QUICK-RELEASE FASTENER STRUCTURE
A quick-release fastener structure includes a body portion and an engaging portion. The body portion is fitted to a first object. The engaging portion is movably fitted to the body portion. The engaging portion has a head portion, a bar portion with an end connected to the head portion, and an engaging-connecting portion disposed at another end of the bar portion. The engaging-connecting portion is insertedly engaged with or separated from a second object. Therefore, the quick-release fastener structure operates by fitting the body portion to the first object and allowing the engaging portion to be engagedly connected to the second object or removed from the second object, such that the at least two objects are coupled together and separated repeatedly and quickly.
Device for compensating of tolerances between a first component and a second component
A device for compensating of tolerances between a first component and a second component is described. The device may have an elastic centering arrangement which is provided for centering the device in a nominal position on the first component, which may be formed for this purpose.
Acousto-optic device with captive fastener and related assemblies and methods
An acousto-optic device may include an acousto-optic component carried by a chassis, and a fastener assembly for removably securing a cover to the chassis. The fastener assembly may include a base sleeve having an enlarged head, and a tubular body and extending through a cover passageway. The fastener assembly may include a retainer sleeve having a threaded interior secured to the threaded exterior of the base sleeve to define an anchor member, the anchor member having a threaded interior. The fastener assembly may further include a fastener, a shaft having a threaded exterior opposite the enlarged head and to be threaded through the threaded interior of the anchor member to capture the fastener to the cover and movable through the chassis passageway for removably securing the cover to the chassis.
Locking system for industrial machine and method for operating the same
A locking system in an industrial machine is provided. The locking system includes a lock-ring positioned in a lock-ring recess in a rotational shaft, a spacing plate axially interfacing with the lock-ring, and a compression plate with a threaded opening. The locking system further includes a bolt threadingly engaged with the threaded opening in the compression plate and a spring axially interposed between the spacing plate and the compression plate.
LIGHT WAVE PHASE INTERFERENCE IMPROVEMENT OF DIGITAL MICROMIRROR DEVICE BY MEANS OF MECHANICALLY STRESSING THE DEVICE PACKAGE
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to mount apparatuses for digital micromirror devices of digital lithography systems and methods of mounting the digital micromirror devices. The mount apparatuses described herein retain spatial light modulators, such as DMDs. The mount apparatus enables the flattening of the DMD by providing a force such that the pair of contact pads contact the DMD. The DMD is positioned in a mounting frame of the mount apparatus. Contact pads of the mounting frame are operable to apply pressure to the DMD.
BOLTING DEVICE
Discussed is a bolting device including an operation part disposed on a table; a jig disposed on the table to contact an object to be bolted in which a bolt hole is defined, the jig including a through-hole for guiding a bolt to the bolt hole; a guide inserted to the through-hole, the guide having a hollow shape to accommodate the bolt therein, the guide having an inclined inner surface with a shape having an internal diameter that gradually decreases in a downward direction to maintain verticality of the bolt, and the guide further having a portion cut in a movement direction of the bolt so that the inner surface is elastically opened when the bolt is moved downward; and an elastic part in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the guide to elastically support a surrounding portion of a cut portion of the guide.
Method and system for retaining a fastener
An apparatus for securing a panel to a structure is provided. In one embodiment, the fastener includes a fastener having a fastener head and a threaded tail, and the fastener may be disposed through a structure and an external panel. The apparatus also includes a retainer housing positioned on the fastener head, where the retainer housing is detached from the fastener. A spring engaging the fastener and the retainer housing is also included within the retainer housing.
Fastening device for a shielding part, and shielding part comprising the fastening device
A fastening device for fastening a shielding part to a partnered fastening part, having: a sleeve with a through opening for a fastener; at least two bridging elements, which are equipped with outer regions in a radial direction for indirect or direct contact with the opposing outsides of the shielding part and are fastened to the sleeve with inner regions in the radial direction; a damping element is positioned between the bridging elements in an axial direction and outside of the sleeve in the radial direction, characterized in that the damping element is embodied as a spring element and has at least one spring arm, which is resiliently flexible in the radial direction and is equipped to cooperate in a supporting way with a hole rim of a hole of the shielding part.
HOLDING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING SAME
A retaining device for attachment of objects to a wall surface includes a main body, a fastening arrangement, and a cover lockable to the main body that arches over the fastening arrangement. The main body has a bottom side, that faces the wall during mounting, and a top side, that faces away and includes a retaining ring. The fastening arrangement includes a fastener and a centering cap which fixes the fastener. The bottom side of the main body has a circular-ring-shaped surface, on inner and outer edges of which, in each case, one closed encircling web is provided which faces away from the bottom side. Two passage openings are provided in the circular-ring surface between the top and bottom sides. When attached, the main body is pressed onto the wall and an adhesive is injected through one of the passage openings until it emerges again at the other passage opening.
STRUCTURE FOR FASTENING VERIFICATION
An apparatus for a fastening verification structure includes a fastener disposed in a cavity, where a leading end of the fastener is configured to press a non-insulated contact pad. The first end of a first lead electrically coupled to the fastener and a second end of the first lead electrically coupled to a power source. The first end of a second lead electrically coupled to the non-insulated contact pad and a second end of the second lead electrically coupled to a visual indicator. The first end of a third lead electrically coupled to the visual indicator and a second end of the third lead electrically coupled to the power source.
