A method for operating a drive train of a motor vehicle includes performing a startup operation of the motor vehicle or a stopping operation of the motor vehicle. A starting component (3) is engaged or bridged during the startup operation or the stopping operation of the motor vehicle. The startup operation is driven by a drive source (1). The method also includes comparing an actual value of an output shaft (22) based variable with a target value of the output shaft (22) based variable during the startup operation or the stopping operation and, on reaching or exceeding a specific deviation of the actual value from the target value, moving the starting component (3) into a slipping state. The starting component (3) transmits torque in the slipping state. A related drive train module for a motor vehicle is also provided.
Manual transmission clutch control using driveline measurements
A method for controlling a manual transmission includes using a controller to determine a desired torque transmitted through an input clutch for the desired gear after a shift lever is moved to a desired gear position and while a clutch pedal is being released for engaging the clutch; inferring torque in the vehicle drive assembly; using inferred torque to determine clutch torque; and using the controller to automatically adjust a clutch actuator such that a difference between the desired torque and the inferred torque is reduced.

Method for actuating a multi-plate clutch
Controlling a multiplate clutch situated between an input shaft and an output shaft for the switchable transmission of torques, wherein in the event of a torque request and a subsequent engagement of the multiplate clutch, includes: a) determining a setpoint engagement force, acting in an axial direction, of the multiplate clutch for transmitting a setpoint torque to the output shaft; b) determining and setting a limiting engagement force that is less than the setpoint engagement force, and c) setting the setpoint engagement force in a time-delayed manner;
wherein a transmission of an actual torque is achieved by limiting the setpoint engagement force to the limiting engagement force, so that a maximum actual torque that is transmitted upon engagement of the multiplate clutch exceeds a setpoint torque to be transmitted by at most 5%.
Clutch control device
A clutch control device includes an ECU that controls a clutch actuator, the ECU sets a control target value of the clutch capacity according to the operation amount detected by the clutch operation amount sensor, and executes feedback control so that the control parameter which is detected by the control parameter sensor approaches the control target value, and changes a method of the feedback control when the control parameter reaches a predetermined control state change determination value during the feedback control.
Transmission control
A method (200) for the open-loop control of a gearbox (100) that includes a first and a second proportionally controllable shift element (A-F) is provided. The method includes disengaging (215) the first shift element (A-F) according to a first control profile and engaging (220) the second shift element (A-F) of the gearbox (100) according to a second control profile. The first control profile includes a first variable portion which is determined as a function of a temperature of the gearbox (100).
METHOD FOR CALIBRATING A CHARACTERISTIC MAP OF A DRIVE TRAIN OF A WORKING MACHINE AND WORKING MACHINE
A method for calibrating a characteristic diagram for a drive-train of a working machine, which contains a brake pedal characteristic of a brake system and a clutch characteristic of a drive clutch, in which an opening point at which the drive clutch is disengaged when a brake pedal of the brake system is actuated as a function of a pedal path, and/or a closing point at which the drive clutch is engaged when the brake pedal is released as a function of the pedal path, is calibrated. When the brake pedal is actuated and/or released an actual rotational speed profile of the drive-train is determined, the actual rotational speed profile determined is compared with a stored corresponding target rotational speed profile, and the opening point and/or closing point of the drive clutch is adapted to minimize deviation of the actual rotational speed profile from the target rotational speed profile.
