An inlet section for use in a hydraulic distributor including a valve body and a slider with a first area and a second area. The inlet section further including said slider being longitudinally slidable within the valve body between a first position in which it prevents passage of fluid from a high pressure line to a low pressure line, and a second position in which it enables passage of fluid. The inlet section further including a main spring active on the second area of the slider in a direction consistent with action of the second pressure and a control device of the slider. The control device of the slider includes a mechanical actuator member selectively active on the slider in a direction consistent with the action of the first pressure on the first area of the slider so as to force the slider in the second position.
Hydraulic Control Valve with Controlled Flow and Valve Safety Disable
An example valve includes: a valve body defining a bore, an inlet port, an outlet port, and a signal cavity; a spool movable in the bore to shift between a first position and an intermediate position, where the spool has a first end and a second end, where the outlet port is fluidly connected to the second end, where the valve body defines a spring cavity adjacent the first end of the spool to house a spring, where the first end is subjected to a load-sense pressure signal, and where when the spool is in the first position, the spool disconnects the inlet port from the outlet port and connects the inlet port to the signal cavity; and a valve actuator that, when activated, connects the signal cavity to the second end of the spool to move the spool in the bore from the first position to the intermediate position.
Hydraulic system
A hydraulic system is provided, the hydraulic system including a hydraulic load defining a first chamber and a second chamber. Additionally, the hydraulic system includes a pressure source, a fluid storage vessel, a load sense line, and a spool valve. The spool valve fluidly connects the fluid storage vessel to one of the first or second chambers and fluidly connects the pressure source to the other of the first or second chambers. A bypass line is also provided defining a flow path between the hydraulic load and the fluid storage vessel that bypasses the spool valve. Fluid flow may encounter less resistance through the bypass line, such that the hydraulic system may run more efficiently and with a reduced risk for cavitation in the hydraulic load.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a controller configured to determine a first deceleration threshold corresponding to each of a first traveling pressure, a second traveling pressure, a third traveling pressure, and a fourth traveling pressure, to perform automatic deceleration to reduce rotation speeds of a left traveling motor and a right traveling motor, and to judge whether to perform the automatic deceleration based on the determined first deceleration threshold, the first traveling pressure, the second traveling pressure, the third traveling pressure, and the fourth traveling pressure.
HYDRAULIC DRIVE DEVICE FOR TRAVELING WORK MACHINE
Provided is a hydraulic drive apparatus including a specific working actuator making a working arm perform a traveling assist motion upon the slip, first and second traveling motors, first and second hydraulic pumps, a traveling selector valve switchable to a neutral position and a straight traveling position, a communication throttle portion between a working fluid passage and a traveling fluid passage in the straight traveling position, and a switching control part switching the traveling selector valve to the neutral position when a single operation action is performed and to the straight traveling position when a specific combined operation action including a forward traveling operation and the specific working operation is performed. The switching control section adjusts the opening of the communication throttle section to decrease the flow rate therethrough with an increase in the difference between the first and second pump pressures.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine includes a controller to perform automatic deceleration to automatically reduce a first rotation speed of a left traveling motor to output a power to a left traveling device on a left portion of a machine body and a second rotation speed of a right traveling motor to output a power to a right traveling device on a right portion of the machine body by shifting a speed stage of each of the left and right traveling motors from a second speed to a first speed that is lower than the second speed. The controller is configured or programmed to determine, based on the second rotation speed, a left threshold for judging whether to perform the automatic deceleration in left pivot turn of the machine body, and to determine, based on the first rotation speed, a right threshold for judging whether to perform the automatic deceleration in right pivot turn of the machine body.

Hydraulic balancing control valve and ride control system incorporating same
A balancing valve includes four ports. While the pressures at a pair of balancing ports of a hydraulic balancing valve are equal, the valve maintains two other ports in a closed position. Upon a pressure differential between the balancing ports, fluid communication can occur between one of the balancing ports and either of the other ports based upon the direction of the pressure differential. A hydraulic ride control system utilizes the balancing valve together with other control valves to provide ride control functionality.
