Reduced thrombosis blood pump
A bearing assembly is configured to retain a distal end of an impeller of a blood pump, where the impeller includes a drive shaft. The bearing assembly includes a pivot member coupled to a distal end of the drive shaft; a distal bearing cup having a proximally-facing surface configured to engage at least a portion of a distal section of the pivot member; and a sleeve bearing disposed around at least a portion of a proximal section of the pivot member.
SLIDING MEMBER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A sliding member which has low sliding resistance, can prevent the leakage of a liquid, has low dust emission properties and low leachability, and can be manufactured in a simple manner; and a method for manufacturing the sliding member. The sliding member includes an elastic molded body which is coated with a coating layer composition containing an amino-modified silicone compound having a silanol group and/or an alkoxysilyl group and also having an amino-containing group in a side chain. The method for manufacturing the sliding member includes the steps of: preparing the coating layer composition containing the amino-modified silicone compound having the silanol group and/or the alkoxysilyl group and also having the amino-containing group in a side chain; applying the coating layer composition to the elastic molded body; and coating the elastic molded body with the coating layer composition.
Elastic roller
An elastic roller is capable of elastic deformation at low load, lightweight and low-cost, and the surface speed of the roller has been made stable. At a drawing showing the view from the side of pipe 2 and flange 3 which make up roller 1, roller 1 which has pipe 2 and flange 3 is supported by shaft 8 which is inserted therein along axis 8a of shaft 8, the situation being such that elastic deformation occurs upon being pressed downward by pressure P from pressure-applying body 11 above pipe. None of the four outermost ribs 7a disposed in outermost gap 6a between outermost ring 4a of flange 3 and middle ring 4b which is mutually adjacent thereto and toward the interior therefrom is present in the upper portion of pipe 2.
Roller for feeding and conveying paper sheets
Disclosed is a paper-sheet-feeding/conveying roller having a shaft, and a bi-layer roller material which is formed of an inner layer provided on the shaft and an outer layer. The inner layer provided on the shaft is a foamed elastic layer. The outer layer provided on the foamed elastic layer is a non-foamed elastic layer. The foamed elastic layer is formed of a foamed elastic body of silicone-modified EPDM.
Compressively resilient bushing
A compressively resilient bushing useful for aligning shafts and couplings and adjusting shaft misalignment. They find use as component parts of shaft, and other coupling devices. It comprises a cylindrical sleeve having an outer wall, and a hollow core through. The cylindrical sleeve defines an inner wall of the cylindrical sleeve. The hollow core extends longitudinally from a top to a bottom of the cylindrical sleeve. The cylindrical sleeve comprises a compressively resilient material. Grooves through the outer wall are around a circumference of the cylindrical sleeve. T-shaped grooves through the outer wall extend longitudinally from the top to the bottom of the cylindrical sleeve. Each T-shape groove has a ledge partially overlapping from the top to the bottom of the cylindrical sleeve at opposite sides of. Said T-shape grooves and the ledges extend from the top to the bottom of the cylindrical sleeve.
SEALED BEARING
An object of the present invention is to provide a sealed bearing that can reduce electromagnetic noise at all times. A sealed bearing (bearing 100) according to the present invention includes a seal 110 for covering a ball 106 from a side between an inner ring 102 and an outer ring 104. The seal 110 is formed of a conductive resin material, and when an oil film parameter of a track surface of the bearing 100 is 1.0 or more, an impedance of a circuit that passes through the inner ring 102 and the outer ring 104 via the seal 110 is smaller than an impedance of a circuit that passes through the inner ring 102 and the outer ring 104 via the ball 106.
PROTECTIVE BEARING ASSEMBLY COVER WITH INTEGRATED CLOSURE
A protective cover has an inner surface that is sized and shaped to fit the outer surface of a bearing assembly and includes a main body having two partial sections connectable by a lateral closure such as a zipper. Each partial section defines an outwardly projecting portion that corresponds with the bearing assembly's shaft. The two partial sections are joined to surround and protect a bearing assembly, including the adjoining shaft portions. The covered assembly can be further protected from the environment by applying a sealant to the closure device, and to the interface between the cover and shaft.
Motor
A motor includes a seat, a bearing, a limiting member, a stator and a rotor. The seat includes a base plate and a shaft tube connected to the base plate. The shaft tube includes an open end distant to the base plate and having a plurality of fusion posts. The bearing is received in the shaft tube. The limiting member has a central hole. A diameter of the central hole is smaller than a diameter of the open end. The limiting member has a plurality of through-holes surrounding the central hole. The plurality of fusion posts respectively extends through the plurality of through-holes to fix the limiting member to the shaft tube by fusion bonding. The stator is fit around the shaft tube. The rotor includes a shaft extending through the central hole of the limiting member and rotatably coupled with the bearing.
