DETERMINATION DEVICE AND DETERMINATION METHOD
The present invention comprises: a synchronization start determination unit 110 for determining a synchronization start of a synchronization device 70; a half-clutch determination unit 130 for determining whether a clutch device 20 is in a half-clutch state where the clutch device has not been switched from a connection state to a disconnection state; and a damage determination unit 140 which, when the synchronization start determination unit 110 has determined the synchronization start and if the half-cutch determination unit 130 has determined a half-clutch state, determines that damage is applied to the synchronization device 70 caused by the differential rotation between the power transmitted from a driving force source 10 side via the clutch device 20 and the power transmitted from a driving wheels 16L, 16R side.
WORKING VEHICLE AND TRACTOR
A working vehicle includes: a clutch displaceable to a connected state in which power is transmitted to a drive, a disconnected state in which the transmission is disconnected, and a half-clutch state in which power is slidably and partly transmitted to the drive; a detector that detects an operation position of a clutch pedal and outputs a detected value corresponding to the operation position detected; a control device that brings the clutch into the half-clutch state if the detected value corresponds with a threshold, and brings the clutch into the disconnected state if the detected value is less than the threshold and into the connected state if the detected value is greater than the threshold, and vice versa; and a change unit that changes the threshold to a different value in accordance with an operation on the operation member.
Clutch-by-wire integration including human override
Systems and methods of controlling a clutch in a vehicle are provided. With the goal of enabling autonomous/assisted control of the clutch by an electronic control unit while preserving the familiar mechanical feeling at the clutch pedal that driving enthusiasts prefer, embodiments of the disclosed technology use a shuttle valve to blend control of clutch engagement between a driver and an ECU. In these embodiments, a clutch pedal in the vehicle may be mechanically connected to a piston in a first hydraulic cylinder (just like in a traditional mechanical/hydraulic clutch actuation system), and an ECU may actuate a second hydraulic cylinder. Accordingly, a shuttle valve may be used to route the fluid coming from the cylinder with the greater pressure (i.e. the driver actuated cylinder or the ECU actuated cylinder), to a third hydraulic cylinder which adjusts engagement of a clutch by a mechanical linkage.

Device for hydraulically actuating a motor vehicle friction clutch
A hydraulic actuation device for a motor vehicle friction clutch has a manually actuatable master cylinder, that has a master pressure chamber which, in a rest position, is fluidically connected to a reservoir. The master cylinder is connected to a slave arrangement that is functionally connected to the motor vehicle friction clutch. A pressure line connects the master pressure chamber to the slave arrangement and in which incorporates an electrically actuatable valve arrangement with an electrically actuatable proportional valve and, connected in parallel, a first check valve which blocks in the direction of the master pressure chamber. A motor pump is connected, on the input side, to the reservoir and can be connected, on the output side, to the pressure line between the valve arrangement and the slave pressure chamber through a second check valve that blocks in the direction of the motor pump.
CLUTCH CONNECTION/DISCONNECTION DEVICE FOR DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION
A clutch-side transmission circuit transmits, from a clutch pedal, a restoring action of the depressed clutch pedal. A switching device connects a first clutch-side hydraulic circuit to the pedal-side hydraulic circuit when a shift lever SL is tilted forwards and connects a second clutch-side hydraulic circuit to the pedal-side hydraulic circuit when the shift lever SL is tilted rearwards. A first clutch is engaged in response to the restoring action of the clutch pedal being transmitted from the first clutch-side transmission circuit. A second clutch is engaged in response to the restoring action of the clutch pedal being transmitted from the second clutch-side transmission circuit.
VEHICLE, CONTROLLER FOR VEHICLE, AND CONTROL METHOD FOR VEHICLE
A clutch is controlled to increase torque capacity of the clutch when fluctuations in torsional torque generated in a power transmission route between the clutch and a drive wheel are larger than a specified value during deceleration traveling. Accordingly, engine brake whose magnitude corresponds to an increased amount of the torque capacity of the clutch is actuated. Therefore, the fluctuations in the torsional torque can be suppressed by the engine brake.
Manual transmission clutch control using driveline measurements
A method for controlling a manual transmission includes using a controller to determine a desired torque transmitted through an input clutch for the desired gear after a shift lever is moved to a desired gear position and while a clutch pedal is being released for engaging the clutch; inferring torque in the vehicle drive assembly; using inferred torque to determine clutch torque; and using the controller to automatically adjust a clutch actuator such that a difference between the desired torque and the inferred torque is reduced.
Electronic control of manual transmission clutch
A controller adjust a clutch actuator position is response to movement of a clutch pedal. During an engagement or a disengagement, the controller monitors sensor signals to determine the actuator position corresponding to the touch point. The sensors may directly indicate clutch torque or may respond indirectly. A Giant Magneto Resistive (GMR) sensor provides a precise shaft rotational position signal which can be twice numerically differentiated to yield an accurate and stable acceleration signal. The controller updates the touch point based on a change in the sensed acceleration or torque. The controller then adjusts the relationship of actuator pedal position to clutch pedal position, making mechanical wear adjustment unnecessary.
