Hoist System Counterbalance Valve Signal Shutoff
A hoist valve assembly for a work machine cylinder includes a main control valve, a counterbalance valve and a counterbalance shutoff valve. A main control valve raise position connects a head end of the cylinder with a pressurized fluid source and a rod end of the cylinder to a low pressure reservoir to extend the cylinder. The counterbalance valve is between the rod end and the main control valve, is biased to a closed position and has an open position connecting the rod end to the low pressure reservoir. Rod end and head end pressure signals apply force to the counterbalance valve toward the open position. The counterbalance shutoff valve is positioned between the head end and the counterbalance valve, and has a normal position to apply the head end pressure signal to the counterbalance valve and a shutoff position that blocks the head end pressure signal from the counterbalance valve.
COUNTER PRESSURE VALVE ARRANGEMENT
A counter pressure valve arrangement for controlling a pressure level of a hydraulic fluid in a return line from a hydraulic actuator arrangement. The counter pressure valve arrangement comprises a counter pressure valve having: a moveable valve member; a counter pressure regulating port configured for being connected to the hydraulic actuator arrangement via the return line; a tank port configured for being connected to a tank or low pressure reservoir for storing low pressure hydraulic fluid; and a pump port configured for being connected to a source of pressurised hydraulic fluid. A first position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the pump port and the counter pressure regulating port for supplying pressurised hydraulic fluid to the return line, and a second position of the valve member effects fluid communication between the counter pressure regulating port and the tank port for discharging hydraulic fluid from the return line to the tank.
Hydraulic system of construction machine
A hydraulic system of a construction machine includes: control valves interposed between a variable displacement main pump and hydraulic actuators; and first solenoid proportional valves connected to pilot ports of the control valves. The hydraulic system further includes: a regulator that changes a displacement of the main pump; and a second solenoid proportional valve connected to an auxiliary pump by a primary pressure line, the second solenoid proportional valve outputting a secondary pressure to the regulator through a secondary pressure line. A switching valve is interposed between the auxiliary pump and the first solenoid proportional valves, and includes a pilot port that is connected to the secondary pressure line by a pilot line.
MANIFOLD FOR REDUCING OR GENERATING PILOT PRESSURE FOR A PILOT OPERATED EXCAVATOR
A pilot hydraulic system may include a pilot pressure source, a pilot pressure return tank, a pilot valve, a pilot pressure supply line connecting the pilot pressure source to the pilot valve, and a pilot pressure return line connecting the pilot pressure return tank to the pilot valve. A main control valve may include a pilot chamber. A pilot pressure control line connects the pilot valve to the pilot chamber. A hydraulic sub-system is provided for modifying pilot pressure provided to the pilot chamber of the main control valve. The hydraulic sub-system may include a variable orifice valve disposed in the pilot pressure control line, a pilot pressure bypass line communicating the pilot pressure control line downstream of the variable orifice valve with the pilot pressure return line, and an electrohydraulic pressure reducing valve (EHPRV) disposed in the pilot pressure bypass line.
TIME DELAY VALVE AND FLOW RATE CONTROLLER
A time delay valve includes a switching valve that switches between a first position and a second position; an urging member that urges the switching valve toward the first position; a driving mechanism that urges the switching valve toward the second position located opposite the first position in the presence of the pressure of a pilot fluid being supplied: a pilot flow channel that introduces the pilot fluid to the driving mechanism; and a delaying mechanism that delays the switching timing of the switching valve. The delaying mechanism includes a first throttle valve provided on the pilot flow channel, a compensation mechanism that urges the switching valve toward the first position in the presence of the pressure of the pilot fluid being supplied, and a compensation flow channel that is branched from the pilot flow channel to introduce a portion of the pilot fluid to the compensation mechanism.
MULTI-CONTROL VALVE UNIT
A multi-control valve unit includes a housing with built-in spools that are parallel to each other. The housing includes pilot chambers formed therein, the pilot chambers corresponding to both ends of the spools. Solenoid proportional valves are mounted to the housing, such that the solenoid proportional valves are connected to the respective pilot chambers. A hydraulic pressure generator is mounted to the housing, such that the hydraulic pressure generator is connected to the solenoid proportional valves. The hydraulic pressure generator includes an electric motor and a pump.
Flow rate controller and drive device comprising same
A main flow path that introduces high-pressure air to an air cylinder, or discharges exhaust air therefrom, includes a sub flow path provided alongside the main flow path; an exhaust flow rate adjustment unit that suppresses the operation speed of the air cylinder by adjusting the flow rate of the exhaust air flowing through the sub flow path; and a switching valve that is connected between the air cylinder, the main flow path and the sub flow path, and that connects the main flow path and the sub flow path to the air cylinder in a switching manner. The switching valve is constituted by a spool valve.
SHOVEL
A shovel includes a lower traveling body, an upper traveling body turnably mounted on the lower traveling body, a hydraulic actuator, an operating apparatus configured to be operated to operate the hydraulic actuator, an object detector configured to detect an object within a predetermined area around the shovel, a gate lock lever configured to switch the operating apparatus between an enabled state and a disabled state, and a control device. The control device is configured to switch the operating apparatus between the enabled state and the disabled state separately from the gate lock lever, and to disable the operating apparatus in response to determining that the object is present within the predetermined area based on the output of the object detector while the operating apparatus is switched to the enabled state by the gate lock lever, during the standby state of the shovel.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A hydraulic system includes: a slewing motor; a mechanical brake; and a slewing control valve interposed between a main pump and the slewing motor. A first pilot port of the slewing control valve is connected to a first solenoid proportional valve by a pilot line. A second pilot port of the slewing control valve is connected to a second solenoid proportional valve by a second pilot line. The first solenoid proportional valve and the second solenoid proportional valve are connected to an auxiliary pump by a primary pressure line. A switching valve is interposed between the auxiliary pump and the mechanical brake. The switching valve includes a pilot port that is connected to the first pilot line by a switching pilot line. The valve switches from a closed to an open position when a pilot pressure led to the pilot port becomes higher than or equal to a setting value.
