Spring brake actuator
A spring brake actuator is for braking a wheel of a vehicle. The spring brake actuator has an axially elongated housing having a parking brake chamber and a service brake chamber; a main compression spring in the parking brake chamber; a flexible diaphragm in the parking brake chamber; and a pressure plate in the parking brake chamber, the pressure plate located axially between the main compression spring and the flexible diaphragm. The flexible diaphragm has a contoured portion that inhibits radial shifting of the pressure plate with respect to the flexible diaphragm.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
A vehicle control device including an electronically controlled throttle device and configured to control a vehicle for supplying a hydraulic pressure to a friction engaging element of a transmission on the basis of a throttle valve opening controls a start timing of a supply of the hydraulic pressure to the friction engaging element on the basis of an accelerator pedal opening and the throttle valve opening if a shift lever is changed from an advance position to a reverse position or from the reverse position to the advance position.

Electric brake system for electric vehicle
The present disclosure relates to an electric brake system for an electric vehicle, which is more economical by simplifying a configuration of an electric vehicle that includes a main service brake and an electromagnetic brake, the electric brake system including an inductor, in a spherical shape, formed so that a drive axle penetrates through a center portion of the inductor; a plurality of springs inserted into holes defined in the inductor; an armature, in a disk shape, provided to contact the spring; and a friction disk mounted on a side of a motor, where a braking force is generated by operating the friction disk toward the armature.
Calibration method for a slip control arrangement of a driveline including a continuously variable transmission
A calibration method for a slip control arrangement of a driveline including a continuously variable transmission is described herein. The driveline includes a clutch that is so controlled as to slip when a torque higher than the usable torque attempts to pass through. Accordingly, the clutch prevents the prime mover from stalling. A calibration method to link a valve command value and a torque allowed to pass through the clutch includes preventing the vehicle from moving and increasing the pressure applied in the clutch while noting the torque % value developed by the prime mover.
