QUICK-RELEASE FASTENER STRUCTURE
A quick-release fastener structure includes a body portion and an engaging portion. The body portion is fitted to a first object. The engaging portion is movably fitted to the body portion. The engaging portion has a head portion, a bar portion with an end connected to the head portion, and an engaging-connecting portion disposed at another end of the bar portion. The engaging-connecting portion is insertedly engaged with or separated from a second object. Therefore, the quick-release fastener structure operates by fitting the body portion to the first object and allowing the engaging portion to be engagedly connected to the second object or removed from the second object, such that the at least two objects are coupled together and separated repeatedly and quickly.
Fastening clip assembly
A fastening clip assembly is configured to secure to a component, and may include four retaining legs that are configured to directly contact portions of the component to provide four points of contact with the component, and a central pedestal including a central beam and two angled retaining beams extending from the central beam. The two angled retaining beams are configured to exert a triangular retaining force into the component.
Fastener Alignment Guide, Connector and Method
The present invention provides a fastener alignment guide comprising a generally planar body and an angled element arranged at an acute angle θ to the body, a first aperture arranged through the angled element and a second aperture arranged through the body, wherein the first aperture and the second apertures are aligned such that a fastener may be inserted progressively through the first and second apertures in use. The present invention also provides a slip-resisting fastener alignment guide comprising a body at least partially arranged in a first plane, the body comprising a first aperture for receiving, in use, at least a portion of a shank of a fastener; and a guidewall extending out of the first plane for guiding the fastener, in use, into the first aperture at an acute angle α to the first plane, wherein the guidewall comprises a first bearing edge or surface upon which an underside of a head of the fastener can bear in use, the body further comprises a second bearing edge or surface upon which the underside of the head of the fastener can bear in use, and the first bearing edge or surface and the second bearing edge or surface are each configured/arranged to resist movement, in use, of the fastener alignment guide relative to the fastener in a first direction parallel to the first plane.
The present invention also provides a method of forming the fastener alignment guide and slip-resisting fastener alignment guide.
Fastener and a part having the same
A fastener includes a head configured to be anchored to a part, and a locking member extending from the head to a distal end. The locking member has at least one protrusion spaced from the head, and a tool engaging head at the distal end. In use, the locking member extends through an opening of a panel such that the head is retained on a first side of the panel, the distal end is disposed on a second side of the panel, and the at least one protrusion abuts the second side of the panel to secure the panel to the fastener. The fastener includes a resiliently deformable portion arranged such that rotation of the tool engaging head deforms the resiliently deformable portion and moves the at least one protrusion out of abutment with the second side of the panel to release the panel from the fastener.
Latching mechanism
A latching mechanism includes a body having a trip-latch with a protruding portion that protrudes from the body, a release button coupled to a release shaft disposed inside the body, and a holding edge disposed on the release shaft. The holding edge engages the trip-latch to maintain the release button in a depressed position. The holding edge disengages the trip-latch to place the release button in a non-depressed position in response to urging the protruding portion of the trip latch toward the rotatable body. The latching mechanism may also include a spring coupled to the release shaft that urges the release button to a non-depressed position. The latching mechanism may also include a spring coupled to the protruding portion of the trip-latch that urges the trip-latch to protrude from the body. A non-protruding portion of the trip-latch may engage the holding edge.
MOUNTING DEVICE FOR MOUNTING ELECTRONIC PRODUCT
A mounting device for easy mounting of a wireless device includes a clamping structure configured to clamp a support frame. The clamping structure includes a base including an upper surface and a lower surface, a first clamping part rotatably connected to the base, a second clamping part rotatably connected to the base, and a connection portion connected to the lower surface of the base. The wireless device is thus supported. The support frame is clamped between the upper surface and the first clamping part, and the support frame is clamped between the upper surface and the second clamping part.
Clamp assembly
A clamp assembly includes a body having a first side and a second side. The body includes a first channel configured to receive a flat wire, a second channel configured to receive a round wire, a first projection extending from the first side of the body, and a second projection extending from the second side of the body. The clamp assembly further includes a first clamp member coupled to the first projection and a second clamp member coupled to the second projection.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member is a wiring member including: a wire-like transmission member; a first sheet to which the wire-like transmission member is fixed; and a second sheet, at least a part of which is overlapped with the first sheet, wherein the second sheet has higher rigidness than the first sheet, a holding hole is formed in the second sheet, and the second sheet is held on a fixing target member of a vehicle via a vehicle fixing component inserted into the holding hole.
Fastening device for a heat-shield panel
A device for securing at least one thermal protection mat to an internal fixed structure of a nacelle includes at least one removable fastening element for securing the at least one thermal protection mat to the internal fixed structure designed to be arranged between the mat and the internal fixed structure. The device includes at least one gripping element connected to the removable fastening element to project relative to the mat on the opposite side to the internal fixed structure, the removable fastening element being intended to be detached from the internal fixed structure by a pulling force exerted on the gripping element.
ANCHORING UNIT, METHOD FOR FASTENING A SYSTEM TO AN ANCHORING UNIT, AND SYSTEM UNIT WITH ANCHORING UNIT
An anchoring unit for a system, the anchoring unit having at least one first insulation layer and at least one second insulation layer. The anchoring unit furthermore includes a support layer for mechanically stabilising the insulation layers, the support layer being arranged between the first insulation layer and second insulation layer. The anchoring unit furthermore includes at least two screws, the screws being oriented in opposition to one another, a first screw being suitable for anchoring to the system and a second screw being suitable for anchoring to an anchor object. A first screw head of the first screw is in direct contact with the support layer. A screw shank of the first screw is arranged at least partially in the first insulation layer.
