SAFETY MODULE FOR A PROCESS VALVE AND SYSTEM
A safety module for a process valve and a system comprising a safety module and a process valve are provided. The safety module comprises at least a first interface complementary to a first connection interface of a drive module of the process valve and a second interface complementary to a second connection interface of a process valve actuator of the process valve, such that the safety module can be retrofitted in the process valve. The safety module further comprises at least one safety valve and fluid lines provided for fluidically coupling the safety valve to the drive module and the process valve actuator of the process valve. The at least one safety valve of the safety module is configured for forced venting of the process valve in a safety case.
Hydraulic system
A hydraulic system is provided, the hydraulic system including a hydraulic load defining a first chamber and a second chamber. Additionally, the hydraulic system includes a pressure source, a fluid storage vessel, a load sense line, and a spool valve. The spool valve fluidly connects the fluid storage vessel to one of the first or second chambers and fluidly connects the pressure source to the other of the first or second chambers. A bypass line is also provided defining a flow path between the hydraulic load and the fluid storage vessel that bypasses the spool valve. Fluid flow may encounter less resistance through the bypass line, such that the hydraulic system may run more efficiently and with a reduced risk for cavitation in the hydraulic load.
Pump device and hydraulic actuator
Provided is a pump device and a hydraulic actuator that can reduce the number of steps of performance measurement. The pump device includes: a switching valve for switching a flow of oil to a first chamber or a second chamber of a cylinder device, the inside of which is segmented into the first chamber and the second chamber by a piston; an up blow valve (first chamber-side relief valve) that relieves pressure of a first chamber-side flow path connected to the first chamber; and a down blow valve (second chamber-side relief valve) that relieves pressure of a second chamber-side flow path connected to the second chamber.
WINDROWER HEADER FLOATATION SYSTEM HAVING ASSISTED DOWNFORCE CONTROL WITH DOWNFORCE RETURN VALVE
An agricultural machine includes a float cylinder interconnecting a header linkage system and a frame. A rod side accumulator is in fluid communication with a rod side fluid port of the float cylinder. A float control valve is selectively controllable between an open position allowing fluid communication between a pressure source and the rod side accumulator, and a closed position blocking fluid communication between the pressure source and the rod side accumulator. A downforce accumulator is in fluid communication with a piston side fluid port of the float cylinder. A downforce control valve controls fluid communication between the pressure source and the downforce accumulator. A downforce return valve controls fluid communication between the downforce accumulator and the tank.
WINDROWER VARIABLE RATE HEADER FLOATATION SYSTEM
An agricultural machine includes a float cylinder interconnecting a header linkage system and a frame of the machine. A first rod side accumulator and a second rod side accumulator are both in fluid communication with a rod side fluid port of the float cylinder. A first accumulator control valve is positioned to control the first rod side accumulator, and is selectively controllable between an open position allowing fluid communication between the first rod side accumulator and the rod side fluid port of the float cylinder, and closed position blocking fluid communication between the first rod side accumulator and the rod side fluid port of the float cylinder. The system provides a slower first float response with the first accumulator control valve open, and a faster second float response with the first accumulator control valve closed.
Portable hydraulic power unit having a pump fixed to an exterior side of a fluid supply tank
A portable hydraulic power unit includes a frame, a fluid tank supported by the frame, and a manifold supported by the frame. The fluid tank is configured to store a supply of hydraulic fluid for powering a hydraulically-driven tool. A reciprocating pump is mounted on the exterior of the fluid tank and on the exterior of the manifold. The reciprocating pump is secured to the fluid tank and the manifold with fasteners extending through a cylinder body of the reciprocating pump.

Hydraulic control circuit for working machine
To achieve reduction of fuel consumption and enhancement of operability, in a hydraulic control circuit provided with a bypass oil passage formed by being branched from a discharge line of a hydraulic pump and extending to an oil tank, and a bypass valve having variable opening area for controlling a flow rate of the bypass oil passage, and to accurately perform pump pressure control through opening area control of the bypass valve without being affected by a condition of each time. The hydraulic control circuit is configured to perform closed-loop control of the opening area of the bypass valve so that the pump pressure is maintained at a set pressure, during nonoperation of the operation lever; on the other hand, to perform open-loop control for reducing the opening area of the bypass valve depending on the operation input of the operation lever, during an operation of the operation lever, and further configured to correct on the basis of the opening area of the bypass valve during the closed-loop control, the correspondence relationship between the operation input of the operation lever and the opening area of the bypass valve during the open-loop control.
