Rotary button
A rotary button is provided, including: a housing, a rotating member and an indicating mechanism. The housing includes at least one reference portion. The rotating member defines an axial direction and is non-rotatably disposed on the housing. The rotating member is movable relative to the housing in the axial direction and includes a threaded portion configured to be screwed with a threaded rod. The indicating mechanism is disposed on the housing and is axially interferable with the rotating member. The indicating mechanism includes at least one indicating portion. When the housing is rotated to drive the rotating member to move relative to the threaded rod and be abutted against an external object, the rotating member is axially interfered with the indicating mechanism and drives at least one said indicating portion to correspond to at least one said reference portion.
MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR A BOLTING OPERATION
Provided herein is a monitoring system and method for a bolting operation, during which a torque tool is coupled to a torque sensing and transmitting adapter disposed of with an RFID reader or a middle device to read the information in the RFID tag attached to each bolt following the preset bolting sequence. After receiving the information, a torque control device evaluates whether the bolts are valid and memorizes the bolting sequence, edits and stores in the memory. The torque control device continuously monitors whether the operator does follow the programmed bolting sequence and the bolting mode to fasten the bolt with target torque value and issues a warning if otherwise. Meanwhile, the torque control device writes the bolting information in the tag or stores the information in a peripheral server or in a cloud server via the Internet for later inquiry.
METHOD, DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR DETECTING WHEEL FASTENER LOOSENESS AND COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM STORING COMPUTER
An information device including a capturing function uses the capturing function to capture an image of a disc wheel to which a plurality of wheel fasteners are fastened. Then, the information device inspects whether any of the wheel fasteners appearing in the captured image is loose by comparing the captured image with a reference image in consideration of a reference point of the disc wheel appearing in the captured image.

Management System For Attachment State Of Attachment Object
In a management system for an attachment state of an attachment object, a sensor capable of detecting a value equivalent to stress of stress loaded, or a predetermined value from which the value equivalent to stress can be calculated, a washer storage unit storing identification information of a sensing washer, and a washer control unit transmitting the value equivalent to stress and the identification information of the sensing washer via a communication unit, are provided in the sensing washer between a bolt and a nut that attach an attachment object to a structural object. A management processing device acquires the value equivalent to stress and identification information of the sensing washer transmitted from the sensing washer, and presents the value equivalent to stress of the sensing washer of the identification information, or a corresponding stress value, as relational information with respect to a reference value stored in a storage unit.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING BOLTING TORQUE
Disclosed is a bolting torque determination method which includes a preparation process of preparing samples of an object and samples of a bolt, a sample fracture torque acquisition process of measuring and acquiring a sample fracture torque, an effective fastening torque zone determination process of determining an effective fastening torque zone, in which fastening is performed without fracture, a bolt fastening angle measurement process of performing test fastening on the samples according to each of the plurality of selected experimental torques and measuring bolt fastening angles, and a bolting torque determination process of determining a bolting torque, whereby a rotation angle of each of the sample bolts is measured from a predetermined reference point of time to a point of time when the test fastening is finished.
SCREW NUT
The present invention relates to a screw nut equipped with sensors (2, 3) on its lateral surfaces.
Threaded Screw Fastener
Disclosed is a sheet-metal fastener configured to join two components, such as sheet-metal. The sheet-metal fastener comprising a head and a shank. The head may define an undercut region and a serrated region. The serrated region can be positioned at an outer perimeter of the head. The serrated region can be composed of a plurality of knurls. The shank extends perpendicularly from the undercut region and comprises one or more threads.
INSTRUMENTED, LOAD-SENSING WASHER
An instrumented, load-sensing washer that can be used on a bolted joint to facilitate determining an axial clamping load of the bolted joint. The washer includes an annular washer body having first and second oppositely disposed axial ends and an outer circumferential sidewall. At least one strain gauge is provided on the circumferential sidewall and is configured to sense a deformation of the washer body do to clamping forces of the bolted joint. The washer further includes a communication assembly operatively coupled with the at least one strain gauge. The communication assembly may include an integrated circuit adapted to receive electrical signals from the at least one strain gauge related to the axial load borne by the washer.
External tie-rod load indicator
A load indicator apparatus which is compact, portable and detachably mounted on the tie-rod. The load indicator apparatus includes a first reference fixture configured for attachment at a first position on the tie-rod, a second fixture configured for attachment at a second position on the tie-rod and an elongation gauge extending between the first reference fixture and the second fixture and configured to measure displacement of the second fixture relative to the first reference fixture during elongation of the tie-rod. A displacement transducer is connected to the second fixture to measure a capacitance value proportional to the loading acting on the tie-rod and transfers it to a load monitoring unit which translates the measured capacitance into a visual load reading and an electronic load output value.
