A modular cabinet assembly has at least a first sub-cabinet and a second sub-cabinet. Each sub-cabinet includes a back board having at least two separate back board pieces that are pivotably connected to each other, a left side board pivotably connected to one of the at least two back board pieces, and a right side board pivotably connected to another of the at least two back board pieces. At least one shelf board having opposite ends is removably connected to the left side board and the right side board of either the first sub-cabinet or the second sub-cabinet. A first end board is connected to either an upper end of the first sub-cabinet or a lower end of the second sub-cabinet. A first connector removably connects the left side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets, and a second connector removably connects the right side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets.

A system is provided comprising a first furniture part (200) and a locking arrangement comprising a connector bracket (1) and a locking element (4). The first furniture part (200) comprises a recess (201) having an oblong shape comprising an insertion portion (203) and a locking portion (204), wherein the locking portion (204) along an inner wall comprises a groove (207). The connector bracket (1) comprises a base portion (2) having an extension adapted to extend along the first furniture part (200), and at least one protrusion (3) having a longitudinal extension extending transverse the extension of the base portion (2) and comprising a rim (7) extending transverse the longitudinal extension of the protrusion (3). The protrusion (3) is configured to be inserted into the insertion portion (203) and to be movable from the insertion portion (203) to the locking portion (204) by applying a force to the connector bracket (1) in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extension of the protrusion (3), whereby the rim (7) engages the groove (207). The locking element (4) being a flexible tongue (4) is integral with the connector bracket (1) and is configured to be inserted into the insertion portion (203), thereby preventing the protrusion (3) from being moved from the locking portion (204) to the insertion portion (203) and thereby releasing its engagement with the groove (207). The locking element (4) is configured to form a safety lock adapted for acting against a portion of an envelope surface of the protrusion (3) facing the insertion portion (203) of the recess (201). A combined type shelf includes column assemblies, first horizontal constraint assemblies, second horizontal constraint assemblies and storage layers. The column assembly includes assembly holes. The first horizontal constraint assembly has a first horizontal-constraint connecting fastener including horizontal-constraint hanging structures and rivets. The horizontal-constraint hanging structure engages the assembly hole to connect the first horizontal constraint assembly to a front or rear side of the column assembly. The second horizontal constraint assembly includes a horizontal-constraint hole to engage the rivet so as to connect the second horizontal constraint assembly to a left-hand or right-hand side of the column assembly. In addition, the storage layers are disposed between these column assemblies.

A lock retainer for facilitating the secured connection of an adjacent pair of wall frame elements to one another by way of a lock cassette having an actuatable grip portion is disclosed. The lock retainer may comprise a flange portion disposed between a proximal portion and distal portion. A cassette compartment may retainingly engage a portion of the lock cassette with the grip portion remaining outward the lock retainer. The proximal portion is configured to be mounted in a retainer mounting aperture in a frame segment of a wall frame element. The lock retainer may include a retainer detent moveable between a securing and releasing positions. The detent may be resiliently biased toward the securing position. The detent may be on a detent lever having a release actuation portion enabling a user to manually overcome the resilient bias. Also disclosed is a modular wall frame system incorporating the lock retainer.

The flexible tongue is configured to be reshaped and displaced in the displacement groove during locking, and spring back to a locked position. The flexible tongue is configured to exert a spring force on the tongue groove in the locked position.

The flexible tongue is configured to cooperate with the tongue groove for locking the cylindrical shaped part to the cylindrical shaped groove. The flexible tongue is configured to be reshaped and displaced in the displacement groove during locking, and spring back to a locked position. The flexible tongue is configured to exert a spring force on the tongue groove in the locked position.
