HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING AN IMPLEMENT
A hydraulic system is provided for controlling one or more piston-cylinders of an implement. An implement valve includes at least one spool operable to transition between a neutral position and an open position. A variable displacement pump is operable to move a fluid from a reservoir into a supply conduit and to the at least one spool. A flow control valve, distinct and separate from the at least one spool is located in-line with the supply conduit between the variable displacement pump and the at least one spool, and is operable to simultaneously provide the fluid to the implement valve and to a bypass pathway. The bypass pathway extends from the flow control valve to the reservoir without intervening valving. Each of the at least one spool is operable to permit increased fluid flow to a corresponding piston cylinder of the implement when in the open position. The variable displacement pump is operable to vary a flow rate to maintain a predetermined pump margin across the flow control valve.
Hydraulic system with energy recovery
A hydraulic system for recovering hydraulic energy, the hydraulic system made of at least: a first actuator for generating hydraulic energy and providing fluid under pressure; a tank line for receiving the fluid under pressure drained from the first actuator; a second actuator driven by the fluid under pressure drained from the first actuator; a recovery line for supplying the fluid under pressure drained from the first actuator. The system further includes a pressure compensating valve which controls flow of fluid in the tank line and maintains a fluid pressure differential across a first directional control valve. The first pressure compensating valve is provided with a first fluid pressure sensing line in communication with the recovery line and a second fluid pressure sensing line in communication with the first actuator.

GENERATOR MOTOR FLOW CONTROL VALVE
A flow control manifold apparatus includes a housing defining a first flow path from a flow input port to flow output port and a second flow path from a return inlet port to a return outlet port. A first flow regulating valve is placed inline the first flow path and an excess flow path fluidly couples the first flow path to the second flow path. An excess pressure valve is placed inline the excess flow path and is in a closed orientation when the first flow regulating valve is open so that all of the fluid exits through the flow output port. The excess pressure valve is then in a partially open orientation when the first flow regulating valve is partially closed so that a first portion of the fluid exits through the flow output port and a second portion of the fluid exits through the return outlet port.
Hydraulic Drive System for Work Machine
To provide a hydraulic drive system for a work machine capable of securing a favorable operability in the case where hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is regenerated for driving other hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic drive system for a work machine includes: a regeneration line that connects a bottom-side hydraulic chamber of a hydraulic cylinder to a portion between a hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic actuator; a regeneration flow rate adjustment device that supplies at least part of the hydraulic fluid discharged from the bottom-side hydraulic chamber to a portion between the hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic actuator through the regeneration line; a differential pressure calculating section that reads a pressure in the bottom-side hydraulic chamber of the hydraulic cylinder detected by a first pressure sensor and a pressure between the hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic actuator detected by a second pressure sensor, and calculates a differential pressure, or a differential pressure sensor; and a control unit that controls the regeneration flow rate adjustment device such as to gradually increase the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid flowing through the regeneration line according to an increase in the differential pressure calculated by the differential pressure calculation section or in the differential pressure detected by the differential pressure sensor.
