FLUID ARRANGEMENT
A fluid assembly in a hydraulic circuit, comprising one or more reservoirs configured to store fluid. The fluid assembly also includes a pump configured to transport the fluid in the hydraulic circuit and actuate a load from a transmission of a motor vehicle, a pressure accumulator configured to collect pressure built up by the pump and actuate the load, and a valve system configured to allow fluid communication of the load with the pump.
Device for hydraulically actuating a motor vehicle friction clutch
A hydraulic actuation device for a motor vehicle friction clutch has a manually actuatable master cylinder, that has a master pressure chamber which, in a rest position, is fluidically connected to a reservoir. The master cylinder is connected to a slave arrangement that is functionally connected to the motor vehicle friction clutch. A pressure line connects the master pressure chamber to the slave arrangement and in which incorporates an electrically actuatable valve arrangement with an electrically actuatable proportional valve and, connected in parallel, a first check valve which blocks in the direction of the master pressure chamber. A motor pump is connected, on the input side, to the reservoir and can be connected, on the output side, to the pressure line between the valve arrangement and the slave pressure chamber through a second check valve that blocks in the direction of the motor pump.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
A hydraulic system includes a normally open-type hydraulic clutch which connects or disconnects a power transmission line between an engine and a wheel, an actuator which supplies a hydraulic pressure to the hydraulic clutch, an oil flow path which connects the actuator to the hydraulic clutch, a valve member which is provided on the oil flow path and which enables to switch between an open state where the oil flow path communicates and a closed state where the oil flow path closes, a hydraulic pressure sensor which is provided on the oil flow path, and a bypass flow path which bypasses the valve member. A one-way valve, which permits a supply of a hydraulic pressure from an actuator side to a hydraulic clutch side and which shuts off a supply of a hydraulic pressure from the hydraulic clutch side to the actuator side, is provided on the bypass flow path.
Clutch control device
This clutch control device is provided with: a first valve; a second valve; a valve control unit configured to control the operation of each of the first valve and the second valve; an operation determination unit configured to perform an operation determination for the clutch device; and an initial operation completion determination unit which determines whether an initial operation of the clutch device has been completed. The valve control unit, if it is determined by the operation determination unit that an on-off switching process is required, subjects both the first valve and the second valve to opening-control. If it is determined by the initial operation completion determination unit that the initial operation has been completed, the valve control unit subjects the second valve to closing-control.
Clutch with variable lubrication supply
A clutch system configured to transmit torque between an input shaft and an output shaft. The clutch system may include a clutch and a lubrication supply system. The clutch may include: an input portion disposed at an end of the input shaft; an output portion disposed at an end of the output shaft; and a sliding component that slides axially between the input and output portions to engage the clutch. The lubrication supply system may include: one or more lubricant feeds for delivering a lubricant to the clutch; and one or more lubricant drains for draining the lubricant from the clutch. The one or more lubricant feeds may include one or more respective valves. The one or more valves each may be configurable between settings that vary an amount of the lubricant delivered to the clutch via the respective one of the one or more lubricant feeds.

The valve control unit, if it is determined by the operation determination unit that an on-off switching process is required, subjects both the first valve and the second valve to opening-control. If it is determined by the initial operation completion determination unit that the initial operation has been completed, the valve control unit subjects the second valve to closing-control.

METHOD FOR ACTUATING A DECOUPLING UNIT
The disclosure relates to a method for actuating a decoupling unit in a powertrain which comprises at least one driven axle. The aim of the disclosure is to simplify the actuation of the decoupling unit. This is achieved in that the decoupling unit is passively actuated in an actuation direction using an actuation force, which is provided in a hydraulic system, via a first hydraulic functional surface, and the decoupling unit is passively actuated in a restoring direction using a restoring force via a second hydraulic functional surface.
