LINEAR MOTION GUIDE BEARING
A linear motion guide bearing 1 includes a rail 10, a slider 20, and a plurality of rolling elements. The slider 20 has formed therein a pair of circulation passages, which are spaces connecting one end and another end in each of a pair of load-carrying races, which are spaces between a pair of first rolling surfaces 41 and a pair of second rolling surfaces 42. In a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, the rail 10 includes a bottom wall portion 11, a first side wall portion 12, a second side wall portion 13, and a top wall portion 14. One first rolling surface 41 is made up of a wall surface 15A on an inner side of a first corner portion 15, which is a region where the second side wall portion 13 and the bottom wall portion 11 are connected. The other first rolling surface 41 is made up of a wall surface 16A on an inner side of a second corner portion 16, which is a region where the first side wall portion 12 and the top wall portion 14 are connected.
Low friction slide member
A slide member having a slide surface coated with a lacquer including a resin. The lacquer is in turn at least partly coated with a lipophilic composition coating. The lipophilic composition coating provides a slide layer on the slide member with low friction.
Ultrasound imaging apparatus
The present disclosure relates to an ultrasonic imaging apparatus that has a tolerance for easy assembly and reduces shaking and noise by reducing the tolerance after assembly. The ultrasonic imaging apparatus includes a main body, a probe connected to the main body to irradiate and receive ultrasonic waves and to transmit the ultrasonic signals to the main body, a control panel configured to control the main body or the probe, and a moving device configured to connect the control panel and the main body and to move the control panel with respect to the main body in the upward and downward directions, wherein the moving device includes a housing fixed to the main body, a moving member configured to be movable with respect to the housing in the upward and downward directions, and a regulating bearing installed in the housing and configured to assist the upward and downward movement of the moving member by coming into rolling contact with the moving member and to regulate a gap with the moving member.
Telescopic rail
The present application concerns a telescopic rail comprising a first rail element, at least one further rail element and at least one rolling body cage for positioning a plurality of rolling bodies between two rail elements, wherein the rolling body cage has at least two receiving limbs having a respective plurality of through openings, wherein the receiving limbs together have a cross-section partially enclosing an internal space, and a plurality of rolling bodies received in the through openings in the receiving limbs, wherein the rolling body cage is arranged with the rolling bodies between the first rail element and the further rail element. According to the invention it is proposed that such a telescopic rail be modified to such an effect that the telescopic rail has a first group of rolling bodies and the rolling bodies of the first group are made of graphite, wherein the telescopic rail has a second group of rolling bodies and the rolling bodies of the second group are made of a material which is of greater hardness than the graphite of the rolling bodies of the first group, and wherein at least two rolling bodies of the second group are respectively received in the through openings of at least two receiving limbs.
STEERING SHAFT ASSEMBLY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A steering shaft assembly (10) for a motor vehicle is described, comprising a first shaft (20) and a second shaft (22), both of which are rotatable about a central axis (24). The second shaft (22) is a hollow shaft and a portion of the first shaft (20) is received so as to be axially displaceable inside the second shaft (22). The first shaft (20) and the second shaft (22) are also coupled in a torque-transmitting manner via two rotary coupling mechanisms (26, 28) separate from each other.
Steering shaft for a motor vehicle
A steering shaft may include a hollow shaft in which an inner shaft is arranged telescopically coaxially in an axial direction. A rolling body may be held in a form fit manner in a circumferential direction and configured to roll in the axial direction in a rolling body holding element of a rolling body cage disposed between the inner and hollow shafts, which is arranged in the axial direction between radially projecting stop elements of the hollow shaft and of the inner shaft. The rolling body cage may have end-face axial support surfaces that are oriented in the axial direction against the stop elements. The rolling body cage may have at least one transfer element extending axially between the end-face axial support surfaces.
SLIDE FOR A LINEAR GUIDE, AND LINEAR GUIDE COMPRISING SUCH A SLIDE
The invention relates to a slide for a linear guide which comprises the slide and a rail element with two running surfaces facing each other. The slide has a main part and a plurality of rolling bodies, and the plurality of rolling bodies are received on the main part such that the plurality of rolling bodies can roll at least on the two running surfaces or carry out a sliding movement relative to the two running surfaces. The main part defines the position of each one of the plurality of rolling bodies in a pull-out direction relative to the main part, wherein the slide additionally has two slide elements and a spring element, and each of the two slide elements is mounted on the main part such that it can move in a vertical direction perpendicular to the pull-out direction so that each of the two slide elements can be brought into frictional engagement with a respective running surface, said spring element being supported on the main part such that the spring element biases the two slide elements away from each other in the vertical direction.
DEVICE FOR GUIDING A MOVABLE FURNITURE PART RELATIVE TO A FURNITURE CARCASS
A device for guiding a movable furniture part on a furniture carcass. The device includes a carcass rail arranged on the furniture carcass and a movable rail movable in the opening and closing direction relative to the carcass rail. The carcass rail and the movable rail each have a flat running web and load-transmitting rolling elements are each arranged between a running web of the carcass rail and a running web of the movable rail. During relative movement between the rails, the rolling elements move along the running webs. The running webs are uninterrupted, and the rolling elements between the rails are configured such that, in the mounted state, the running web of the movable rail is always oriented obliquely relative to the running web of the carcass rail.
Home appliance device
For the purpose of improving a protective effect of a home appliance device, in particular a home appliance chiller device, is proposed comprising: a telescopic guiding unit, which is convertible at least from a fully contracted state to a fully extracted state and vice versa, and has at least one stationary guiding element; and comprising a cover unit, which at least mostly covers the stationary guiding element at least in the fully extracted state.
SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY
