraulic actuator between a time when the high-load hydraulic actuator and the low-load hydraulic actuator are operated in combination and a time when the low-load hydraulic actuator is operated singly.
Hydraulic control system
To improve operability and work efficiency while achieving reduction of the number of parts and simplification of circuit structure, in a hydraulic control system equipped with hydraulic actuators whose hydraulic power sources are both the first, second hydraulic pumps. The hydraulic control system is provided with the stick directional switching valve; the main-side, sub-side supply oil passages connecting the hydraulic pumps to the stick directional switching valve; and the stick flow rate control valve which is placed in the sub-side supply oil passage, and controls the supply flow rate from the hydraulic pump when the supply flow rate to the stick cylinder requires the supply flow rates from both the hydraulic pumps, wherein the stick directional switching valve is configured such that the discharge flow rate control is performed in the entire area of the spool stroke, and the supply flow rate control is performed at the first region of the former half of the spool stroke, but not performed at the second region of the latter half of the spool stroke.
Control valve assembly for an indirect pneumatic control, and method for controlling a working fluid pressure
A control valve assembly for indirect pneumatic control and method for controlling a working fluid pressure, which enable precise, sensitive and speed-variable controlling. The assembly includes two valve units, a working fluid inlet, and a control fluid inlet. A working fluid channel connects the working fluid inlet through the two valve units to an outlet. A valve piston arranged within a valve cylinder of the valve units is movable between open and closed positions. A spring element biases the valve piston toward the closed position, and a control pressure chamber applies a control pressure counteracting the spring element's bias. When a control pressure is applied in the first chamber, the first valve piston is moved to the open position. Two opposite valve surfaces form a valve opening opened at varying widths when the valve piston is moved in the valve cylinder because of a changing control pressure, and the working pressure can be finely adjusted corresponding to the valve opening width depending on the control pressure.
CONTROL DEVICE AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM INCLUDING THE SAME
This control device controls movement of a valve body of a valve device included in a hydraulic system and includes: a stroke command calculator that calculates a stroke command for the valve body on the basis of an opening command that is input to the stroke command calculator; an observer that estimates, on the basis of the stroke command, a dynamic deviation of a stroke of the valve body that corresponds to the stroke command; and a flow force estimator that estimates, on the basis of the stroke command and the dynamic deviation, a flow force acting on the valve body. The stroke command calculator calculates the stroke command on the basis of the flow force in addition to the opening command.

A work vehicle includes computing system is configured to receive a first and seconds inputs associated with controlling an operation of first and second hydraulic loads. Furthermore, the computing system is configured to control the operation of the first or second flow control valve corresponding to the one of the first or second hydraulic loads associated with the greater hydraulic fluid pressure based on the corresponding received first or second input. Additionally, the computing system is configured to determine the first or second pressure of the hydraulic fluid being supplied to another of the first or second hydraulic loads. Moreover, the computing system is configured to control the first or second flow control valve corresponding to the other of the first or second hydraulic loads based on the corresponding received first or second input and the determined first or second pressure.
Construction Machine
The present invention provides a construction machine equipped with a pressure accumulation device that accumulates return oil from an actuator, and that can implement both improvement in fuel efficiency with enhancement in workability. To achieve the foregoing, a controller sets an actuator upper limit output power that is an upper limit for an output power of the actuator according to a work mode selected by a work mode selection device, and controls a first control valve and a second control valve such that a sum of an output power of a hydraulic pump and an output power of the pressure accumulation device does not exceed the actuator upper limit output power.
Hydraulic system for working machine
A hydraulic system for a working machine includes hydraulic actuators actuated with hydraulic fluid delivered from a hydraulic pump, and control valves each of which is shiftable among shift positions to control a flowrate of hydraulic fluid flowing to the corresponding hydraulic actuator. Each control valve includes an input port, an output port, and a flowrate reduction section. When the control valve is shifted to a reduction position, the flowrate reduction section reduces a flowrate of the hydraulic fluid entering the input port and outputs the flowrate-reduced hydraulic fluid to the output port. At least one of the control valves includes a flowrate increase section. When the control valve is shifted to an increase position, the flowrate increase section outputs the hydraulic fluid having entered the input port to the output port at a flowrate larger than that of hydraulic fluid output by the flowrate reduction section.
