Cover for a bearing housing and support assembly for an associated rotating shaft
A cover for a bearing housing, in particular intended to be mounted on machinery for the food industry, provided with an end wall transverse to an axis of the bearing housing; with an annular side wall which extends transversely with respect to the end wall; and with an engaging portion towards the bearing housing, which is formed on one end of the side wall opposite to the end wall; a through-opening being formed through the end wall so as to allow the passage of a moving shaft, preferably a rotating shaft, and being surrounded by a reinforcing ring rigidly joined to and integral with the end wall so as to support a sealing element mounted on the through-opening and sealingly engaged by the moving shaft.
WHEEL BEARING ASSEMBLY
A wheel bearing assembly for trucks includes a brake element and a wheel adapter defining a rotating component, an axle element defining a stationary component, and a multi-row, preferably double-row, bearing unit. The bearing unit has a first bearing ring, a second bearing ring and a plurality of rolling elements disposed between the first and the second bearing ring. The first bearing ring is connected to a drive shaft, the second bearing ring is connected to the axle element and the wheel adapter is configured to connect the first bearing ring to the wheel and the brake element. A shield is disposed between the brake element and the first bearing ring and/or disposed between the brake element and the axle element and is configured to shield a space defined by the first bearing ring, the wheel adapter and the brake element from entry of particles and/or water.
BEARING LUBRICATION STRUCTURE FOR ROTATION UNIT
Provided is a bearing lubrication structure for a rotation unit having a bearing that is of a grease lubrication type in which the bearing is provided at both sides thereof with a seal structure, wherein the grease lubrication performance is improved. The bearing is provided on both sides thereof with fixed-side seal portions, and rotating side seal portions that are opposed thereto, respectively. The fixed-side seal portion is provided with a shield. The distance from the inner periphery of the shield to the axis of the rotary shaft varies depending on the location of a point on the inner periphery. The shield, which is one of the two shields, and the shield, which is the other one, are arranged so as not to have plane symmetry.
ROTARY SEALING ARRANGEMENT
A rotary sealing arrangement comprises a housing, a shaft mounted for rotation within the housing about a shaft axis (A) and a rotary seal provided between the housing and the shaft. The rotary seal comprises a static seal element mounted to the housing and a rotary sealing element mounted for rotation with the shaft. The static seal element comprises a mounting part and a flexible lip seal extending from the mounting part in an axial direction relative to the shaft. The rotary seal element comprises a seal body comprising an axially facing sealing face. The lip seal resiliently engages the sealing face of the seal body. The static seal element and the rotary seal element are mounted such that the relative axial positions of the static seal element and the rotary seal element can be adjusted.
Greasable bearing assembly
A greasable bearing assembly may include an outer ring, an inner ring disposed within, and concentric with, the outer ring, and a plurality of balls disposed between the outer ring and the inner ring. A greasable seal may be disposed adjacent the outer ring and the inner ring, the greasable seal further comprising a toroidal shape comprising an outer face and an inner face. An outer ring-shaped surface may extend from the outer face to the inner face. An inner ring-shaped surface may extend from the outer face to the inner face. An intake opening may be disposed through the greasable seal and extend from the outer ring-shaped surface to the inner face. A securing member may be formed as a lip at the inner face to mateably couple between the inner ring and the outer ring.
Hub bearing assembly for discs for soil cultivation
A hub bearing assembly for the rotatable mounting of a soil cultivating disc (D) on a support shaft (A) of an agricultural machine, the assembly being provided with a hub bearing unit which in turn is provided with a flanged outer ring carrying two integral outer raceways for respective rows of rolling bodies, a flange fixed to the flanged outer ring for mounting a disc (D), and, for each outer raceway, an inner ring axially adjacent to the other inner ring, both of which can be engaged by the support shaft (A); and a sealing device mounted on a side of the hub bearing assembly opposite the side of the flange, composed of a first sealing stage and a second sealing stage arranged sequentially along the support shaft (A) and housed in respective seats formed directly in the flanged outer ring.
DISCHARGE DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING AN ELECTRICAL CHARGE FROM A ROTOR OF AN ELECTRIC MOTOR
A discharge device for discharging an electrical charge and/or voltage from a rotor of an electric motor via a shaft from a first discharge partner to a second discharge partner, the discharge device including a support body device, wherein the support body device includes a connecting portion for electrical and mechanical connection to one of the discharge partners and expanding portions for expanding the connection of the support body device to the one of the discharge partners, wherein the expanding portions include the connecting portion.
