VIBRATION-DAMPING DEVICE
A vibration-damping device includes a first attachment member (11), a second attachment member (12), an elastic body (13), and a partition member (17), the partition member including a membrane (31) and an orifice (20). The orifice (20) includes a first communication hole (21), a second communication hole (22), an intermediate chamber (35), a restriction passage (23), and a communication hole (24), the restriction passage includes a main liquid chamber-side passage (25) and an auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage (26), the main liquid chamber-side passage and the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage extend in a circumferential direction and are disposed to be connected to each other in a radial direction, and when the liquid flows through the restriction passage from any one of the first communication hole and the second communication hole toward the other, the flow direction in the main liquid chamber-side passage and the flow direction in the auxiliary liquid chamber-side passage are opposite to each other.
HYDRAULIC MOUNT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A hydraulic mount assembly includes a first track insert (or shell), a second track insert (or shell), and a separating diaphragm (e.g., rubber membrane) as part of a body (e.g., a rubber body) disposed between the first track insert and the second track insert. In embodiments the separating diaphragm forms a seal between a first chamber disposed between a portion of the first track insert and the separating diaphragm, and forms a seal between a second chamber disposed between a portion of the second track insert and the separating diaphragm.
Transmission mount for vehicle
A bush-type transmission mount, in which an orifice, operating as a fluid passage that connects a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber to each other, is directly formed to a desired length in a core that is coupled to a main rubber to improve vibration-damping characteristics. A membrane is fitted into an outlet portion of the orifice, which communicates with the first fluid chamber, in a sliding manner, thereby improving low-frequency idle vibration and high-frequency dynamic characteristics.
Mount for vehicle
The present disclosure provides a mount for a vehicle that is provided at a portion at which damping performance is desired and that is fastened by a stud bolt. The mount for the vehicle includes a flange into which the stud bolt is inserted and that supports the stud bolt, an insulator configured to surround the flange, a housing coupled to the other one of the vibrating body or the supporting body and to which the insulator is fixed, a chamber formed inside the housing as a space surrounded by the housing and the insulator, and the chamber is filled with a fluid. In addition, the mount for the vehicle includes a damping part mounted on the housing to divide the chamber into two spaces and to be disposed in the chamber. The mount for the vehicle is configured to appropriately absorb vibrations and reduce noise.
Lquid-filled vibration isolator
Provided is a liquid-filled vibration isolator through which durability of an elastic movable body can be improved. In a case that a liquid pressure of liquid passing through a second orifice P2 is exerted to an outer circumference portion 12 of an elastic movable body 10, whole of the outer circumference portion 12 deforms so as to bend. Based on deformation of the outer circumference portion 12, a first valve portion 13 and facing surfaces 81c, 91c mutually contact or separate. Thereby, the communication state and the blocking state of the second orifice P2 are switched. Since it can be restrained that stress is concentrated in a part of the outer circumference portion 12 by wholly bending the outer circumference portion 12, cracks are less likely to occur in the outer circumference portion 12.
Liquid sealed mount
In liquid, an elastic main body member, a partition member, and a diaphragm are inserted into an outer cylinder one by one, and the diaphragm is held down by a fixing ring and fixed by a claw. Then, the liquid adheres onto outer circumferential surfaces of the partition member and the diaphragm. Therefore, a first special seal for adhered liquid is provided in an elastic partition member of the partition member and also a second special seal for adhered liquid and a third special seal for adhered liquid are provided in the diaphragm, so as to provide a seal between each of the outer circumferential surfaces of the partition member and the diaphragm and the fixing ring, so that the adhered liquid is prevented from leaking outwardly as leaked liquid.
Orifice member placing table, orifice member placing method, and liquid-sealed vibration-proof mount manufacturing method
A placing table includes a measuring-unit that measures a vertical position of an orifice member placed on the placing table, a position-regulating-portion that engages with a part of the orifice member of a type corresponding to the table, and an orifice-member-determination-unit that determines a placed state and type of the orifice member based on a measurement result obtained by the measuring-unit. When the corresponding type of the orifice member is placed in a correct posture, the position-regulating-portion engages with the orifice member and seats the orifice member on the table over the entire circumference of the lower end portion thereof. When a different type of orifice member is placed or when the corresponding type of orifice member is placed in an incorrect posture, the position-regulating-portion does not engage with the orifice member and lifts at least a part of the orifice member from the table.
