Device and method for winding and twisting fibre material in ring spinning or ring twisting frames

A device and a method for winding and twisting fibrous material in ring spinning and ring twisting frames are disclosed. The device and method allow the operating speed of the frames to be substantially increased, achieve higher productivity during ring spinning, and reduce the outlay, in terms of time and material, for assembling and servicing the device. This is achieved in that at least two high-temperature superconducting stators, together with the thermally connected cooling devices thereof, are arranged in a contactless manner and in parallel with one another along the progression of the spindle row, and the magnetic field-generating rotors, oriented coaxially with respect to the spindle, are introduced in a magnetically levitating manner in the magnetic field of the continuous intermediate space, between the stators which are adjacent in each case.

An axial bearing for a spinning rotor of an open-end spinning machine includes a static bearing component having axially polarized permanent magnet rings delimited on both sides by ferromagnetic pole disks arranged in a bearing housing, the static bearing component interacting with a dynamic bearing component formed by ferromagnetic webs arranged on a rotor shaft of the spinning rotor. Each pole disk includes a disk ring, a central opening, a vertical axis, and a horizontal axis. The disk ring includes an area of reduced ferromagnetic material on an inner circumference thereof at the vertical axis as compared to a remaining inner circumferential area of the disk ring.

SHAFT BEARING FOR MOUNTING A SPINNING ROTOR OF A ROTOR SPINNING MACHINE

The invention relates to a shaft bearing for mounting a spinning rotor of a rotor spinning machine, with a double-row rolling bearing, which comprises two rolling-body rows that roll on their inner side without an inner ring, on two inner bearing races arranged at a distance from one another on a rotor shaft, and on their outer side on outer bearing races of two separate outer rings. According to the invention, the outer rings are mounted resiliently in a shaft bearing housing so as to provide a shaft bearing for mounting a spinning rotor of a rotor spinning machine with high reliability, even at rotational speeds of more than 110,000 revolutions per minute, which shaft bearing also allows trouble-free operation of a rotor spinning machine equipped with the shaft bearing.
