A drive (1) with a housing (2) and a toothed part (4) which is mounted rotatably relative thereto with a wire race bearing (15), wherein a threaded ring (23) is screwed onto the housing (2) or the toothed part (4), said threaded ring axially fixing the wire race bearing (15) and permitting an adjustment.

Tapered Roller Bearing

A tapered roller bearing includes an inner ring, an outer ring, a plurality of tapered rollers, and an annular cage. The cage has a small annular portion, a large annular portion, and a plurality of cage bars that couples the small annular portion and the large annular portion together. The cage is enabled to come into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the outer ring at least on an axially first side so that the contact allows the cage to be positioned in a radial direction. Each of the cage bars has pocket surfaces each of which faces an outer peripheral surface of the corresponding tapered roller, and each pocket surface has a flat surface shape that is straight in a direction from the inner ring toward the outer ring and that is enabled to come into line contact with the corresponding tapered roller.

Pivot for a turbomachine mechanical reduction gear

A pivot (14) with a longitudinal axis (Y) for a bearing of a mechanical reduction gear, comprising a first annular part (14a) including an axial passage (17) and a second annular part (14b) mounted around the first annular part (14a), the first annular part (14a) delimiting with the second annular part (14b) a lubrication circuit at least one oil inlet (20) of which opens out inwards of the first annular part (14a) into the axial passage (17) and at least one oil outlet (28) of which opens radially outwards of the second annular part (14b).

DRIVE UNIT FOR A VEHICLE

The invention relates to a drive unit (10) for a vehicle, comprising an electric machine (12) having a rotor shaft (14) and a transmission (16) having a transmission shaft (18). According to the invention, the rotor shaft (14) and the transmission shaft (18) are interlocking and coupled by means of an interlocking toothing (44), wherein a lubricant channel (46) is formed in the transmission shaft (18), which feeds into an inner space (48) of the rotor shaft (14) at the end facing the rotor shaft (14) in order to provide lubricant for the interlocking toothing (44), wherein the rotor shaft (14) has an end side (50) at the axial end facing the transmission shaft (18), on which end side one or more openings (52) are formed, extending from an inner circumference (54) of the rotor shaft (14) bordering the inner space (48) to the outer circumference (56) thereof, such that the lubricant channel (46) is fluidically connected to the openings (52) via the inner space (48) and the interlocking toothing (44).

WIND TURBINE GEARBOX AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A WIND TURBINE GEARBOX

A wind turbine gearbox, in particular planetary gearbox, has at least one gear which is mounted on an axle, wherein a sliding surface is arranged between the gear and the axle. The sliding surface is arranged on at least one layer of a deposition welded material made from a sliding bearing material. Furthermore, a method produces the wind turbine gearbox.

A gearbox repair assembly is disclosed herein. The gearbox repair assembly includes a sleeve having an inner diameter configured to receive a bearing assembly and an outer diameter configured to fit within a bore of a gearbox housing. The gearbox housing can be part of a gearbox of a wind turbine. The gearbox repair assembly further includes a retaining plate configured to be attached to the gearbox housing for preventing an outer race of the bearing assembly from rotating in the bore relative to the gearbox housing. Also provided are methods to repair such a gearbox. The gearbox repair assembly and related methods reduce the time and cost needed to repair the gearboxes.
