The inner bearing shell (7) is held by rivets (10) in a form-fitting manner on the pivoting element (2) in the circumferential direction of the bearing shell (7).
PIVOT CRADLE BEARING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SYNCHRONISATION DEVICE OF A PIVOT CRADLE BEARING SYSTEM
A pivot cradle bearing system includes a curved cage segment in which rolling elements are guided, which are arranged between two bearing parts which can be pivoted relative to each other. A synchronization device, which is designed for the synchronization of the relative movement of the bearing parts with the displacement of the cage segment, comprises a pivot arm, which is mounted in the cage segment. A ball-and-socket joint, by means of which a snap-action connection is formed, is provided to support the pivot arm in the cage segment.
BEARING ASSEMBLY OF A SWASH PLATE IN A STEERING GEAR COMPONENT AND SURGICAL INSTRUMENT
An exemplary embodiment relates to a bearing assembly (40) for a swash plate (14) in a steering gear component (33), wherein the swash plate (14) is arranged such that it can rotate about an axis of rotation (10) in a radial bearing which is located in a receiving opening (330) of the steering gear component (33). The radial bearing is a sliding bearing (35) and the bearing assembly (40) has at least one axial securing device (36) which is arranged axially adjacent to a first side of the swash plate (14) and engages with the steering gear component (33). Furthermore, a surgical instrument (1) is disclosed that has this bearing assembly (40) of a swash plate (14) in a steering gear component (33).
SEGMENTAL BEARING DEVICE COMPRISING AN INTERFERENCE REGION, AND SWIVEL LEVEL ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING THE SEGMENTAL BEARING DEVICE
A segmental bearing device includes a plurality of rolling elements, a segmental cage for receiving the plurality of rolling elements, and a partial shell. The segmental cage has a first end region and a first interference region disposed in the first end region. The partial shell has a bearing race for the plurality of rolling elements, and first and second axial guide flanges for axially guiding the segmental cage. The first interference region lies against the first axial guide flange, axially clamping the segmental cage. The segmental cage may also include a second end region, axially opposite the first end region, and a second interference region disposed in the second end region. The second interference region lies against the second axial guide flange, axially clamping the segmental cage.
SEGMENT BEARING DEVICE HAVING OFFSET MOUNTING ROLLING ELEMENT AND PIVOT LEVER ARRANGEMENT HAVING SAID SEGMENT BEARING DEVICE
A segment bearing device for supporting a first bearing partner relative to a second bearing partner about a pivot axis (S) includes a plurality of rolling elements, a segment cage for receiving the rolling elements, and a partial shell, the partial shell providing a race for the rolling elements. At least one of the plurality of rolling elements is arranged as a mounting rolling element in a first partial circle (TK1) in an operating state of the segment bearing device, and is held in a second partial circle (TK2) in a mounted state of the segment bearing device. The common center point of the partial circles (TK1, TK2) is defined by a center of curvature of the segment cage, and the first partial circle (TK1) has a smaller diameter than the second partial circle (TK2).
SPHERICAL FLYWHEEL BATTERY AND STORAGE DEVICE
The present disclosure provides flywheel systems for generating and/or storing energy, and methods of using same.
Stress reduction in hydrostatic cradle bearing
In a piston pump assembly, cradle bearings support a swash plate on an inner surface of a housing assembly. The cradle bearing and/or the corresponding portion of the housing inner surface may have undercut portions allowing deflection of an inward portion of the cradle bearing when the swash plate is subjected to pressure forces from hydraulic fluid compressed within pump cylinders by the pump pistons. Deflection of the cradle bearings allows increased contact pressure to be further distributed across the engaging surfaces of the swash plates and the cradle bearings.
Swash plate bearing
A swash plate bearing is disclosed. The swash plate bearing may have an arcuate cage member having at least one flange and a plurality of rolling elements rotatably coupled to the at least one flange. A coupling seat extends laterally from the at least one flange, the coupling seat may have an insertion hole. A link member may be rotatably coupled to the cage member, the link member having a central portion positioned between a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion. A first stem connects the central portion to the first terminal portion and a second stem connects the central portion to the second terminal portion. The central portion is positioned in the insertion hole.
PIVOT CRADLE BEARING AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PIVOT CRADLE BEARING
A pivot cradle bearing (1) having a pivoting element (2) which is mounted to pivot in a housing (3) is provided in which an inner bearing shell (7), on which rolling bodies (4) are rolling, is held on the pivoting element (2). The inner bearing shell (7) is held by rivets (10) in a form-fitting manner on the pivoting element (2) in the circumferential direction of the bearing shell (7).
CRADLE BEARING AND CRADLE BEARING SUPPORT
A cradle bearing for supporting a swashplate of a variable hydraulic axial piston. The cradle bearing is of an angular ball bearing type or comprises, with respect to the bearing axis, a tapered inner race and/or a tapered outer race. A swashplate for a variable hydraulic axial piston unit including a first and a second cradle bearing zone spaced to each other in axial direction of a swashplate tilt axis, suitable for supporting the swashplate in a housing of a variable hydraulic axial piston unit, wherein the first cradle bearing zone is inclined with respect to the swashplate tilt axis. A variable hydraulic axial piston unit of the swashplate type including a swashplate which is supported rotatable in the housing of the variable hydraulic axial piston unit at a first bearing zone by a tapered bearing and at a second bearing zone by regular cylindrical cradle bearing or a journal bearing whose axis is aligned with the swashplate tilt axis.
