Mechanical locking system for panels
A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane is described. The first panel and the second panel are provided with a mechanical locking device for locking of a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel at a junction plane, wherein the first main plane is essentially perpendicular to the second main plane and the junction plane is extending at an angle to the first main plane and the second main plane between the first main plane and the second main plane.
Method and means for securing a face frame to a box cabinet
A method of securing a face frame to a cabinet box whereby spring clamps clamp the face frame to the cabinet box during the gluing process. The method eliminates the need for nails, staples, pocket screws or the like. The spring clamp of the invention enables the face frame to be secured to the outer ends of the cabinet box.
A METHOD OF MOUNTING INSERTS AND A DEVICE FOR MOUNTING INSERTS
There is described a method of mounting inserts, comprising the following steps: (i) Application of an adhesive film on one of the faces of an inserts tray (223) covering a plurality of through-holes (241) and respective depressions (242); (ii) Insertion of an insert (230) in each through-hole (241) of the tray (223) from a face of the inserts tray (223) opposite that of the adhesive film, securing one surface of the insert (23) onto this adhesive film; (iii) Cutout of the adhesive film forming a plurality of single films (245) associated with the inserts (230). There is further described an insert mounting device (300), comprising a holding table (314) held by a supporting base (311), the insert mounting device (300) further comprising a rotating tray holder (312), cooperating with a cutting system (313).

WORKTOP FOR PIECES OF FURNITURE AND METHOD FOR JOINING SLABS SO AS TO OBTAIN SAID WORKTOP
A worktop (1) for pieces of furniture includes two slabs (3, 4) made of stone, arranged so that they are adjacent to each other at the level of corresponding head surfaces (5, 6) in order to define a work surface (2) exposed to the outside. A joining arrangement is suited to stably connect the slabs (3, 4) and includes a first bonding substance (8) interposed between the head surfaces (5, 6) and recesses (9) obtained on the head surfaces (5, 6) of each slab (3, 4), mutually facing each other and configured in such a way as to define corresponding housings completely delimited in the direction of the thickness of the slabs (3, 4), the first bonding substance (8) being spread mainly in the housings.
Arrangement for connecting two rail segments
An arrangement of two rail segments, consisting of at least one mounting element disposed at each rail segment, and of at least one connector in contact with the mounting elements, by means of which the rail segments can be connected to each other at the end faces thereof, wherein each mounting element is attached to the corresponding rail segment by means of a welding seam. At least one end of the welding seam ends in a region on the rail segment outside of the mounting element.
Composed element and corner connection applied herewith
A composed element includes at least two panel-shaped elements, such as a locking tongue and groove connection, that are arranged to be coupled to each other at an angle, either directly or indirectly by means of an intermediate piece. The connection includes, at least at one of the panel-shaped elements, a tongue or groove, cooperable with a groove or tongue provided on the other panel-shaped element or on the intermediate piece. The tongue includes a split tongue, with at least a first part and a second part, and a slit located therebetween. A locking part is located at the outer side of at least said first part wherein the slit, seen in cross-section of the tongue, defines at least one side, the course of which, seen in cross-section, deviates from the main direction belonging to the tongue.
Set of panels with a mechanical locking device
A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane with a second main surface. The first and second main planes are essentially perpendicular in a locked position. The first and the second panel include a locking device for locking a first edge of the first panel to a second edge of the second panel. The locking device includes an edge groove wherein the edge groove includes a tongue, which is configured to cooperate with a tongue groove of the first panel, in a locked position, for locking the first and the second edges in a first direction which is perpendicular to the first main plane. A first groove surface of the edge groove cooperate with second main surface to lock the first and second panel in a second direction which is perpendicular to the second main plane.
Integral installation aid
An enclosure can have an enclosure body, the enclosure body can include an enclosure frame, and a first enclosure flange. The enclosure can have a center post having a first end and an opposite second end, the first end can include a first center post flange having a hole extending therethrough. The enclosure can include a gasket having a gasket hole therethrough, and a threaded fastener to threadingly engage the hole. The threaded fastener can be configured to rotate in a first direction while threadingly engaged with the hole, and the threaded fastener can contact the first enclosure flange to increase a distance between the first enclosure flange and the first center post flange in order to receive the gasket.
