METHOD FOR DETERMINING A CHARACTERISTIC CURVE OF A HYBRID SEPARATING CLUTCH OF A HYBRID VEHICLE WITHOUT A TEST STAND
The invention relates to a method for determining a characteristic curve of a hybrid separating clutch of a hybrid vehicle without a test stand, wherein the hybrid separating clutch separates or connects an internal combustion engine and an electric motor and the hybrid separating clutch is slowly actuated on the basis of a position which the hybrid separating clutch assumes in an unactuated state, and a clutch characteristic curve is determined as a function of a clutch torque over a path of the hybrid separating clutch. In a method by which a characteristic curve of the hybrid separating clutch can be reliably defined without a test stand, a clutch torque which underlies the characteristic curve of the hybrid separating clutch is determined from the torque of the internal combustion engine in the case of a running internal combustion engine and a motion state of the electric motor which brakes the internal combustion engine while the hybrid separating clutch is moving.

The disclosure relates to a method for calibrating a drive system for an axle of a motor vehicle; wherein the drive system includes at least one electric machine as the drive unit, a drive shaft driven by the drive unit, a first output shaft and a second output shaft, as well as a first clutch connecting the drive shaft to the first output shaft and a second clutch connecting the drive shaft to the second output shaft.
Method for Adapting a Biting Point Filling Time of a Hydraulically Actuated Hybrid Disengaging Clutch
A method for adapting a biting point filling time of a hydraulically actuated hybrid disengaging clutch is implemented step by step during driving of the motor vehicle via a plurality of selected engagement phases of the hybrid disengaging clutch with a manipulation of the customary rapid filling routine. Proceeding from an initially stored biting point filling time, a filling time which is shortened in comparison with this for a subsequent rapid filling routine is increased step by step, in each case by an increment. Here, an actual value which is set in each case for a test parameter, from which a change in the transmission of torque of the hybrid disengaging clutch can be derived, is detected until the actual value corresponds to a setpoint value.
Method for determining the biting point of a hybrid disconnect clutch of a hybrid vehicle
A method determines the biting point of a hybrid disconnect clutch of a hybrid vehicle. The hybrid disconnect clutch disconnects or connects an internal combustion engine and a first electric motor, which is arranged on the output side. A second electric motor, which is arranged on the internal combustion engine side and is rigidly connected to the internal combustion engine, is operated at a constant rotational speed during electric travel by means of the first electric motor. The hybrid disconnect clutch is moved from the open state toward the closed state and the load on the second electric motor is monitored. When the load on the second electric motor reaches a predefined load threshold value, it is determined that the biting point has been reached.

METHOD FOR CHECKING THE ACTUATING ACCURACY OF A CLUTCH WHEN AN ELECTRIC OR HYBRID MOTOR VEHICLE IS AT A STANDSTILL
Methods are provided for checking the actuating accuracy of a clutch arranged in a force flow between a fixable shaft and an electric machine of an electric or hybrid motor vehicle when at a standstill. One method includes: fixing the shaft, setting a defined setpoint torque on the clutch to be checked, continuously ramping up the electric machine up until the first slipping of the clutch, comparing the achieved torque of the electric machine with the setpoint torque preset on the clutch. Another method includes: fixing the shaft, ramping up the electric machine to a defined rotational speed, setting a defined setpoint torque on the clutch to be checked, comparing the torque of the electric machine needed to maintain a constant rotational speed with the setpoint torque set on the clutch.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING A BITE POINT OF A HYBRID CLUTCH IN A HYBRID VEHICLE
The invention relates to a method for determining a bite point of a hybrid clutch in a hybrid vehicle. The hybrid clutch is actuated by a hydrostatic clutch actuator (12) and disconnects or connects an internal combustion engine (2) and an electric motor (3); the bite point is determined by slowly actuating the hybrid clutch (4) starting from a separating position of the hybrid clutch (4), this position being in the non-actuated state, with a defined torque reaction of the electric motor (3) being detected. The invention also relates to a method in which the quality of the bite point is improved, the duration of the bite point adaptation is essentially shortened, the bite point being adapted during the running of the internal combustion engine (2) and when the electric motor (3) is immobile and a torque reaction of the electric motor (3) is validated by the torque reaction of the internal combustion engine (2).
Operating a clutch device
A clutch device has at least a multiplicity of clutch discs which are in frictional contact with one another, and a control unit which controls the clutch device. The clutch device is calibrated repeatedly during an operating time of the clutch device. A first calibration is performed at a first point in time. A second calibration is performed at a second point following the first calibration. The first point in time and the second point in time are within a first operating time of the clutch device and occur within a first time interval. At least a third calibration is performed in a subsequent second operating time at a third point in time. At least the second calibration is performed within a second interval of the third point in time. The first and second intervals are determined by the control unit based on a mileage of a vehicle or an energy input into the clutch device. The first interval is shorter than the second interval.
