Resilient mounting clips, panel mount systems including the same, and associated methods
Resilient mounting clips, panel mount systems including the same, and associated methods. A resilient mounting clip includes a support structure engagement portion and a panel engagement portion with a plurality of edge extensions and a plurality of outboard panel supports. Each outboard panel support extends from a respective edge extension. Each outboard panel support is configured to move at least substantially parallel to a compression axis when the respective edge extension resiliently flexes with respect to the support structure engagement portion. A panel mount system includes at least one support structure, at least one resilient mounting clip, and at least two panels received by each mounting clip. A method of assembling a panel mount system includes positioning and securing a resilient mounting clip on a support structure and receiving each of a first panel and a second panel with the resilient mounting clip.
SANDWICH PLATE ELEMENT CONNECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING SANDWICH PLATE ELEMENTS
The present invention relates to a sandwich plate element connection system (1, 2, 3, 4, 5), comprising two sandwich plate elements (100) and a connection element (200, 400, 500, 600, 700) connecting said two sandwich plate elements (100) by means of an adhesive joint (250) and defining two recesses (210, 220, 410, 420, 510, 520, 530, 610, 620, 630, 640). The connection element (200, 400, 500, 600, 700) comprises a first part (200:1, 400:1, 500:1, 600:1, 700:1) and a second part (200:2, 400:2, 500:2, 600:2, 700:2) connected to each other by a snap fit joint (270, 470, 570, 670, 770), for formation of at least one of said two recesses (210, 220, 410, 420, 510, 520, 530, 610, 620, 630, 640). The adhesive joint (250) comprises an adhesive (260). A chassis (10) for a vehicle comprising a sandwich plate element connection system (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and a method (20) for connecting two sandwich plate elements (100) are also provided.
Joint members for refrigerator appliance casings
Refrigerator casings and joint members therefor are provided. A joint member includes a body extending between a first end and a second end generally along a lateral direction. The body further includes a forward face and an aft face spaced apart from the forward face along a transverse direction, and further includes a top surface and a bottom surface spaced apart from the top surface along a vertical direction. The joint member further includes a plurality of barrier channels defined in the body, each of the plurality of barrier channels extending generally along the lateral direction between the first end and the second end. The joint member further includes a plurality of tube channels defined in the body, each of the plurality of tube channels extending generally along the vertical direction between the top surface and the bottom surface.
PANEL MOUNTED GLASS BRACKET ASSEMBLY
A bracket for securing a panel is provided, the bracket including a panel contact member including an interface portion. Also provided are a first clamp member having a first clamp surface contact portion and a first clamp adjustable portion operable to interface with the panel contact member interface portion and a second clamp member having a second clamp surface contact portion positioned such that it is facing toward the first clamp surface contact portion of the first clamp when the first clamp adjustable portion is interfacing with the panel contact member interface portion, such that the first and second clamp surface contact portions are facing inward towards each other. A securing member is operable to secure the first clamp member to the panel contact member, the securing member positioned substantially perpendicular to the first and second clamp surface contact portions.
CONSTRUCTION ATTACHMENT MEMBER
An attachment member is provided herein a base portion configured to be positioned between a first panel and a second panel. A first side portion and a second side portion are respectively positioned on opposing sides of the base portion, the first side portion defining first and second arms and the second side portion defining third and fourth arms, wherein each of the first arm, the second arm, the third arm, and the fourth arm define a non-linear boundary
Hermaphroditic latching slide connector
A mechanical sliding connector that mates to an identical mechanical connector by a sliding action. The connector can be slid into another connector or another connecter can slide on to it, allowing the connectors to connect in either direction. The connector features a latching mechanism that engages with no interaction required by the operator other than sliding the connectors together. Unlatching the connectors can be accomplished by unlatching either of the connectors and sliding them apart. The connector latch resets automatically after it's disconnected enabling it to be ready for another connection without user action. This feature along with a latch locking feature provides for easy one hand operation.
Construction attachment member
An attachment member is provided herein that includes a base portion configured to be positioned between a first panel and a second panel. A first side portion and a second side portion are respectively positioned on opposing sides of the base portion, the first side portion defining first and second arms and the second side portion defining third and fourth arms, wherein each of the first arm, the second arm, the third arm, and the fourth arm define a non-linear boundary.
Spacer clip for use in a wall assembly
A spacer clip comprised of a low thermal conductive material is secured to the Z girts of a wall assembly to provide a thermal break between the Z girts and the sheathing members of the wall assembly and to also provide a thermal break between the sheathing members and the insulation members of the wall assembly.
