Crop machine with an electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder flotation system

A header is supported by a pair of hydraulic float cylinders, where a float pressure to the cylinders is directly controlled by an electronic control supplying a variable control signal to a PPRR valve arrangement to maintain the float pressure at a predetermined value. At the set pressure a predetermined lifting force is provided to the header. A position sensor is used to generate an indication of movement and/or acceleration and/or velocity. The electronic control is arranged, in response to changes in the sensor signal, to temporarily change the control signal to vary the lifting force and thus change the dynamic response of the hydraulic float cylinder. A lift force greater than that required to lift the header can be provided by a lift cylinder and can be opposed in a controlled manner to apply a controlled downforce by the back of the same cylinder or by a separate component.

A counter pressure valve arrangement for controlling a pressure level of a hydraulic fluid in a return line from a hydraulic actuator arrangement. The counter pressure valve arrangement comprises a counter pressure valve having: a moveable valve member; a counter pressure regulating port configured for being connected to the hydraulic actuator arrangement via the return line; a tank port configured for being connected to a tank or low pressure reservoir for storing low pressure hydraulic fluid; and a pump port configured for being connected to a source of pressurised hydraulic fluid. A first position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the pump port and the counter pressure regulating port for supplying pressurised hydraulic fluid to the return line, and a second position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the counter pressure regulating port and the tank port for discharging hydraulic fluid from the return line to the tank.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR WORK MACHINE, WORK MACHINE, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

A coupler cylinder is driven between a locked state and an unlocked state of a bucket by being supplied with hydraulic oil. A main pump supplies the hydraulic oil to the coupler cylinder. A pressure increasing valve controls the supply of the hydraulic oil to the coupler cylinder. A controller controls drive of the pressure increasing valve. The controller instructs the pressure increasing valve to stop the supply of the hydraulic oil to the coupler cylinder based on pressure in an oil passage between the main pump and the coupler cylinder.

Predictively adjustable hydraulic pressure rails

A robotic device may traverse a path in a direction of locomotion. Sensor data indicative of one or more physical features of the environment in the direction of locomotion may be received. The implementation may further involve determining that traversing the path involves traversing the one or more physical features of the environment. Based on the sensor data indicative of the one or more physical features of the environment in the direction of locomotion, a hydraulic pressure to supply to the one or more hydraulic actuators to traverse the one or more physical features of the environment may be predicted. Before traversing the one or more physical features of the environment, the hydraulic drive system may adjust pressure of supplied hydraulic fluid from the first pressure to the predicted hydraulic pressure.

The present disclosure provides a compressed air processing system of which the operation of supplying compressed air and the regeneration operation can be efficiently controlled by an electronic control unit. In particular, the present disclosure is characterized in that the pressure of a regeneration sequence valve installed in a regeneration line is increased over a set pressure by controlling a valve, which is electronically controlled, to switch, so the opening time of the regeneration line is delayed in comparison to the opening time of an unloader valve, whereby regeneration efficiency is improved.
