ONE-TOUCH CONNECTION DEVICE FOR CONNECTING REINFORCING BARS
A non-threaded, one-touch connection device for connecting reinforcing bars includes a pair of coupler bodies fastened together by a connector and each of the coupler bodies having a hollow portion for receiving the reinforcing bar. An inner diameter of the coupler body gradually increases from an entrance of the coupler body to an end opposite to the entrance. A lock is placed in the coupler body. The lock includes slits and wall parts partially separated by the slits. The lock further includes a breaking disc configured to break away from the lock. An elastic member is placed between the connector and the lock to apply an elastic force to move the lock toward the entrance when the reinforcing bar is fastened to the lock. The coupler body further has a checking hole to allow concrete to flow in and out.
Low-PIM dual pipe clamp for cellular base station antenna sites
A low-PIM dual pipe clamp and associated mounting bracket for securing a first pipe transverse to a second pipe at a cellular base station antenna site. The dual pipe clamp accommodates a range of pipe diameters with lower PIM generation, cost, and weight characteristics compared to conventional dual pipe clamps traditionally used at cell sites. The low-PIM dual pipe clamp minimizes the number of parts to upper and lower mounting brackets connected by linear threaded rod connectors, such as bolts, avoiding the use of U-bolts known to create PIM interference in conventional designs. The dual pipe clamp secures first and second pipes against each other in transverse orientations (e.g., horizontal and vertical), as typically utilized to mount antennas at cellular base stations. Each mounting bracket includes first and second pipe restrainers that bias the first and second pipes against each other as the threaded rod connectors are tightened.
TRAPEZE HANGER SYSTEM INCLUDING TRAPEZE HANGER FITTING
A trapeze hanger fitting includes a strut connecting portion configured for insertion into an open interior of a strut through an open longitudinal end of the strut to connect the trapeze hanger fitting to the strut. A rod securement portion is connected to the strut connecting portion and configured for securement to a rod to secure the trapeze hanger fitting to the rod. The rod securement portion is configured to be disposed outside the open interior of the strut and longitudinally outward from the open longitudinal end of the strut when the strut connecting portion is inserted into the open interior of the strut.
CONNECTION SYSTEMS FOR FRAMEWORK
Connectors for assembling off-the-shelf framework such as pipes and tubes. The connectors include parts that can have puzzle-shaped ends for locking the components together, and when connected, the connectors form various cavities that may include friction-inducing components disposed in the cavities to render the framework stationary. The cavities may be sized to accommodate different sizes of framework.
CLICKABLE CABLE TRAYS
The present disclosure provides an assembly having a plurality of cable trays, a first cable tray of the plurality of cable trays including a bottom and a set of upright sides extending between a first end and a second end, and a barb and a barb opening along each upright side of the set of upright sides. The barb may extend from an end of the barb opening, wherein a portion of the opening of a first cable tray of the two or more cable trays extends beyond, and remains uncovered by, a second end of a second cable tray of the plurality of cable trays when the first and second cable trays are connected.
ADJUSTABLE SHORING BEAM AND HOOK ASSEMBLY
Disclosed herein is an adjustable shoring beam having a hook assembly configured to mate with E-track mating features. The adjustable shoring beam can be adjusted over a predetermined length range by adjusting the tube assembly and the rod assembly. In some embodiments, the extension length is fixed using a fixing clamp coupled to the tube assembly and the rod assembly. A connecting clamp and bracket may be used to couple a first adjustable shoring beam to a second adjustable shoring beam.
ASSEMBLY HAVING DISCRETIZED AND SEGMENTED JOINT ARCHITECTURE
The present aspects include an assembly having discretized and segmented joint architecture. The assembly comprises a first structure including an outer wall and an inner wall, wherein the outer wall and the inner wall extend from a base of the first structure, and define a groove, and a plurality of connecting walls extending between the outer wall and the inner wall such that the groove is divided into a plurality of groove segments defined by the outer wall, the inner wall, and the plurality of connecting walls. The assembly further comprises a second structure including a plurality of tongue segments which extend into the plurality of groove segments. A first adhesive is inserted into the groove, thereby bonding the plurality of tongue segments within the plurality of groove segments such that the first and second structures are fixed together.
Flexure bearing assembly
Solar trackers that may be advantageously employed on sloped and/or variable terrain to rotate solar panels to track motion of the sun across the sky include bearing assemblies and other mechanical features configured to address mechanical challenges posed by the sloped and/or variable terrain that might otherwise prevent or complicate use of solar trackers on such terrain.
Connection device
A connection device between a first member and a second member that includes a flexible male configuration disposed on the first member, the male configuration includes a finger extension that has a necked portion and an expanded terminating head portion. Also included is a flexible female configuration disposed on the second member, the female configuration includes a cavity having a narrow duct portion that expands into a chamber portion. The male and female configurations are removably engageable to one another, as the expanded head portion is manually pushed into the narrow duct portion and continuing further to manually push the expanded head portion into the chamber portion until the expanded head portion bottoms out into the chamber portion resulting in the first and second members being in a substantially fluid tight connection to one another.
