BEARING CAGE
A bearing cage for large rolling-element bearings includes a first side part and a second side part and a plurality of bridge elements connecting the first and second side parts to form a plurality of cage pockets each configured to receive a rolling element. The at least one bridge element and/or the first side part and/or the second side part includes at least one opening, and an insert element is mounted in each of the at least one opening and configured to contact the rolling element.
Lubricant Injector
A lubricant injector includes a lubricant inlet, a lubricant outlet, a control piston and a metering piston. The control piston is configured to conduct lubricant from the lubricant inlet to the metering piston, and the metering piston is configured to pump the lubricant provided by the control piston to the at least one lubricant outlet. The metering piston includes a first metering chamber and a second metering chamber that are each connected to the at least one lubricant outlet. The lubricant injector further includes first and second lubricant channels, and in a first switching state of the control piston the lubricant inlet is connected via the first control space to the first lubricant channel and the second metering chamber, and in a second switching state the lubricant inlet is connected via the second control space to the second lubricant channel and the first metering chamber.

A lubricant injector includes a lubricant inlet, a lubricant outlet, a control piston and a metering piston. The control piston is configured to conduct lubricant from the lubricant inlet to the metering piston, and the metering piston is configured to pump the lubricant provided by the control piston to the at least one lubricant outlet. The metering piston includes a first metering chamber and a second metering chamber that are each connected to the at least one lubricant outlet. The lubricant injector further includes first and second lubricant channels, and in a first switching state of the control piston the lubricant inlet is connected via the first control space to the first lubricant channel and the second metering chamber, and in a second switching state the lubricant inlet is connected via the second control space to the second lubricant channel and the first metering chamber.
Split tapered roller bearing
A bearing assembly includes a split inner race ring configured to be installed on a shaft and defines two raceways for supporting rolling elements. A split clamping band is configured to be installed over the split inner race ring to secure the split inner race ring on the shaft. A split seal wear ring is configured to be installed on an outer diameter surface of the split clamping band. An engagement interface between the split clamping band and the split seal wear ring includes a boss on one of the split clamping band and the split seal wear ring, and an aperture on the other one of the split clamping band and the split seal wear ring. The aperture is sized and configured to receive the boss for positioning the split seal wear ring on the split clamping band.
SPLIT TAPERED ROLLER BEARING
A bearing assembly includes a split inner race ring configured to be installed on a shaft and defines two raceways for supporting rolling elements. A split clamping band (170) is configured to be installed over the split inner race ring (115) to secure the split inner race ring (115) on the shaft (25). A split seal wear ring (290, 295) is configured to be installed on an outer diameter surface of the split clamping band (170). An engagement interface between the split clamping band (170) and the split seal wear ring (290, 295) includes a boss (340) on one of the split clamping band (170) and the split seal wear ring (290, 295), and an aperture (355) on the other one of the split clamping band (170) and the split seal wear ring (290, 295). The aperture (355) is sized and configured to receive the boss (340) for positioning the split seal wear ring (290, 295) on the split clamping band (170).

The aperture (355) is sized and configured to receive the boss (340) for positioning the split seal wear ring (290, 295) on the split clamping band (170).
ROLLER BEARING CAGE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING A ROLLER BEARING CAGE
A rolling-element bearing cage includes a first side ring and a second side ring connected to the first side ring by a plurality of bridges defining a plurality of pockets configured to receive a rolling-element. The first side ring includes a joint at which the first side ring is configured to be opened to increase a diameter of the first side ring, and the first side ring and the second side ring and the plurality of bridges are made of steel and an outer diameter of the second side ring is greater than 500 mm.
