SENSORIZED ROLLER
The present invention resides in a sensorized roller of a roller bearing. The sensorized roller includes a roller bore that accommodates a measuring device for measuring deformation of the roller bore and electronics for processing a deformation signal from the measuring device and wirelessly transmitting the processed deformation signal to an external receiver. According to the invention, the measuring device and electronics are mounted in a rigid housing that is shaped to fit within the roller bore. A radially outer surface of the housing includes at least one aperture associated with the measuring device. Furthermore, the rigid housing is resiliently mounted to the roller bore via first and second sealing elements that enclose a radial gap between a radially inner surface of the roller bore and a radially outer surface of the housing.

The platform is formed such that the upper beam 4 is arranged to rest and rotate on the ring of carriages 5 to rotate the deck 2. Each carriage has at least one carriage roller 10, and each roller 10 arranged to rotate on the lower beam 4. Each roller 10 also has a retention flange 11 at only one side. The flanges 11 of some of the rollers 10 are at or adjacent an inner side of the ring, and the flanges 11 of others of the rollers are at or adjacent an outer side of the ring. The rollers 10 of the ring are arranged such that at least one roller is oriented with its flange 11 on an opposite side to another of the flanged rollers immediately adjacent to it. The flanges prevent the carriages from moving off the lower beam 4 when the platform 1 is in use. Further, at least some of the carriages can be disconnected from the ring and swung laterally to be moved free of the beams 4, 6 for maintenance, repair or replacement.
Rolling-contact bearings
A mechanism including a first pair of races having a first pair of raceways and a first rolling element operable to roll between the first pair of raceways, wherein at least one of the first pair of raceways has a substantially variable curvature along at least a portion of a path of the first rolling element. A program product that determines a solution by adjusting the curvature of a first pair of raceways on opposite sides of a rolling element, at least one of the first pair of raceways having a substantially variable curvature along the contact points in the direction of the corresponding range of motion for the rolling element.
Tapered roller bearing
A tapered roller bearing includes an inner ring having a tapered raceway surface and a large-collar surface on a large-diameter side of the raceway surface, and tapered rollers. Each of the rollers has a large end surface guided by the large-collar surface. When R represents a set curvature radius of the large end surface and R.sub.BASE represents a base curvature radius from a vertex of a cone angle of each of the tapered rollers to the large-collar surface, the base curvature radius R.sub.BASE is 100 mm or less, and a ratio R/R.sub.BASE of the set curvature radius R to the base curvature radius R.sub.BASE is set to 0.90 or less. When R.sub.ACTUAL represents an actual curvature radius of the large end surface of each of the tapered rollers, a ratio R.sub.ACTUAL/R of the actual curvature radius R.sub.ACTUAL to the set curvature radius R exceeds 0.5.

TAPERED ROLLER BEARING
A tapered roller bearing is provided in which, in order to prevent a sharp rise in temperature and rotate the bearing smoothly even when the bearing is used under sever lubrication conditions, when considering: (i) a reference point which is the intersection point between the imaginary line extending from the generatrix of the raceway surface of the inner ring toward a grinding undercut, and the imaginary line extending from the generatrix of a large flange surface toward the grinding undercut; (ii) the undercut width A of the grinding undercut from the reference point to the large flange surface; and (iii) the width RC of a chamfer of each tapered roller in the direction along the generatrix of the large flange surface, the width RC is 0.7 mm or less and the relationship between A and RC is A<RC.
TRANSMISSION MECHANISMS, CABLE MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, AND MEDICAL DEVICES
One or more embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism may include a guiding rail, and a slider movably disposed on the guiding rail, wherein the slider may be provided with a rolling part, the rolling part may roll with respect to the guiding rail, and limit the slider in a first direction and a second direction of the guiding rail, and the first direction and the second direction may both be perpendicular to a length direction of the guiding rail, and an angle between the first direction and the second direction may be greater than 0° and less than 180°.
Bearing configuration for an electronic motor
Disclosed is an electronic motor with two bearings. The motor is structured so that, when loaded, the majority of the load (e.g., a radial load) is borne by one of the bearings. The bearing that bears a greater load may be larger and, thus, better suited for a heavy load. In some embodiments, the larger bearing may include rolling elements that have respective radii larger than respective radii of rolling elements of the other bearing by a ratio of at least 1.5 (150%). In some embodiments, the larger bearing may have an outer race with a radius that is greater than a radius of the outer race of the smaller bearing by a ratio of at least 1.5. In some embodiments, the motors may include a third bearing between the two bearings. The third bearing may reduce vibration in the motor.
TORQUE TRANSMITTING SYSTEM WITH CONCENTRICALLY ARRANGED ROLLING BEARINGS, DRIVE UNIT, AND DRIVE ASSEMBLY
A torque transmitting system, a drive unit, and a drive assembly are provided. The torque transmitting system includes a torque transmitting element and a support element which supports it via rotary bearings. The torque transmitting element has a first connection device for coupling to a first assembly in a rotationally fixed manner and a second connection device for coupling to a second assembly. One of the two elements forms a substantially hollow cylindrical shoulder, and the respective other element forms the outer cylindrical face and, correspondingly thereto, the inner face of a hollow cylinder radially outwards. The shoulder is arranged between the outer face and the inner face in a radial direction. A first rotary bearing is arranged between the outer face and the shoulder, and a second rotary bearing is arranged between the shoulder and the inner face. By using the torque transmitting system, less axial installation space is.
