COIL SPRING JIG, COIL SPRING MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND COIL SPRING TESTING METHOD
A coil spring jig includes a spring support portion where one end of a coil spring is capable of being placed, a plurality of displacement regulating portions extending along an axis of the coil spring from the spring support portion with the coil spring supported by the spring support portion as a reference, capable of abutting against an outer peripheral surface of the coil spring, and regulating displacement of the coil spring in a radial direction of the coil spring, and a lid portion supported by the displacement regulating portions and capable of keeping the coil spring in a compressed state by sandwiching the coil spring together with the spring support portion.
Pipe coupling having valve element and coil spring for use therein
A coil spring is disposed in a fluid passage between a cylindrical body and a valve element to urge the valve element toward a closed position. The coil spring comprises a valve support portion supporting the valve element, a secured portion secured to an inner peripheral surface of the fluid passage, an expanding-contracting portion extending from the secured portion, and a connecting portion between the expanding-contracting portion and the valve support portion. The connecting portion comprises a first portion curved so as to pass radially outward of an end winding portion of the expanding-contracting portion, a second portion passing through the center of the valve support portion, a third portion extending curvedly so as to overlap the first portion, and a fourth portion extending to the valve support portion. When the coil spring is compressed, the valve support portion is supported to the expanding-contracting portion 54 through the connecting portion.
Zoom Lens Assembly with Flat Coil Extension Spring Termination
The present application discloses a zoom lens assembly utilizing a novel extension spring configured to exert a biasing force on one or more lens cells during operation thereof. In one embodiment, the extension spring includes a spring body having a coil axis, a first spring end region having a first inner coil and a first outer coil formed on the spring body, wherein the coil axis of the spring body transitions from the first inner coil to the first outer coil. The extension spring further includes a second spring end region having a second inner coil and a second outer coil formed on the spring body, wherein the coil axis of the spring body transitions from the second inner coil to the second outer coil. An intermediate spring region having a plurality of intermediate coils extends from the first spring end region to the second spring end region.
Adjustable shock absorber system and device
An adjustable shock absorber system includes: a coil over shock absorber with a spring and an adjustment ring; an adjustment ring assembly, which detachably interlocks with the adjustment ring; and a shock adjuster tool with a lever arm and a tool grip portion, including a band assembly; such that the tool grip portion detachably connects to a peripheral mounting surface of the adjustment ring assembly; whereby the shock adjuster tool can be used to adjust a preload of the coil-over shock absorber.
PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR AND METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ACTIVE VIBRATION ISOLATION SYSTEM
A pneumatic actuator configured for a stationary vibration isolation system which serves to accommodate equipment for processing semiconductor devices. The pneumatic actuator comprises a working space with a piston which divides the working space into a first and a second pressure chamber, and the piston is spaced apart from an inner surface of the working space by a gap, and the piston is movable only in an axial direction.
Hollow coil spring and suspension device for vehicle
A method of manufacturing a hollow coil spring which is made of a hollow wire in which a terminal sealed portion is formed on an end portion of the wire. The terminal sealed portion has a rotationally symmetric shape in which an axis passing through the center of the wire is the symmetric axis. The hollow coil spring includes an end wall portion, and an end face arc-shaped curved surface. The end wall portion includes an end face perpendicular to the axis. A distal-end-center closure portion is formed on the axis at the center of the end wall portion. A spring seat includes a base member and a sheet member. An end turn portion of the hollow coil spring is in contact with the sheet member. The end face of the end turn portion is opposed to a stopper wall of the spring seat.
FASTENING DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLY AND QUICK RELEASE BETWEEN OBJECTS
A fastening device for assembly and quick release between objects includes a retaining device for an attachment element with a dockable portion. There is a plurality of separable parts held close together around the attachment element by at least one disengagable preloading mechanism. The preloading mechanism includes a link wound around the separable parts in order to hold them closed on the attachment element, which has the appearance of a ribbon wound in a spiral and has spring properties. The ribbon has a non-constant thickness, i.e. the thickness decreases from the inside towards the outside of the spiral. The thickness decreases with the angle of the spiral. It is manufactured as such, in its final form, by a manufacturing process employing either the removal of material by machining, or by aggregation of material.
Control device and control system for gas flow
A device for controlling gas flow includes a motor, a valve body connected to the motor, a threaded sleeve configured to be driven by the motor to rotate, a threaded rod matched with the threaded sleeve on a first end of the threaded rod, a first guide sleeve, a compression spring sleeved on the threaded rod; and a valve plate connected to a second end of the threaded rod and configured to cover a vent valve hole. The second end of the threaded rod extends through the first guide sleeve and the first guide sleeve surrounds a part of the threaded rod in axial direction, preventing the threaded rod from rotating.
