SLIDING TABLE ASSEMBLY
A sliding table assembly includes a sliding seat unit slidably mounted to a base unit. Two auxiliary sliding seats are slidably mounted to the base unit and disposed on two sides of the sliding seat unit. A connection member is connected between the auxiliary sliding seats. Two roller sets are respectively mounted to the auxiliary sliding seats. Each roller set has rollers to roll on the base unit. A driving screw rod is coupled to the sliding seat unit and embraced by the auxiliary seats. When the sliding unit is moved by the driving screw rod, it pushes the auxiliary sliding seats to slide together therewith.
Linear motion guide unit
A linear motion guide unit includes a rail, a slider slidable relative to the rail, and rolling elements rollable in a rolling groove formed with the rail and the slider. The slider has a lubricating oil supply device provided at least at one end face thereof. The lubricating oil supply device includes a lubricating member that retains lubricating oil and abuts against a raceway surface of the rail to supply the lubricating oil to the rail, a housing having front, rear, and bottom surfaces covering front, rear, and bottom surfaces of the lubricating member, with an upper surface of the housing being left open, and a cover that covers at least an upper surface of the lubricating member. The housing is fixed to the slider with a first fixing member. The cover is fixed to the housing with a second fixing member, without being fixed with the first fixing member.
BALL SPLINE HAVING BYPASS TRACK
A ball spline with detour tracks includes spline shaft, nut part movable along a longitudinal direction of the spline shaft, and balls between the nut part and the spline shaft, wherein the nut part includes nut adapted to insert the spline shaft thereinto and retainers on longitudinal sides of the nut, the spline shaft includes tracks extended along the longitudinal direction, the nut includes load track grooves formed in longitudinal direction on inner peripheral surface into which the spline shaft is inserted and non-load circulating portions formed in the longitudinal direction, each retainer includes circulating grooves on the inner peripheral surface to face the load track groove and non-load circulating portion, the balls run between the tracks and the load track grooves, and each track includes track groove formed in longitudinal direction of the spline shaft and detour tracks whose longitudinal sides are connected to the track groove.
Linear motion device
A linear motion device includes a guiding member extending along a first direction and a slide block assembly slidably disposed on the guiding member. The slide block assembly includes a slide block, two ball race members at two sides of the slide block, two circulation members at two sides of the slide block along the first direction, and two end covers assembled on the circulation members. One or more of the circulation members has two revolve channel members. The revolve channel member has an upper protrusion member and a lower protrusion member protruding out of the upper protrusion member. Since the protruding portion of the lower protrusion member can be served as the bottom surface of the revolve curve, stepped structures caused by assembling or component tolerances are not formed between the bottom surface and nearby portions, and the balls can roll stably in the linear motion device.
Actuator
To provide an actuator with which side face covers can be easily attached and detached without damaging a top face cover, and workability is enhanced, and cost can be reduced without upsizing the actuator, by fastening and fixing the actuator to a base stand from above the actuator in a state in which the side face covers are removed. In an actuator having a long screw shaft with a first roller rolling groove in a spiral shape formed on an outer periphery, an inner block where a screw hole through which the screw shaft penetrates is formed, and which has a second roller rolling groove that is formed on an outer periphery to be parallel with the screw shaft, an outer rail that faces the second roller rolling groove, and a plurality of rollers that are respectively arranged between the screw shaft and the inner block, and between the inner block and the outer rail, side face covers that are laid between a pair of end portion members that are installed at both end portions of the screw shaft, and a top face cover that is disposed to close an opening portion that is formed between the side face covers and is opened parallel with the screw shaft are included, the side face covers each includes a top plate that is formed to be parallel with the top face cover, and a side plate that hangs from one end of the top plate, and the end portion members each has posture retaining device that contacts a corner portion of the top plate and the side plate.
Threadless linear guide
A threadless linear guide includes a rail, a slide block, a recirculation assembly, and a fixing member. The slide block, the recirculation assembly, and the fixing member are positionable with respect to each other through retention engagements therebetween so that the components can be coupled to each other without screws. A reinforcement plate is provided for reinforcing the strength of the recirculation assembly for the recirculation assembly is generally formed of injecting molding, while the fixing member and the reinforcement plate are made of metal. Thus, with the fixing member and the reinforcement plate enclosing the recirculation assembly, any foreign object jamming in the interior would not cause the rolling bodies to eject out through the recirculation assembly during the operation of rolling bodies.
LINEAR MOTION GUIDE UNIT
A linear motion guide unit includes a guide rail and a slider. A carriage of the slider has a central portion located above the guide rail, and wing portions which extend downward from widthwise opposite ends of the central portion. Shoulder portions of the carriage located in inner boundary regions between the central portion and the wing portions of the carriage have first inclined surface so that the shoulder portions have padding portions. Corner portions of the guide rail located between an upper surface and longitudinal sides of the guide rail have second inclined surfaces which face the first inclined surfaces of the carriage and extend in the longitudinal direction parallel to the first inclined surfaces. The first inclined surfaces have an inclination angle substantially the same as an inclination angle of the nose surfaces of threaded holes formed in the carriage for attachment of a counterpart member.
LINEAR GUIDE MECHANISM AND LINEAR ACTUATOR
A linear guide mechanism includes an actuator side guide member, moving block side guide members disposed on both sides of the actuator side guide member, and a plurality of balls disposed in two rows, respectively, between the actuator side guide member and each of the moving block side guide members. Set screws that are capable of adjusting a pre-loading of the balls and are capable of improving the straightness of the moving block side guide members, are attached to a moving block.
