Connector and an anti thermal mismatch connecting device
In order to alleviate a mismatch problem of thermal deformation, in all directions, of a connecting and installing structure between a CMC turbine outer annular component and a metal intermediate casing, a connector and an anti thermal mismatch connecting device are provided. The rod part of the connector comprises a subtractive hollow section and a cylindrical section. The subtractive hollow section is composed of a central shaft, a plurality of supporting rib plates extending outwards from a peripheral surface of the central shaft and inclined radially relative to the central shaft, and a plurality of outer annular plates arranged around the central shaft, with a circumferential gap between adjacent outer annular plates. The supporting rib plate is connected with the central shaft and the outer annular plate, and the central shaft is connected with the cylindrical section. The anti thermal mismatch connecting device the connector.

FASTENER ASSEMBLY
A fastener assembly for a motor vehicle is provided. The fastener assembly comprises a fastener configured to couple a first component to a second component of the motor vehicle, the fastener comprising a shank configured to be received within a bore of the first component; and a retaining member, the retaining member being couplable to the fastener and the first component, the retaining member comprising an opening configured to receive the fastener shank and to provide a resistance against the removal of the fastener shank from the bore of the first component, wherein the retaining member comprises a deformable portion configured to deform from a first state to a second state by virtue of the operating environment of the first component such that the fastener may be removed from the bore when the deformable portion is in the second state following operation of the motor vehicle.

Locking device for securing a wear element in a support in an earth moving machine
A locking device for securing a wear element in a support in an earth moving machine includes a central shaft with a first right hand threaded segment and a second left hand threaded segment. Locking elements are screwed onto the threaded segments. Both threaded segments are attached to one another and are suitable for transmitting rotational movement between both threaded segments. A coupling of the threaded segments can comprise a disc with two faces, each of them opposite one end of the threaded segments. Between each of the faces and the end of the threaded segment there is a tongue and groove extending to a first diameter and a second diameter, respectively, such that the disc and the threaded segments are suitable for moving with respect to one another.

PASS THROUGH FITTING FOR CABLES AND THE LIKE
A pass through fitting for a cable or the like comprises a split bolt having a threaded shank and a nut which can be locked on the shank to prevent rotation therebetween. A passageway extends through the split bolt for receiving one or more cables. The fitting would be supported in a structure, such as a boat hull, through which it is desired to run the cable. The fitting may be sealed at the head, against the structure, to be watertight.

Ceramic fastener assembly for high temperatures
A ceramic fastener assembly for high temperatures. One embodiment is a fastener assembly that includes a ceramic fastener configured to engage a hole of a structure. The ceramic fastener includes a head and a non-threaded shank including one or more indentations around its perimeter. The fastener assembly also includes a sleeve configured to slide over the non-threaded shank of the ceramic fastener. The sleeve includes a hollow cylindrical body, an exterior surface with threads, and an interior surface with one or more protrusions configured to mate with the one or more indentations of the non-threaded shank. The fastener assembly further includes a nut configured to engage the threads of the sleeve to tighten the one or more protrusions with the one or more indentations of the non-threaded shank. The fastener assembly also includes a thermal spacer configured to thermally isolate the nut and the sleeve from the structure.
COUPLING ASSEMBLY FOR A POWER END AND A FLUID END OF A PUMP
A mounting assembly mounts a fluid end unit to a power end unit and includes first and second end members, and a coupling. A first end of the first end member is a threaded shaft configured to be received in a mounting aperture of a power end unit. A first end of the second end member is a threaded shaft configured to be received in a mounting aperture of a fluid end unit corresponding to the mounting aperture of the power end unit. The coupling couples and extends the first end member and the second end member and may be removed therefrom without changing a relative position of the second end member to the first end member.
