Dowel bar assembly and mechanical connector
A mechanical connector for securing a dowel rod to a frame of a dowel bar assembly as well as a dowel bar assembly are detailed. Each embodiment of the mechanical connector includes a portion to receive the dowel bar. A second portion of the mechanical connector engages the frame of the dowel bar assembly. A third portion of the mechanical connector engages a separate part of the frame further stabilizing the mechanical connector and frame.
Clamping device with stop points to prevent excess closure of clamp
A clamping device comprising: a one end portion having a locked part at a tip and an other end portion having a locking part capable of locking the locked part, wherein the one end portion or the other end portion has an interfering part, and when the one end portion is further pressed with the locked part being locked by the locking part, the interfering part interferes with an appropriate part and prevents further movement of the locked part.
Adjustable pipe roll and support mechanism
An adjustable roll and support mechanism for elongate objects having a round cross-sectional configuration has a support base having a pair of parallel upright tubular members having rigid or collapsible support legs. Elevation posts are positioned in movable telescoping relation within respective tubular members and support a roll positioning head having an internal roll positioning mechanism. A pair of roll assemblies are movably supported on the roll positioning head. Lock rings are positionable at a locking position to restrain downward movement of the elevation posts relative to the tubular members and are positionable at a release position permitting downward movement of the elevation posts. Lock ring stops are mounted to a transverse structural member and are positioned to prevent the lock rings from becoming bound after being struck by a lock release mechanism.
RETAINING DEVICE FOR A FLEXIBLE LINE
A retaining device for a flexible line, comprising a first member (100), a second member (200) moveably attachable to the first member, and a guiding means (110, 210) positioned on either or both of the first member (100) and the second member (200). The first member has a first retaining portion (400) positioned on a first retaining surface (100a) of the first member. The second member has a second retaining portion (400) positioned on a second retaining surface (200a) of the second member. The first retaining portion and the second retaining portion are each configured to retain a flexible line, and the guiding means (110, 210) is configured to determine the curvature of the flexible line to inhibit kinking of the flexible line when retained by the first retaining portion (400) and the second retaining portion (400).
TIRE CARRIERS FOR USE WITH VEHICLES
Tire carriers for use with vehicles are disclosed herein. An example tire carrier, includes a frame including telescopically coupled tubes; and a lock carried by one of the tubes, the lock structured to mechanically engage another one of the tubes to fix the tubes relative to one another to prevent the tire carrier from inadvertently moving toward a lowered position, the lock structured to reduce the mechanical engagement with the other one of the tubes to enable the tire carrier to be moved toward a raised position.
CONDUIT CLIP
A one-piece conduit clip made of spring steel sheet material includes an elongate anchor plate for coupling to a channel member having a longitudinal slot defined between two flanges. The clip includes two opposing arms interconnected by the anchor plate. The arms include a holding portion remote from the anchor plate to hold the conduit. A closure portion extends from an end of the holding portion. Between a lower end of the holding portion and each axial end part of the anchor plate an accommodation space is defined for a flange of the channel member when the anchor plate extends at an angle relative to the longitudinal slot. The anchor plate has resilient lugs at its axial end parts adapted to engage the flanges so as to pull the lower end of the holding portion into engagement with an upper side of the flanges.
ATTACHMENT ARRANGEMENT, CLIP BODY AND CLIP
A fastening arrangement (50) with a clip body (10), a fastening device (14) and a panel (18) is provided, with the clip body (10) having a retainer (12) for the fastening device (14), the clip body (10) being fastenable to the panel (18) provided with at least one fastening opening (16), the panel having a positioning opening (80) in addition to the fastening opening so that the clip body (10) can be positioned on the panel (18) by a stop of at least one positioning element (20) on an edge (22) of the positioning opening (80). The positioning opening (80) has a size which allows the clip body (10) with the fastening device (14) held thereon to be passed at least partially therethrough, the positioning element (20) bearing at least partially against the edge (22) of the positioning opening (80) and the positioning element (20) at the same time being or being connected to a locking element which makes contact with the panel on a side facing away from the retainer (12). The locking element is arranged opposite the retainer (12). The invention also relates to a clip body (10) and a clip (30).
Strap for suspending wires that is reconfigurable for various attachment systems
A strap assembly which may be attached to an overhead hanger is molded with three components used for suspending wires or pipes from an overhead structure such that the three components may be sold and shipped as a single unit, then singulated by the user to use separately. One component is a strap for forming a saddle to hold wires, pipes, and the like; a second component is a dual-function fastener which may be used to permanently attach the strap to a connector, such as a multifunction clip and temporarily fasten the other end of the strap to itself; a third component is a protective tip which may be pushed onto the end of the hanger. The dual-function fastener may be used alone for other purposes.
Clip for fixing pipe
The object of the present device is to provide a fixing clip for a pipe wherein the pipe can be inserted into and fixed at the clip which is constituted into one structure and a shelf can be combined to the fixed clip so that articles can be positioned or decorated on the shelf. To achieve the above object, the present device comprises a first body formed with a first hole into which the pipe is inserted; a second body formed with a second hole into which the pipe is inserted; a connection section which combines ends of the first body and the second body and elastically presses the other ends of the first body and the second body so as to be pushed away from each other; and a fixing section to which the other end of the first body or the second body is connected, wherein the first body and the second body can be fixed at or escape from the pipe according to the angle between the center axis of the first hole and the center axis of the second hole.
