ROLLER BEARING, RETAINER SEGMENT OF ROLLER BEARING FOR SUPPORTING MAIN SHAFT OF WIND-POWER GENERATOR, AND MAIN SHAFT SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF WIND-POWER GENERATOR
A tapered roller bearing (31a) has a plurality of retainer segments (11a, 11d) each having a pocket to house a tapered roller (34a), and arranged so as to be continuously lined with each other in a circumferential direction between an outer ring (32a) and an inner ring (33a). The retainer segment (11a, 11d) is formed of a resin containing a filler material to lower a thermal linear expansion coefficient. In addition, a clearance (39a) is provided between the first retainer segment (11a) and the last retainer segment (11d) after the plurality of retainer segments (11a, 11d) have been arranged in the circumferential direction without providing any clearance. Here a circumferential range (R) of the clearance (39a) is larger than 0.075% of a circumference of a circle passing through a center of the retainer segment (11a, 11d) and smaller than 0.12% thereof at room temperature.
Cage segment and associated rolling bearing
A cage segment for a rolling bearing delimiting a plurality of through pockets for receiving rollers and having first and second walls extending in the circumferential direction and provided with internal surfaces opposite one another and forming abutment surfaces for the end faces of the rollers, and a plurality of beams extending transversely between the first and second walls and linking the walls, each pocket being delimited in the circumferential direction by two successive beams and each beam partly delimiting two successive pockets. Each beam includes, at a lateral end, a protuberance of concave outer form and intended to come into contact with the outer surface of at least one roller, two protuberances being opposite in the circumferential direction for each through pocket.
CAGE SEGMENT FOR A SEGMENTED CAGE
A bearing cage segment for a segmented bearing cage includes a plurality of walls that define a pocket configured to receive a rolling element and an insert element captively retained in an opening in a first one of the plurality of walls. The insert element may be configured to guide a rolling element retained in the bearing cage and/or be configured as a lubricant reservoir.
Roller bearing, retainer segment, spacer and main shaft support structure of wind-power generator
A roller bearing comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, a plurality of rollers arranged between the outer ring and the inner ring, and a plurality of retainer segments having a plurality of column parts extending in a direction along a shaft so as to form a pocket for holding the roller, and connection parts and extending in a circumferential direction to connect the plurality of column parts, and continuously lined with each other in the circumferential direction between the outer ring and the inner ring. The column part is positioned at an circumferential end of the retainer segment. Here, a circumferential outer side end face of the column part positioned at the end is flat, and a circumferential inner side end face of the column part positioned at said end is provided with a recess recessed in the circumferential direction to reduce the thickness of the column part.
CAGE SEGMENT AND ASSOCIATED ROLLING BEARING
A cage segment for a rolling bearing, includes a central portion extending in the circumferential direction and delimiting a plurality of through pockets for receiving rollers. The central portion have first, and second walls extending in the circumferential direction and provided with internal surfaces opposite one another and forming abutment surfaces for the end faces of the rollers. A first lateral shoulder outwardly extends from the first wall of the central portion, and a second lateral shoulder outwardly extends from the second wall of the central portion by being oriented at right angles to the first lateral shoulder, and at least one outwardly open recess being formed on each of the first and second lateral shoulders.
Cage segment for a rolling-element bearing cage
A cage segment is for a rolling-element bearing cage, particularly for large rolling-element bearings. The cage segment includes a first side element and a second side element that are connected by a first bridge and a second bridge. At least one pocket is formed between the first and second bridges which is suitable for receiving at least one rolling element. The cage segment is manufactured from sheet metal.
Rolling-element bearing, notably large-diameter rolling-element bearing
A rolling-element bearing includes first and second rings having axial and radial raceways and a row of first radial rolling elements between the axial raceways. At least one row of axial rolling elements is located between a first radial raceway of the first ring and a first radial raceway of the second ring and radially located between an axial guiding face of the first ring and an axial guiding face of the second ring. The axial rolling elements are mounted in the pockets of a cage having a plurality of cage segments, and at least one second radial rolling element is circumferentially interposed between two adjacent cage segments of the plurality of cage segments and radially interposed between the axial guiding faces.
CAGE SEGMENT FOR ROLLING-ELEMENT BEARING, IN PARTICULAR A LARGE-DIAMETER ROLLING-ELEMENT BEARING
A cage segment for a rolling-element bearing includes at least two pockets each configured to receive at least one first roller, and two circumferentially opposite end portions delimiting the cage segment in a circumferential direction, where each end portion has a concave cylindrical abutment face configured to guide a second roller.
